They know what they are doing. They sourced and replaced an aging water heater. Price and service were excellent. Whenever I need a plumber in the future, I will be calling Blue Drop. read more

Tony is the man. The job involved pretty unusual parts and he was very patient, did an awesome job when we sorted the parts out. Thank you

Called about a plugged up toilet because of a object dropped in and won't flush. Tony went over said he couldn't turn off the water at the toilet and wasn't sure if the main by the street would turn off Said I might need a new toilet??? And then something about the main water line He was all over the place and obviously didn't know what he was doing. The tenant then called a non plumber friend who turn off the water at the toilet Retreved the object plugging it and the toilet was fine. Tony obviously didn't know what he was doing or just trying to jack up the bill. BEWARE!!! read more

Tony was great! I had run into some problems installing a washing machine by myself. He spent a lot of time going multiple stores trying to find the right part. We didn't need it in the end, however. He was extremely patient and helpful. Highly recommend! read more

Tony has never failed at fixing any plumbing related issues we have had. Working with him for two months now, I see why they are the only plumbing company on our vendor list. Top tier service, with a breakdown explanation of all issues and different options to relive the issues. No better plumber servicing the LA area. If that's not enough, he has Cindy as his right hand, taking care of the scheduling of emergencies, work, bidding, this amazing duo makes me look forward to any call I make for our many properties. read more

Incredibly rude customer service. Plumber told me he was going to show up and then the next day he didn't. When I called their office they told me they'd call right back, then they didn't call back , so I had to call a third time and they told me it was my fault for assuming that they would come. Horrible. read more

Blue drop plumbing is the best! We have used them for all our plumbing needs and they always make us glad we did. Tony always lets us know what to expect before he even arrives, explains all our options and exactly what work he is doing. He goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of quickly. He is clearly an expert, and on top of that he is friendly and personable. Above all, though, he is professional. We always know we can trust the work he is doing and the deal he is giving us. Cindy is also incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous whenever I call. If you have any sort of plumbing needs, I highly, highly, highly recommend blue drop. read more

Great Service! The drain in one of my units was overflowing at 11:30pm tonight. I found Blue Drop Plumbing online and called them. Tony answered the phone and was there in 30 minutes. Gave me an estimated price upfront. Snaked the main drain and found the clog. Finished quickly. Gave me instructions on how to avoid this in the future. Excellent communications. Glad I found them! read more

Blue Drop Plumbing turned out to be the right people to call. Tony the business owner arrived quickly and responsively. My wife and I had a clog in our main line, which began to back up sludge into our shower. After trying snaking out the tub drain 3 times; Tony quickly diagnosed us and told us to wait until morning where he could come first thing to fix us up. Before he left he vacuumed out our shower, and headed out. The next day Tony arrived only 15 minutes late, no big deal. He let us know he was sorry for not arriving on time. To sum it up, Tony and Blue Drop is a solid choice for all of our plumbing needs. He answered all of our questions, and was very up front about what needed to be done. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working guy with the energy of a freight train look no further! blue-drop is the team for the job!! Satisfied customer. read more

Tony was great in helping my daughter out with two trips late at night. She had no functioning bathrooms and had four little girls to get ready for school the next day. I've dealt with plumbers where they want to more than necessary for the biggest financial hit. Tony wasn't like that. If my review shows up twice, sorry about that. I didn't think my first went through. read more

I tried to get an estimate from them for a clogged sewer line and a technician called me and said he was 10 minutes away so I said I'd go open my gate (my property is a ranch and 1/4 mile long). I hung around outside waiting and waiting and looking down my 500 foot long access road. 40 minutes went by so I checked my phone and I saw he had called but left no message. I dialed the number and got a girl in their office. She checked with him and he said he arrived and called me for access permission. I don't get it...I had already given him access permission 40 minutes prior when I said I'd go open the gate. He never entered my access road or I would have seen him. Perhaps he stayed out on the highway at the mailboxes when he called. He told her that my road was too narrow for them to bring their hydrojetting equipment but that's crazy...I get huge dump trucks coming in and out of my property as they drop dirt loads in a washed out portion near my stream. He didn't even see my road if he stayed out on the highway. He had argued with me on the phone when I first called the day before, acting like he didn't want the work and giving me a high ballpark quote because he'd have to work through the toilet hole. He totally wasted my time, not even meeting me as agreed, and I learned the hard way who not to call the next time I have sewer troubles. Maybe Blue Drop only does the easy jobs. read more

