Called for a non emergency issue where my kitchen sink was not draining. Mike was very responsive and scheduled a time for the next day to take a look. As soon as he had an opening that night he squeezed us in the same night we called. The technician santos came by and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We paid and everything was quick and easy. Santos never rushed things and did a thorough job in testing the dish washer to make sure no issues remained after the job was done. I'd recommend this plumbing company especially as they are 24/7. read more

Alex called me back quickly and amazingly was at my house in about 30 minutes as promised. He and his team cleared the line quickly and cameraed the line to show me the root blockage that was 60 feet down the line in the alley. Prompt, polite, professional service! read more

Alex came out to help me assess a situation in my bathroom that was leaking into a unit downstairs. I was super stressed after multiple plumbers backed out on me (old condo, concrete walls, scheduling issues, etc). When I called 24/7, Alex was very courteous, transparent with his communication, and on time. After testing between my unit and the unit below mine, he was able to figure out the problem--and he was thorough in explaining how I should proceed. Water issues are never fun, but I'm blessed to have a reliable plumber so close by! read more

Let me first start by saying the service this company provides is A+++. They listen to your questions and concerns before diving into the problem. I had a property in escrow that required a few things to be taken care of. They came out the next business day and fixed everything in one visit. But a bigger issue loomed outside the house; the fire pit wasn't producing any gas. It was a mystery. I had several leak detection companies take a look at it, only to come up with nothing. After explaining this to Alex, he said he would be glad to take a look. After going beneath the house to see if he could locate the pipe for the fire pit, he advised removing everything inside the fire pit. The issue we were having was that the gas line for the fire pit was under stone landscaping, and without a wire inside the PVC, the line wasn't detectable. But that didn't stop Alex from completely digging out the rest of the fire pit, where he found a very clogged and compromised gas line. Had Alex not been so diligent, the owner was prepared to credit the buyer several thousand dollars for a new fire pit, or even more money to install a new gas line, which one quote was nearly 10K. A quick phone call from Alex was the best news we had heard in weeks! His price to replace the pipe and a couple of fittings was merely a fraction of what it would have cost had we had to replace the fire pit or run a new gas line. This guy will get my business every time. Thanks to Alex and his team for getting us out of a jam! Well done guys! read more

I can't recommend 24/7 Rooter enough! These guys are the real deal. I had a backup in my main line late on a Sunday night after 9:30 PM, with water coming back into my shower--total nightmare. But within less than an hour, they were at my door and ready to help. Santos and Cleto, the two technicians, were phenomenal--friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. They quickly rootered out tree roots causing the blockage and even ran a camera through the line, walking me through everything I was seeing on the live video. They explained what the immediate fix was, as well as what steps would be needed down the line for further clearing and preventive maintenance. Brandon, the owner, was also involved and just as professional. The whole experience--from the fast response to the clear communication and fair pricing--was beyond impressive, especially for a late-night emergency call. I'm super grateful for this team. If you ever have a plumbing emergency, don't hesitate--call 24/7 Rooter. Total lifesavers! read more

I called 24/7 Rooter Service when both my toilets backed up and my fears of a backed up mainline made me very anxious. I had called another plumber but they were busy and short staffed because it was a holiday (Columbus Day). Alex answered the phone himself and after I described the problem, he said not to worry and he will be at my house between 6 to 7. It was 5:30 when I called and sure enough at 6:15 he rang the door bell. He was very calm and patient and did an amazing job taking care of the problem which was roots at the junction of my inside pipes to the outside. He did a video of the line before and after and the results were amazing. He now has a costumer for life. He is a kind of person who exudes confidence and yet has a very calm and humble presence. I give him my highest recommendation. Thank you for saving the day. read more

