I have had my TT for a little over two years now and I have had to take my TT in a handful of times for warranty work. Booking a service appointment is about the only easy part of the process. Each visit, my TT has sat for at least two months before finally being worked on. In total, I have lost about 8 months of use between all my warranty repair visits. There always seems to be a break down in communication between service and the manufacture in getting warranty work approval. I have had to reach out to the manufacture on occasion only to be told it was service who dropped the ball when submitting paperwork. Every time I bring my TT here, there is a new service person behind the counter. Every time I get my TT back, I notice a new scratch or scuff mark. If their service department matched their sales department, this place would be unmatched. Management really needs to shake things up in this department.

We will be selling our trailer due to safety issue, three steps on the inside up to the bedroom and my wife has a little difficulty going down so we want a pull trailer with everything on one level. I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.

We were able to attend one of their open houses and it became obvious that they do exceptional work. The owners, as well as builders, were all available to speak with and answered a ton of questions. They gave us information on things we didn't even know to ask. We were able to look at and sit in most of the floor plans they offer, really helping us to understand the different options of "furniture" placement. We left the open house feeling confident that we would be making the best choice by going with Scenic Vans. A week later I was able to do a consultation with two of the owners, mocking up different options for van builds. I left that appointment having complete understanding of what we will be paying when we do our build. They are in the process of helping us get the best deal on the van we will do the build in. A conversion van purchase isn't a small purchase. We are in a season of life change, waiting for our retirement date, but can't wait to have new adventures in a van Scenic will build for us. I have no doubt they will do a great job making the perfect van for us. This company has won us over based on craftsmanship and customer service!

Service guys are nice but also make a lot of excuses for crappy products that they sell! I bought a brand new 2026 highland ridge and it has spent more time in the shop then with me. I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!

What we love about them is that it's not like a typical dealership, where the salesmen are waiting in the dark corners, stalking their prey, waiting for the right moment to attack! NO!!!! You have to actually go into the sales floor find them! And when you do, they are super pleasant and welcoming! Ready to answer all questions and be patient with the customers! Their rental extras are great (bike rack, tables). Great customer service. They allow us to drop off the RV on Labor Day while other companies are closed. Their new location is great and conveniently located near a propane refill station. They've also refunded our cleaning deposit for doing the interior cleaning on our own. Overall a really great experience and we plan to continue using them in them in the future!

Staff were always prompt with communication throughout the inquiry and sign-up. Additionally, the electronic contract process is seamless and policies are clear. Today was the day we planned on setting out on our family trip; however, unfortunate events led us to cancel. Elijah RV's response to our news was sincere and surprising. Surprising because although the contract clearly states we would lose our $500 deposit, management informed us that they would be refunding it. We didn't even ask. Be rest assured that you will be in good hands with Elijah RVs.
