Ben came out on time to put a coating on my new Honda CRV. Just bought it three weeks ago and it looks better than when I picked It up. He really pays attention to detail which is great because I don't seem to care that much about my cars. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben: he's a professional. I paid him the quoted price and was happy to do so. Way better job and way better than waiting for my car to get cleaned by Mission Car Wash or the like. They would always leave many things undone, esp. corners. For a guy who's not picky about his cars, sounds pretty hypocritical. Glad to have found Ben. read more

Ben did a really good job on my car. He did a very thorough interior and exterior was. Conditioned the seats, clay barred the exterior, buffed it, and added protective coating. All for a very reasonable price at my house. Would definitely recommend his services. read more

Ben, made it incredibly easy to obtain a quote, booked within a quick time frame, and he paid attention to every detail I wanted him to in my car. My car looked just as clean as the day I first bought my car. Not only was my car detailed both inside and out (purchased interior and exterior detail), Ben was incredible personable, professional, and accommodating. Thank you again BLS Auto Detail for helping my car look so incredible, just in time for spring and summer. ***Please support this local business during this health pandemic. I definitely will be a return customer. read more

This is the second time I have had Ben do my truck and SUV and they were dirty and in need of a detail. He said my vehicles were the cleanest he had ever worked on before he started, but when done they were even better! He is very detail-oriented and on time I highly recommend him for detailing! read more

Ben did the coating on my new car today and it looks better than it did on the lot!! A beautiful red color I knew I needed to take good care of the finish right from the start. 3 years ago Ben did two other cars for us and our son still drives on of them and the finish still looks great. Ben is thorough, careful and gave us several tips to keep our cars looking great. read more

First off, I need to be fair about my review. I hired these guys to wash and wax my 6 year old RV. If you need your auto or truck detailed, I would recommend these guys. If you have an RV, I would pass. They were very professional when they arrived. Ben was concerned about how well thing would work out. However, the project was not successful. All of the above said, two days after they finished some of the decals started to lift off the vehicle because they power washed the vehicle instead of hand washing. In addition, one of my windows is now fogged due to the power-washing. The fixes will be expensive. So, be warned, auto and truck detailing should be fine with these guys. However, think twice before having them do your RV. If you do, only have them hand wash your vehicle. read more

If you want your vehicle handled right, call Ben at BLS Auto. He is more than thorough and treats your vehicle like it was his. My 2017 Honda Ridgeline looks BRAND NEW. He got all the swirls from the car wash out of the finish. She SPARKLES. Highly recommend him! Laurie read more

Ben did a great job detailing my car. I was very happy with his work and highly recommend him to detail your car, plus he comes to you so that part is easy and he just needs access to a powered extension cord to get his work done. read more

I had the pleasure of having Ben detail my cars today. He was pleasant and thorough and timely. He is easy going funny and has a great eye for cleaning. He made my cars sparkle and I could not be happier with how well he did. I even had to leave to tend to a class and left him my home with out any issues at all. He was respectful and happy. I would use his services again and highly recommend them read more

My car has been needing a fresh start for a while now. Stained seats, dog hair, dirty dash and cup holders. All the sticky stuff I can't reach or get to, it's ALL gone. Ben was super easy to work with and did an amazing job restoring my car to basically brand new. I'm super super pleased with the detailing I received and how affordable it was. It's even nicer that I don't need to leave the comfort of my own home since he comes to you. Highly highly recommend BLS for any detailing needs. read more

Ben and his team did an amazing job on my 2009 MBZ E320. They were punctual, honest, efficient and professional. Ben kept his promise to make my 8 year old car look new. I opted for the clear coat and I am glad I did. I have been receiving compliments from friends who thought I bought a new car. The Groupon deal was a great value and they worked on my car as if it was their own car! Highly recommend Ben and BLS! He is the bomb when it comes to auto detailing! read more

Excellent service! Ben was super friendly, personable, and professional! Showed up at my house within the hour. He diagnosed the services that was needed to be done and recommended other options to help me out. He did an amazing job and I feel like I can't expressed how amazing of a job he did! My car looked brand new. He also helped me sell my vehicle and made it as painless as possible. He had my car detailed, cleaned, and sold within weeks. Superb service! I would recommend BLS detailing to anyone. If you are looking for the best service around this is where you start! Thank you so much Ben, you guys are awesome! read more

