Not only did they hang up on me. Food was cold. The fries I ordered has a picture specifically next to it that makes it the Special fries for 5.25 with the cheese and meat on it, the person at the store is claiming that it's my fault and nothing can be fixed. Mind you. Who's wants to pay for soggy fries for 5.25 when McDonald's is right across the street! Also the food is cold. I used to love this place (and their Williamsburg location). I'm sure the food is still delicious but their delivery is the worst I've ever experienced. My last two orders had the delivery window pushed back up to two hours, and both times I called the restaurant and they said the food had been prepared within 15 minutes of me placing the order but it was waiting on a driver to be assigned by Seamless. The first time I did receive my order, 2 hours late and so cold it was totally inedible. I ended up throwing it away. The second time I gave up and cancelled my order when they said a driver still hadn't been assigned an hour after the food was made. I ordered Shake Shack on Postmates and got my order in a timely manner while it was still hot - that's how delivery is supposed to work, guys. Seamless screwed our entire order up (only delivered 1 bag of 3) so I called Blue Collar. They were so apologetic and accommodating (that's an understatement). I literally never go on Yelp- but omg how AMAZING was that man?? He made our entire order over and delivered it HIMSELF. Even included a nice dessert on the house and would not accept my $20 tip. He just wanted us to be happy. What more could you ask for? I've ordered from them so many times and love their food but they are #1 in brooklyn rn for doing that. I've been going here for a year, and since the pandemic started the food has lost its quality... in April I noticed the chicken in their chicken sandwich wasn't the same anymore and it gets worse in their chicken sandwiches the sauce is almost non existent, its so dry.
