Nope. I left an event at about 1:00 in the morning hungry. Taco Bell is familiar and usually consistent. I parked and walked into the location. I asked if they were still open. One male worker said no and a female said yes. I asked which it is. On top of that, I always check for cleanliness. Fail. At the front door to the left they're a tables. Under those tables was a pile that looks like it was swept. It had food, straw wrappers and dirt in piles. Someone started but didn't clean it up. Everyone was behind the counter. Keep in mind this is 1:00 a.m. they weren't any customers in the store. Why present in that manner? The young lady was friendly enough helped me out and told me I can also order my live through my app. I ordered a combo which is two chalupas, a dorito taco and a drink. Let's talk about that for a moment and this has nothing to do with the location but has to do with Taco Bell's pricing. These three items came up to $16 with tax. That's crazy. Now let's talk about WHY that's crazy. Twi words: Quality and Presentation. Chalupas are usually pretty good because they have a crispy outer shell and a chewy soft center once you bite. Not this time. When you eat a chalupa it's not supposed to break. It was like my taco was wrapped in a cracker. It literally snapped and broke every bite. Definitely old and not fresh. This is for both of them. The dorito taco was good. It's what was to be expected. I had a mango iced tea that was different than. I usually get I use the have the brisk. This was more of a fresh style tea and actually was pretty good. It was nice to see a natural tea color rather than that fluorescent yellow that brisk has normally. They also was some dried mango pieces floating. I didn't eat those. I will definitely avoid this location next time and especially for the prices read more

Note: this is a 2.5 star review. I was glad to see that this location was opening as it will be an option for some quick snaps when passing through the area. I ordered through the app, customizing my food. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn't even know which order was mine, as the receipt had disappeared period they asked me to tell them my order and they figured out which bag was mine. This place is up to very shady business especially using delivery services. I ordered $50 worth of food last night, was told it was picked up, then when picked up it was nearly immediately stated as delivered. No attempt to contact me, nothing. This has happened before with this store. They are flat out stealing from paying customers, seamless/door dash services and need to be seriously looked into. This place needs to be shut down. Literally the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. You could be the only one in the restaurant and see 5-7 staff members all just chilling chatting to each other and then receive food that is incorrect and poorly made. Burritos folded so sloppy you have to use a fork and knife, constantly forgetting ingredients and sauces, overcooking items etc. If you go past 11 pm your greeted with an employee yelling out that you can only order certain very basic things, meanwhile they aren't actually out of ingredients as you can get everything if you order through an app, they just are lazy and don't want to work. I was the only customer there and it took them some time to get my order together. 3 tacos and a soda. I figured with all that time spent, my tacos would be in good shape. They hardly had any beef in them. It was quite ridiculous actually. Also every taco was broken. I don't how how that managed to break every shell when there was hardly any filling to begin with. This Taco Bell should 100% be shut down or at bare minimum investigated by the corporate brand. The hours posted on the door are not adhered to, the staff is incredibly rude, your food is often incorrect/items missed, and they will tell you they aren't accepting orders or that you can only order simple items, when those who are ordering online get whatever they ordered. I went in her last night at 2:05 AM after having ordered ahead by at least 10 minutes. My food was marked as ready in the app, but was no where to be seen. I waited a little longer before going up to the counter a second time to check. During this time I saw 1 worker scream at two different people VERY aggressively and cursing at the second (who was just an uber driver trying to pick-up an order). At 2:20 they yelled they were no longer taking new orders and that they were closing--40 minutes before the posted hours of closing. At this point, I approached the counter asking for an update on my food, got told no by one worker (who later threw my cup at me for my drink), but a polite young man asked what I had ordered and I showed him my app confirmation. He began getting his teammates to help him make my order, none of whom wanted to help. At this point I was informed they didn't have guac, which I was charged for, but not asked I wanted a replacement sauce. I left the store very put off by the way they handled their business. Can't say I am too surprised because lately I've been having many problems with the Taco Bell app and another location as well. Upon arriving home I realized that 2 of my items didn't even contain beef, which is what I ordered as my protein on the item. Such a disappointing experience. If you can avoid this location, I HIGHLY recommend you do so--it is nothing short of a chaotic hostile environment. Two stars because it's Taco Bell in my neighborhood. But the service here sucks. I've gone about 4 times since it opened, and only once has the visit gone smoothly (it was during lunchtime). If you go in the late afternoon or evening, expect to have to ask the staff for half your order (if you can even get their attention). It's clear none of the staff is interested in being at work. The orders are always missing items and when you ask for them, it's usually accompanied by an attitude. They also toss everything haphazardly into the bag.
