I feel bad because this is a late review!! My water heater blew back in January and Tony came out on to my place for an emergency repair! The service and communication during this time was above and beyond! Tony came and stopped the leaking and cleared out all of the water. Until his arrival I was doing my best to keep up with the leakage and was going out of my mind! He was here in under an hour and had everything under control very quickly. He advised on a replacement during the week to save money and his vote was very reasonable. My landlords of course wanted cheaper and after they did the research we circled back to Blue Drop, as I suspected they would, and I am glad they made the right choice. Tony was the ONLY one here and did all the work himself! The project took a few hours and I am extremely happy now months later with the new water heater. During the time from the old heater breaking and the new installation his office manager was a huge help and kept me in constant communication with updates on timing and pricing, I think that was Cindy? She was a huge help during this whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend this group for any plumbing needs, especially during an emergency! They take customer service very seriously and the quality of service was above and beyond! Thank you Blue Drop! read more

Blue Drop Plumbing did a SUPERB job for us on a difficult sink installation where we were replacing a 25 year old porceland sink with a new stainless steel sink. The job required ingenuity to fit the new unit and Tony was just terrific. Plus - this all happened right before a major holiday for us and 'Tony was kind enough to SAVE us by returning on a Sunday morning. Service like this is just incredible to find. Blue Drop Plumbing SAVED us last night! We live in an older building and our toilet is prone to clogging. Usually we can deal with it ourselves, but after plunging, snaking and anything else we could think to try, the water just wouldn't go down. Our management company was unable to get a plumber to us until this next morning and, frankly, we couldn't be without a bathroom all night. After trying several other 24 hour plumbers, we reached out to Blue Drop. Within 45 minutes, someone was here offering us options, informing us to the costs associated with each and getting to work fixing our issue. Within 10 or so minutes, he had everything fixed and working perfectly and the price (FYI there's an emergency service fee tacked on, which was completely worth it), was more reasonable than I expected for a Saturday night emergency visit! We will absolutely be using Blue Drop again when we have the opportunity! read more

I had a leak from behind my washer and my friend gave me Tony's number. I called and he came out and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and helped pinpoint exactly what the issue was to get fixed! read more

Unprofessional Service, never called us back and quotes 2 times higher for a basic job. Bait and switch! Do not recommend!! The sad part is 90% of plumbers are like this. They are money hungry and just don't care. Hire at your own risk!! read more

Great service time and time again. I manage an apt bldg in Glendale, as such my service to tenants is largely based on the contractors we work with. I have NEVER had to worry about Blue Drop over - charging or worry that they would not show-up as promised. Great service, you will not be disappointed!!! read more

Blue Drop Plumbing turned out to be the right people to call. Tony the business owner arrived quickly and responsively. My wife and I had a clog in our main line, which began to back up sludge into our shower. After trying snaking out the tub drain 3 times; Tony quickly diagnosed us and told us to wait until morning where he could come first thing to fix us up. Before he left he vacuumed out our shower, and headed out. The next day Tony arrived only 15 minutes late, no big deal. He let us know he was sorry for not arriving on time. To sum it up, Tony and Blue Drop is a solid choice for all of our plumbing needs. He answered all of our questions, and was very up front about what needed to be done. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working guy with the energy of a freight train look no further! blue-drop is the team for the job!! Satisfied customer. read more

Tony and his team is simply one of the best. I own a couple restaurants and bars in LA so I have to deal with plumbing issues more often than I like. As any cautious business owner, you're always wary of working with vendors that are trying to up-sell, not being punctual, or simply responding on last minute calls. Tony and his team are very refreshing to work with. I have used them multiple times because they have gained my trust each time they come out. He is interested in building a relationship and ensure that you are satisfy with your experience. Whenever I referred them to other colleagues in the business, they end up calling them first for any problems. I highly recommend using Blue Drop Plumbing. read more

I called Blu Drop based on recommendation from neighbors. I tend to be skeptical, however Tony did not disappoint. He was timely, and prices were very fair. I absolutely recommend! read more

I have been a repeat customer of Tony's for a few years and he continues to care for my plumbing like it is his own. Tony is professional and courteous. He comes when he says he is coming and I can count on him to do a great job every time. For years I had big plumbing issues and had several terrible experiences with big name plumbing companies who came out, charged me a ton of money, and didn't fix the problems. Since Tony and Blue Drop have taken care of my plumbing, I have not had any plumbing emergencies and have not had to worry about what to do if I have one, because I know they will come and take care of things. There is nothing like the peace of mind knowing that you can trust someone and I have that with Tony and Blue Drop. I highly recommend them!!! read more

Tony was very professional and explained everything very completely before he began his service. He also gave a complete opinion & diagnosis and also offered a generous discount on the follow-up. read more

We first called Blue Drop out of the blue during an emergency. Toilet exploded. Sunday night. I wasn't home. Local plumbers on answering machine. My son searched google, hit the first name. Tony showed up within the hour (from the other side of the city), solved the problem, at a reasonable price. In times of plumbing needs, Tony and Blue Drop are now on our speed dial. We've called on them several times since. Tony's advised, at no charge, he's done complicated work, again at fees that are beyond reasonable. Am I going too far by saying he is the best plumber in Los Angeles? Show me someone who's more professional, more proficient, and a more gracious individual. Highly recommended! read more

I am a big fan of Blue Drop Plumbing. Tony, the owner, is one of the most respectful, professional people I have met. He takes his time diagnosing the problem and is ultra-careful when he is done....always checking and rechecking for leaks that would come back to haunt me but for Tony. He has had to fix problems that could have been avoided if my former plumbers had been in his league. Which clearly, they were not. He is fair and then some, making certain he finds the most cost-effective way of doing a job. He is reliable, punctual and simply, a fabulous plumber. I recommend him without hesitation. read more

I have used Tony on four separate occasions. My house has older fixtures and he was able to find the right replacement parts. We needed a plumber at our rental house in an emergency situation. They showed up promptly, assessed the problem and called me with an estimate to fix the problem, and were able to take care of things immediately. I also thought their price was very fair being that it was quite late in the evening. read more
