I received this rush re-design sticker project and I was searching around for print shops that can print these stickers for us in a short time and affordable cost (since we only need 25-50 stickers at most). I looked through Staples, OfficeMax/Depot, StickerGiant, and other online printing companies. Staples & OfficeMax/Depot had a horrible UI, but was still doable. However, at the end, I found Blue Bee Printing and they were amazing. Not only was it super easy to navigate through the order process step-by-step, but they were also very affordable and can order lower quantity (for what we needed). Their support team was very responsive and they shipped really fast -- exceeded all of my expectations! I will definitely use Blue Bee Printing again for any future small & large design/print projects, and will recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reliable online print shop. read more

This review is about the customer service I received via email. Caroline is wonderful and friendly in her emails, but Sherrie should be fired. She made me feel like an idiot all because I didn't see some small print about how UV coating comes standard in all of their stickers. Expecting customers to send extra instructions when they don't give you the option not to have something as you're placing an order is absurd. Now I have 500 stickers I can't use. My experience with Blue Bee, quite a while back in 2013, was not great. I was switching from another printshop, with ready art work. The labels were for 2inch product labels, on glass, and the art work was used at two print shops previously with similar results. I received a sheet of thick clear vinyl (12mil? more? very thick outdoor grade clear window vinyl), stickers cut out next to each other without any space in between (with very rough edges), clear parts in the art work that were white on the submitted art work, and colors that were completely off from both the pdf proof and print shops I had used before, and zero color matching had been done (yellow was orange! green was teal! the issue seemed like insufficient yellow ink on the labels). They told me I must have given them RGB art (nope, not at all, they were made in CMYK and unaltered from the previous printshop's submission). And $50 for a press proof, which thankfully I opted to do before ordering multiple thousands of labels, which were not competitively priced :/ I had many e-mails with a customer service rep and let them know what the labels were for. There were too many issues to correct and deal with. Do not recommend. Sorry. I hope you have better luck, because I could not have had worse luck. read more

Very poor service. I paid a premium for 3-business_day production, and after the fourth business day I called to check on the status. They refused to refund the difference. Instead, they cancelled the order altogether - leading me to believe the order hadn't been produced even in four days. They left me in the lurch. Never again. read more

TLDR: Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. A little confusing on the order details--make sure you're clear when ordering x product with them. They are worth your business. Long: I had a rush order on stickers and Caroline was extremely helpful to me during this process. The image I submitted didn't have sufficient resolution/dpi and so she had the team there make me another proof--actually another 3 proofs because my boss changed her mind about the size of the sticker. There was some confusion when checking the size of the sticker because the first proof had been sent over and zoomed at %200, which we weren't aware of. wanted to get some magnets done on a crazy tight deadline. went to their website super late at night where they have a live chat feature. rep was knowledgeable and answered all questions fully. called the next morning to confirm everything that was discussed over live chat and everything checked out well, answers matched perfectly. went to the website to "super rush" my order (done in 2 days). proof was emailed to me in a very timely manner. luckily i live by the warehouse so picked up my 100 magnet order from the front desk where it was already waiting for me. very satisfied with how they cut exactly around my very detailed design and also got compliments on the quality of the magnet.