As far as I'm concerned, there is only one plumbing company in town. Blue Drop is the best. They get the job done at a fair price, with no fuss and great expertise. Tony is the equivalent of a surgeon in his field and a star personality. Highly recommended. read more

I found Tony, the main dude for Blue Drop, a refreshing guy and very concerned with the work he performed. He spent a lot of time explaining the reasons and scope for his work and was good to explain the costs involved. The work was top rate. I would not hesitate to call upon Blue Drop again - ask for Tony and you can't go wrong. Thanks guys. read more

Tony from Blue Drop Plumbing is the best! He's super smart, profession, and very skilled in tackling plumbing problems. I had to call on the Sunday, of Memorial Day weekend! He arrived at the time planned, and repaired the problem in time for me to host my party! I really appreciate service that is reliable, timely, and reasonable. read more

I had a plumbing emergency. My main sewer line backed up unexpectedly, due to a blockage so difficult a pipe snake couldn't fix it. I called 5 different plumbers and none could get out to me the same day. Then I found Blue Drop. Tony from Blue Drop came out within the hour. He quickly realized it was a unique and tricky situation, and methodically tried a dozen different techniques. He solved the problem, explaining every step of the way what was happening and what he was doing. He is an EXPERT. And very friendly. And he kept calling me "boss" which was really endearing. Tony arrived at 5pm and stuck it out until 11:30 at night, when my sewer line was finally clear. Also, his prices were very reasonable! Call Blue Drop. Call nobody else. read more

I had clogged bathroom, our plumbing guy got sick so I look for emergency plumbing in my area and found this company through google and yelp.Tony arrived pretty fast with his giant tools to fix my nasty toilet. super professional!!! Thank you so much! read more

I had the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. I own a carwash. The city of Santa Monica and my sewer line backed up on a Sunday which is the busiest day for me. I called Blue Drop Plumbing And Anthony responded to my emergency call within a minute, and he showed up 30 min later. He couldn't fix the problem with the tool he had, so he went back and brought a hydro jet to open the line. He was patient and diligent and after couple of hours he was able to completely fix the issue. He is the guy I'll be calling if I have a plumbing problem anytime. read more

I don't often write Yelp reviews, but after three excellent experiences with Tony and Blue Drop plumbing I have to make sure to give credit where credit is due! Tony is a true professional who makes sure to do an excellent job. He shows up on time and offers fair prics relative to comp pricing I have seen. Good communication too: Cindy managed to schedule us for a last second water heater installation that really helped us out in a pinch! Whenever I have a plumbing need in my condo (including for our entire HOA) we call Blue Drop. Highly, highly recommend. read more

We had a late night emergency toilet clog and Tony the owner came over personally and fixed the problem. In an industry where you don't find too many honest companies, We found him to be super trustworthy and he didn't try to Upsell us when we told him about our sewer line problem.. a problem another company quoted us $12,000!! I also called him when a tenant property needed new toilet and repairs.. his office called the tenant, scheduled an appointment, and they called me regarding every issue to approve the repair. On time, trustworthy and excellent service! Wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Major toilet clog. Called and was able to get great, friendly service within a few hours of my call. The guy who came was super friendly and helpful about ways I can prevent this in the future. Will definitely call them back if I need any more service! read more

They arrived responsively. Tony is very honest and hard working guy. Thank you Tony!!

I came home after dinner and found that my kitchen sink was almost completely filled with water. I made a distress call to Blue Drop Plumbing at 10:30 pm and Tony got to my condo in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, snaked the main line and saved the day. I was given the estimate at the very beginning and then Tony got right to work. I was impressed with the expertise and diligence he displayed with this job. He also made recommendations for the homeowner's association to maintain our main line pipes and keep sinks from backing up in the future. read more

Outstanding service. The guy came out on Superbowl Sunday, when nobody else was even open. Modern equipment found the leak deep in concrete and the work was fast and kept to estimate. Immaculate cleanup each day. Friendly, knowledgeable service with recommendations to avoid need for service down the line. GREAT WORK! read more