Ben was honest and up front about what he thought my car needed and didn't need, was easy to communicate with, and came to our home and did a fantastic job getting my car clean. I have 3 kids so the level of crumbs and grime was up there (though he said he'd seen a lot worse : ) ) but he got everything looking great and feeling very clean. Fast, detail-oriented and worth the money, in my opinion. read more

I did the Groupon and BLS must be very busy as it took quite a few calls to finally get my appointment scheduled. They never responded to the online form that I completed. So I finally called a few times. When they showed up (finally) to detail my car, they were done in about an hour. After the detail I still found leaves, pine needles, and other bits in the liner between the engine hood. I easily spent 5 mins and picked these out by hand. I guess "detail" doesn't include taking leaves out. Overall it seemed more like a good car wash than a detail job. PS: Good luck trying to get your detail scheduled. These guys are super busy! read more

I wish I could say how well they detail, but I can't, because I never got a call back from them. I called three times over the course of three weeks, and didn't get a call back, nor a peep, even to say "yikes, we're totally overscheduled..." whatever. Not a peep. Really annoying, as I was trying to get the car detailed for sale. It seems from these reviews they are responsive generally, but groupon might have been my problem, and your mileage may vary. I did, thankfully, get a refund from Groupon. read more

We had BLS Auto Detail come out last week to do the outside of my fiancé's work truck & it turned out AMAZING!! We got the truck used & I've never seen it look so good until now. I highly recommend & we will for sure be using BLS again! read more

I am writing an update to a review I posted from awhile ago. I have been meaning to do this for quite some time now and just kept forgetting. After everything that happened during my initial encounter with Ben and his team, I am glad to be able to say now that Ben did in fact step up and make things right. And, all things considered, he and his team did quality work. I know things happen sometimes that can affect how a business can operate. And what I went through originally with BLS was pretty frustrating. But in the end, BLS showed professionalism and a willingness to satisfy the customer. And to me, that's important. Thank you Ben and your team for a job well done. I have changed my assessment to 4 Stars. read more

I also got the Groupon for a mobile detail and thought that $140 for an interior floor and upholstery shampoo was too good to be true. Ben was very clear that sometimes previous jobs run long and that the timing sometimes required flexibility which was fine, I was having the job done at work and wouldn't need the car for anything. In any case the guys showed up within twenty minutes of the scheduled time and more importantly, got straight to work. Since i had saved some $$ on the Groupon, I opted to add high-speed buffing to lose some of the little cracks and add the Glare coating advertised on the website. The jury is out on the coating. It looks like a TOTALLY excellent wax job right now but the proof is in how long it will last. I'll keep you informed. The buffing however was totally worth it. That nasty spot where the dog jumped up on the side of the car? Gone. the depth of the luster is fabulous. The carpets are that zero-nap fuzzy junk they put in cars these days and while Ben kept trying to excuse the difficult to remove hairs and other tiny things that get lost in stuff like that I failed to see s single flaw in the carpets, they look like brand-new to me. No extra water either, everything was just barely damp but the seats were like new. I would recommend BLS and will use them again next spring, just for the interior and the tires, because the Glare is supposed to keep the paint like new. We'll see. read more

Although I was happy with the timely manner I was able to be scheduled in, It didn't take long after speaking with friends and doing some research on the Internet to see that I was a little overcharged. He was also very late with no attempts to call and let me know, Instead I had to contact him regarding where he was. My last complaint is I'm not very enthusiastic about whatever soap or shampoo he uses. I thought the smell would fade away within a few weeks, but there's still an undesirable sent in my car over a month later. Bizarre as it is, the scent reminds me of a smokers car, mixed with some kind of fragrance.. read more

