He even cleaned the dirty floor under the dryer and the washer when he was all done! So glad that I called to have my dryer serviced before I had any problems because my dryer vent hose had come apart from the back of the dryer and needed repair, which was included in the price. The scary part is that I did not even know that it was damaged! Boy! I am so glad that I called to have my dryer serviced before I had any problems with the dryer! Peace of mind! Priceless! After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team. We put out a request for several companies to come out for a total overhaul of our front/side yards. This all included drip systems installed, removal of the "dry jungle" that took over our front & side yard, planting of multiple fruit trees/plants as well as rock being delivered/installed. It was a huge deal to be quite honest but Chance, Tera & their team were up for the challenge. The crew was hard working, dedicated to get the project completed in a timely manner & customer service was second to none. The rock was bigger than I had imagined but I'm blaming the hubby for that one since he communicated the size incorrectly. We also had an issue with the drip system about a couple of weeks later but one phone call & they were back out to fix it immediately. The initial consult was professionally conducted, and we were happy to sign right then and there to get things moving. Everything, start to finish, went like clockwork. Communication was good, cleanliness was maintained from demo to last touches, and the employees were top of the line in their professionalism. We had Aleksei Alaev do the construction and installation work and he was just the best. Handled everything really well, and his work is top shelf. Clean lines everywhere, nothing rushed or half-done. Highly recommend anyone thinking of a bathroom remodel - call Rose! Would not recommend Rose Remodeling - we met with this company at the Home show and set up an appointment- the sales rep (Eric) came out on the 4th in the evening, took measurements, we went over what we wanted and he said he would get us an estimate - haven't heard a peep - don't waste your time as they will waste yours and not communicate - he also kept saying "this is going to be expensive" without even knowing our budget. My husband was concerned that the sales guy didnt act like he knew what he was doing when talking through what we wanted, measuring - then we sat our our table for 15 minutes while he scrolled home depot site showing us shower heads -- I told him he could just send us something as I was losing patience -- so he said he would send us an estimate and left - that was 10 days ago - not an email saying working on it, not a can't do it -- nothing. I appreciate small businesses and want to support them but not to my time and expense. I also understand (from my past experince being a home show participant) that there may be an influx of sales calls, etc..however that is not an excuse for zero communcations after an inperson sales meeting. Poor leadership, sales and attention to detail which unfortunately for the team doing the work could cause more problems. Recommend to owners to be honest - if your sales team doesn't want to do the work or can't - just say so - don't say you're going to do something and never deliver!!! Also, why waste your money at the home show if this is how your sales team operates? If they don't communicate before the project, imagine the lack of communication during the project!!! RED FLAGS! I'm leaving two stars as the sales rep did provide a good picture of work Rose has done in the past that now I can use to show other companies what I want.
