I do not recommend anyone to work with him. He wanted $300 for a windshield tint, which I agreed to but could not find him anywhere when I got there for my appointment. No notice, message, or phone call. Even waited there for an hour for him. Absolutely terrible service, does not care about his customers, and terrible business. Do not have your windows tinted here. After I paid $275 for the service, the tint started peeling off on its own. I contacted the shop, and they told me to come in so they could fix it. However, every time I showed up, they made excuses, saying they were too busy and asked me to come back later. I went back more than seven times, even closing my own business to make time, and still nothing was done. Finally, the owner contacted me, and He apologized and scheduled me for an appointment the following week at 12:00 PM, asking me to arrive 10 minutes early so they could complete the job right away in about 30 minutes. I even received daily reminder messages confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. When I checked in, the staff said they had no record of my appointment. They still told me to leave the car and promised it would be done within an hour. I waited outside for over an hour, and they never even touched my car. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived without appointments were being served before me. While I was there, another customer driving a 2026 Nissan coupe, yellow in color, was also upset and complained that he had just gotten his car tinted. He was unhappy with the results. He said to me they did his car 2 hours ago. That made it clear to me that I'm not the only one having issues with this shop. After waiting 2-3 hours with no progress, I was told to come back again. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I texted the owner, and I made it clear that I had closed my business to be there, but that did not seem to matter. This shop charged me $275 for a service that should have been covered under their so-called "lifetime warranty." Instead, I received poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I believe they should take responsibility and fix the issue properly instead of wasting my time repeatedly. Well, my car will never return to this stupid shop ever, especially the staff who worked out there. 100.% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this business, BlackIt Out Tints, in Vallejo, to NO ONE.

I found their website and the deals offered on the website are what convinced me to get my car washed at Santa Rosa ProWash. The manager's special online caught my eye but when I got to the car wash, they said that they didn't offer that anymore (same thing they said to me years ago). It seems that bait and switch is their general MO I ended up getting a full service car wash because I wanted them to clean both the interior and exterior. Surprisingly they did a great job on the interior but the exterior could use another wash already! I didn't have the time or the patience to ask them to run it through again, so I just let it be. My car exterior is mostly clean... I tipped the fellow who cleaned my interior, and that was it. Now I've been here twice over several years and I need to just stick with my regular spot in Rohnert Park. You know the saying, fool me once... They do a good enough job, but for the $45/$50 with tip I paid, and the results I got, I should've gone elsewhere.