I discovered BLS through Groupon, when I purchased the deluxe deal. Because I'm selling my Toyota Prius, I decided to drive from Oakland to Santa Rosa to get this done. While driving up, Ben suggested instead of me driving to them by the Santa Rosa airport, we could meet at the Coddington Mall (a decent place to kill a few hours) instead. His reaction to my car was funny when he saw it because it was FILTHY dirty. I hadn't washed it in a couple months (and have been off-roading through dirt roads on a regular basis) and I don't believe any carpet cleaning (besides vacuuming) had ever been performed since buying my '04 Prius. There was dog hair all over the trunk, I had stains on the carpets, I had dirt all over the exterior, it was a hot mess to say the least. I really didn't know what to expect as I've never gotten a car fully detailed before. All I can say is WOW!!! It was a 180 degree, night-and-day difference! If my car didn't have a ton of scratches everywhere from 9 years of wear n tear, it would have looked brand new like it did coming out of the dealership. My exact words verbatim was "Ho Lee Sheet!" when I saw the vehicle. These guys are pros, have been doing this for over 20 years, and know what they're doing. I highly recommend their work, and after selling this car and buying my next car, I'm going to go back to them to seal the paint for me (so I don't have to wax it for 3 years). I trust these guys with my car for sure. Yes, the carpets were still wet when I got the car back. That's why Ben told me to let them dry outside in the sun when I got back home. I read the bad review on here. That guy is complaining because he didn't do the final inspection himself. It sounds like it was more his problem than theirs. Had he not had to pick up his son, it sounds like he would have given a positive review. I recommend these guys. Top tier professional work! I have no complaints and feel that I definitely got my money's worth. I'm very pleased and satisfied and kind of wish I had done it sooner to be honest. I like my car being this clean. :-) read more

I did upgrade my groupon which cost another $150, but the glaze brought out the metallic shine on my black CrossTour. I did even realize my car had metallic sparkles! It was a little effort to make an appointment that actually worked, but glad I did it. read more

I was asked to find an auto detailer that could detail one of our company vehicles for a new employee we had starting with our company. Benjamin got right back to us and was able to accommodate the deadline I had for getting this done before the employee started. Benjamin was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job on the vehicle. The car which is almost 2 years old now looks like it was just driven off the dealership lot-beautiful and immaculate! Our company will absolutely use his services again and I highly recommend BLS. read more

I found a Groupon for BLS auto detailing. I had some questions that they answered quickly and they were very informative and promptly scheduled the service. The day of the detail they were very prompt, ready to work, seemed very enthusiastic and didn't mess around. They busted the detail out and then some! You can probably tell I am very pleased with the outcome. I have a renewed sense of pride driving my truck. I am looking forward to have them come back for my fiancées vehicle... It needs it Thanks again read more

I decided to purchase the deal I saw on Groupon for a full interior/exterior detail. I gave them a call to set up a time and date to come to my home. He explained to me the type of service they provide and the extras that I could purchase to protect the vehicle. They were prompt at the time I scheduled, he once-overed my vehicle and took it from there. Only took about an hour and they were very thorough. My vehicle looks Great! Thanks. I will be recommending BLS to my friends and family. read more

Benjamin and his crew did a great job on the inside of my car (that is what I only wanted done). 1. Best of all, they came to my place to do the work. 2. The products they used didn't leave any detectable smells. 3. The price is reasonable. My car hasn't looked and felt that good in years! read more

Was very rude to me when I called, made the appointment and he never returned any of my calls or emails and then just refunded my Groupon. Complained the whole time about how cheap he was going to do it for with the Groupon, well then you shouldn't have signed up for Groupon. read more

I called Ben to talk about the Glare protection he offers and he was thorough and helpful on the phone, giving honest feedback about what I could expect. I decided that I would trust my car to him, he came out to my work and did an exterior only detail with the Glare product. Ben worked quickly and carefully and gave me some pointers on car washing afterwards, essentially telling me that I just needed to spray the car off once a week and dry it with a good microfiber. I have been using sealant and wax on my cars my entire life and I "volunteered" to be a test case for Glare for some of my more car enthusiast friends. The results speak for themselves, this is after two weeks no wash, then I sprayed it with high pressure soap, rinse and then a spot free rinse. I then just wiped it down with a towel and it looks amazing. I am sold on this for now, I'll follow up in six months on how well it's lasting. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this merchant. and after playing phone tag with him for a couple of months. Ben and Julian did an amazing job on my 2008 Honda CR-V! I'm convinced their work got me as much as I did when I traded it in the next day. I was very impressed that they could fit me on such short notice ( ess than 24 hours) and Ben was very professional in scheduling my appointment and in understanding my expectations. They were very thorough and removed marks on my leather seats that other detailers had told me could not be removed. I thought their quote was very reasonable considering that they came to my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car detailed. read more
