Where to begin, Well we started our home buying process in 2018 and after looking for a few weeks we backed out. We felt we weren't ready and chickened out a little. Our great friend Christina Villalobos totally understood as well as our real estate agent Cristina with no H. Lol then a year goes by and my husband and I were like it's either now or never. We started our home buying process in the summer of 2019 with the help of Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Villalobos. These women went above and beyond for us and our family. They never failed to meet our expectations when it came to our home searching and our loan process. We would call them at random hours of the day and would always be there to answer our questions. Cristina was on top of everything !! I mean she was planning a wedding and taking care of us all at the same time , when we finally put an offer on our home. We told be aggressive and don't let this one walk away. A day later she called us congratulating on the owners accepting our offer. She always met us there when we needed to do the walk through, inspections I mean everything !! They went above and beyond and I will always be so grateful and thankful !!! Thank you Cristina Rodriguez & Christina Villalobos for everything you have done for us !!!! read more

My girlfriend and I had talked for a while about buying a home with friends and family so we thought we knew what to expect. In truth, we knew nothing and the process was a wild ride with many twists and turns. Cristina helped us navigate the entire process, beginning to end, with perfection. She was a tremendous asset as we navigated looking at homes, making offers, getting all the relevant documents signed, managing when inspections needed to happen, and eventually signing loan docs and making transfers. Every step of the way I had questions and she answered everything as if she had done it a million times. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home - especially if you're a first time home buyer like I was. read more

TRG Mortgage - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Brea, California

I usually don't write reviews, but after my experience with TRG Mortgage, they deserve to have a great feed back. My close friend Robert Fontana from Farmer's Insurance referred me to this wonderful young lady named Zelma Banuelos, the Mortgage Loan Officer from TRG, after my friend came to learn about my struggle. I have a very complicated situation. (If I were to elaborate on my situation, this review would become a 10 page essay and no one will end up reading my review so I will skip it and get straight to the point) Basically, no banks or Mortgage companies can qualify me for what I was requesting and I've tried for months with many financial institutions, I was getting turned down left and right. I had no choice but to turn towards the utterly expensive Private Money Lenders. When my friend Robert came to learn my story, he quickly referred me to Zelma, and he reassured me that she can get it done for me because she had done some amazing work in the past for his clients who were stuck in the similar situation as me. In the beginning, I was very skeptical about Zelma when we first exchanged conversations. Because I've lost hope and was no longer optimistic towards my situation. However, Zelma proved me wrong. She was a very caring and her sense of urgency is what earned my business and trust. In this day and age, most people in sales only care about what they can take from you, and once they do, you just become a forgotten number. That is the complete opposite of what Zelma is about. She has a great amount of passion & love for what she does, she is a trusted advisor that you can count on to get things done. After 2 months of a long process of a attrition with sweat & tears, we finally closed Escrow! Not only was I surprised of the great result she delivered. But also, most importantly, the way she sticked her neck out for me and wouldn't give up is what really touched my heart. I want to once again say thank you to Zelma and her amazing team for such a wonderful & professional work. I appreciate you Zelma, God bless your heart and I definitely will refer you business in the future. I strongly believe, one of the best way to compliment someone is to tell others how great they are and refer them business. read more

Working with Jane, Josephine, and Angelica is as good as it gets. As a realtor, I worked with them to obtain financing for a client. The entire team made sure deadlines were met even when escrow was less than 30 days, they were extremely easy to communicate with and responsive, and I was always current with important updates. Not only were they able to offer my client a competitive interest rate, but exceptional service as well from the entire team. They really bend over backwards for their clients! Thanks TRG for making everything so smooth. read more

As 1st Time Homebuyers working with the right lender was big for me since I was always reluctant to start the whole process directly with a bank/credit union. I was looking for an honest and professional team and TRG exceeded my expectations. TRG provided the right guidance and helped us understand the process and transaction since day one. We were on a very tight timeline to get the pre-approval and find a home, but the process was super simple and fast. The communication and attentiveness was always there and they went over all our options which made me feel at ease and stress-free. We are really pleased with our whole experience. They streamlined the plan so there would be no delay in closing. Nothing fell through the cracks, and the whole team kept us organized and on track throughout the process. It's amazing to say that my husband and I just purchased our 1st home with the help of TRG. They are professionals, personable and highly recommend them! Isaiah and his TRG® Mortgage company were absolute professionals. They always had me and my family's best interest first. Cristina was very communicative throughout not only the sale of our home, but they handled the buyer's financing quickly for an easy closing of escrow. He put us in contact with his financial planner Rudy who also helped with securing our overall financial plans. Isaiah is now helping both my parents with their home refinance as they are very happy with the rate and cost to do their loan. I recommend them since they are their own bank and provide a service that exceeds expectations. Thank you everyone for giving us a great experience.