I have dealt with many plumbers throughout owning several houses over many years, but Tony is the first one who I feel that I can trust to give me the kind of professional service that I need. While installing a sub-meter at my current residence, we noticed a sound in the laundry room pipes. After crawling underneath the house, he found the leak and repaired it, but also discovered a gas leak. After getting a third party to inspect the house for other gas leaks (at Tony's recommendation) we realized we needed extensive repair to our gas lines. Rather than try to up-sell us, Tony helped us find a company that was able to handle large jobs such as ours at a better price and with a more honest approach than any of the other companies that I interviewed. While I can understand some customers' irritation with getting ahold of him (he is usually in high demand), I have found that when he gets on the job, he sticks with it until it is resolved. My wife and I will not hesitate to use him again for my home and my rental houses. read more

If you are looking for someone to tell you all of the obstacles involved in your repair, inflate the number of times he has supposedly gone to the warehouse to get supplies, and, when you question how a job is to be done get that good old fashioned "I have tons of experience and know-how" as your answer, then get put on hold for 10 minutes, to take another call, by all means give these guys a call...Or you can call a company that solves problems. read more

I am small business owner in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, affordability and timeliness is crucial when working with my vendors. I came across Blue Drop and Tony after disappointing experiences with other plumbing company. Unlike other companies, Tony is the consistent technician that comes out and actually remembers his customers. Other plumbing companies have a call service and source out the job. Regardless of the work these "other" plumbing companies will try to charge you a minimum because these plumbers have to share their revenue with the call center. Since Tony doesn't do that, he is very fair with his pricing and does give credit/discounts to returning clients. Unlike other companies I never know whose coming to service my establishment, with Tony's Blue Drop he is aware of the history of the service and stands by his work. I strongly recommend trying Blue Drop out. Feel free to reference Scott from Koreatown. In addition, he works around the clock and doesn't try to justify and charge an exorbitant fee because he knows problems arise at all hours of the day. read more

had an emergency they came on a sunday on a holiday ! everything was fixed! thank you for quick service

I have had two plumbing emergencies in the past few months. One on Thanksgiving Day and the other last weekend. In both cases, Tony, the owner, responded immediately and set up time to come over ASAP despite it being a holiday in one case and a weekend in the other. Tony is a methodical, professional plumber who takes his time to properly diagnose an issue and then finds the best, most economical solution. He is considerate, leaves absolutely no mess and is accommodating beyond expectation. And even when he has fixed the problem, he stays a bit longer in order to recheck his work. He takes great pride in his service and knowledge and it is well-earned. If he does not answer the call himself, his receptionist / office manager, Cindy, is just the best...sensitive, effective, professional. I cannot imagine using any other company for plumbing issues. read more

I really didn't have a good experience with them ! I found this place through recommendation, therefore, I was so happy at last I find a reliable good place ! I have called them, made appointment for Friday at 4:45. Not only no one showed up, also I didn't get any call regard them not coming. I called 5, 5:15, no one answered. An hour later, a lady answered the phone and said to me Tony can't come, he is busy somewhere else ! Although I was not happy with not being notified, I gave it another chance and reschedule for Monday. When I said I need to change my rain shower head, the estimated price I got was $55. When Tony came in today, he said it has more work than he thought and it will be between $160-200. I got other place $150 and decided to work with him based on $55. Anyway, I accepted to pay it since I really needed it to be done ! He told me he doesn't have necessary tools with him, he will call me in half an hour to an hour to reschedule. Again, I got no call. I called 2 hours later, the lady over the phone told me she will call him let me know. 5 hours later, I called again since I got no call back. She told me she will call me ! When she called, she said Tony said he can't work on that, because he doesn't work on shower heads and faucets ! Really ?! Then why when I called, no one mentioned that ?! Changing shower head is not something I do, but is one of the most basic things a plumber does ! He needs to tell that on the phone at beginning if he really does't work on this staff ! At least, when he came here, not telling me he will reschedule with me in an hour, and then not calling back till next 7 hours and change his word !! Don't waste your time here. I am really disappointed with all I faced with them ! read more

Blue Drop was amazing! I called when my apartment flooded in the middle of the night. Tony was here in 25 minutes. It was incredible. He was awesome, got everything fixed and stayed to help me clear. Then, I had a major malfunction with my credit card and he was cool about it. Was super patient. Waited until everything was resolved. Just a great experience. I highly recommend Blue Drop Plumbing and especially Tony. read more