What can I NOT say? Ok...we HAAAAAD a Smith AO water heater from Lowes purchased 2019. The gas valve went out in 20, $ twice in 2021. Although we have the Warranty, we had to pay for labor.$$$$ The service was done by Picasso plumbing (they always come 4-5 days after the call), so I requested another plumbing service; Greenstar- HORRIBLE decision! THEY made the appt. for Tues., 1/4/22, between 8-11. It was changed to 1p, then I received a call at 12:58p, "We're gonna' have to change your appt. I don't have anyone in L.A. Me: sir, we've been without hot water since Thurs. (12/30/21) Him: "I DON'T HAVE ANY TRUCKS IN L.A. ME: Sigh...,ok, so when will we be serviced? Him: 2 morrow AFTER 11a. When called & told the service tech. was oh his way (about 11:20) & would b there in 45 min., I told the lady, tell your service man to turn around & go back to Candyland. Your service IS NOT welcome here. Yes I did. 6 days w/out hot water...NOW u have a tech a day later? Nope, I was in fear they'd cancel again. I went on Yelp & saw 24/7 & their 5's. Game Over! On Time, they disconnected the water heater, met us at Lowes with it, told us to wait up front while THEY (Daniel & Santos) retrieved the new water heater, loaded it on their truck, returned to the property & connected it. These two young men would not leave UNTIL hot water was received! They were Polite, Respectful, Professional & EFFICIENT! They get 100's from me!!! read more

24/7 Rooter Service - Water heater snug in its home. Thanks 24/7! - Plumbing Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Alex was very punctual and professional. He quickly cleared out sewer line, which had undergone a major overhaul just a year ago. It turned out the other guys hadn't cleaned out the pipe after replacing an entire section. Alex and his son pulled out a 3' tangle of stringy roots. They also went and shaved a section of the pipe where more roots had grown. They showed my the problems with their camera, for which they didn't charge extra. It's surprising that many other people charge for this. Yes, it's an additional service, but how good can job be if you can't see it? It's a necessary tool of the trade. Try 24/7 Rooter Service for your next rooter needs. Great service and fair pricing! read more

This company is THE BEST. I couldn't get a company I used before. I called 24/7 Rooter Service today after looking on Yelp and they lived up to all their stars! Over the weekend my main line backed up and flooded the bathroom and the room next to it. The shower filled up and the toilet was overflowing. I spoke to the owner, Alex. He sent me an arrival update within the hour and arrived soon after. He and his helper were polite, professional and friendly. He explained the problem and everything he was doing. No surprises or up-selling. After he cleared the blockage he did a complimentary inspection with a camera so he could show me inside the line . I paid the price he quoted. I am definitely going to have him back to do other work in the future. I highly recommend Alex and his company! read more

24/7 Rooter Service saved us! We had our annual sewage flooding in our bathroom and tub in our apartment in a Sunday night and Alex was sent out. And he arrive a little earlier than promised! We had a bit of a sewage river when he opened the outside drain, but that's not his fault as neither he nor we knew where the drain was outside the whole building. And I'm sure it was not pleasant for him. He seemed to be in constant communication with his boss, spent a long time rootering (rooting?) the drain, and tested the toilet 10 times before leaving. Alex handled our weird cramped parking lot, maneuvering in to set up. He was pleasant and professional, wore a mask, and communicated with us well. Please note that we had to pay cash or there was a substantial additional fee for a credit card transaction, like $50-80 I believe. So ask ahead of time. We were emailed an invoice immediately. My only suggestion would be if the business could provide some sort of shoe covering as sewage was tracked into to our carpeted apartment. It's understandable, and I'm sure Alex didn't enjoy the sewage river that encompassed him, so I'm not complaining. Just a suggestion for other staff and customers in case they encounter the situation we had. :( . read more

It's was about 11:00pm when the unthinkable happened to my family's bathtub and toilet and I called Alex. He was close by and almost a neighborhood distance away. He was professional, kind, courteous, and did an amazing job. He had his son (I think it was his son) help him out. Regardless they were both great. Luckily our issue wasn't too terrible besides removing the toilet temporarily and running a pipe snake. Afterwards, he cleaned then gave us advice for any future maintenance and changes. I hope we don't have any future plumbing issues, but if we do, Alex is the first person we will call. read more
