CF quickly jumped on it and we hadn't had any problems since. Then, a few weeks ago, our remote seemed not to work not to mention the unit itself unit was filthy. CF's tech, Will Nuezca, showed up right on time and within minutes had us up, running and with a clean unit that looks and runs like new. Sam was great to speak with and he answered all of my questions and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote (given all the increased taxes and tariffs due to the Trump administration ripping off Americans!!) and scheduled time for them to come and install a new gas insert. The installers were quick and professional and did a good job installing the new gas insert, everything looks great and the fire is warm. :)

Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees. I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then. Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone. Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street. Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me "I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it. So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude. We were not home when they came but we let them in and seen on the cameras they were in and out in 10 minutes and left a bill for $340. They did not clean it and charged $50 for a part. We called and they said cleaning would be an additional $200. We were unhappy with the service and the price and I said we will pay it and do a Yelp review. She said I can hear your wife bitching in the background we won't even charge you. Looking at the reviews here, we were not the first ones with this issue. Make sure to get in writing what they say because they are not accurate but then they act like you are mistaken. Anyway, today she called for payment and said she never said that lol. Crazy lady.
