This place has me sooo excited!! I mean, who doesn't like dessert in square shaped form?! Super clean environment, personable employees, and the desserts make my mouth salivate!! The Sugar (Strawberry) Patch definitely will satisfy one's sweet tooth - sugar bar with a light cream on top and fresh strawberry, perfect for summer. The Independence is my favorite because I'm a sucker for Rice Krispie treats! One of the best I've eaten, super soft, buttery, and perfect amount of marshmallows in between! The Mississippi Mudd is for the chocolate lovers out there! Prepare to consume this one with a glass of milk! The brownie is gooey, and the walnuts are subtle, so if you're not a nut fan - don't fret, the walnuts are not overpowering and they managed to put the perfect amount in this bar. Will def be coming back to this heavenly place, and I love that it's in Utah County!

@bloxdesserts was our family treat stop this week with all our from-out-of-town visitors and Blox got the party going. The vibrant vibe of the store with the yellow and black contrast was simple and energetic and the geometric tiles play a trick on your mind. Just my thing. Everyone had something they loved with the monthly and weekly options. This was my first time and I enjoyed these far more than I expected. With a texture between a brownie and a cookie, I couldn't help but smile. The thickness of the base helps to offset the sweet frosting that is on some of them, but I still find that at times there is too much sweetness for my palate. I am failing in that I did not write down the name of each bar, but the peanut butter and chocolate blox was perfect with a layer of real peanut butter between the cookie and chocolate frosting. The one to surprise me most was the blueberry with the thin shortbread base and generous fruit filling all proportioned to provide you a perfect blueberry cobbler serving. There are two types of people in this world, cookie people and brownie people. I fall into the latter category and therefore I am thrilled that we now have Blox. I went in early one morning to try a small sampling and soon found myself back for a Blox of 16. Most of them ended up at the office and everyone had a great day that day. I love that there are always new flavors and new combinations to try.

I have heard all the buzz about Blox and finally made it to AF to try it out! It was super clean and bright - I was really impressed! The flavors this week were calling my name! The brownie and peanut butter bar are always on the menu - they also have pistachio, M&M Krispy, sugar cookie, and German chocolate. We had to try one of each and I was really surprised because I liked the pistachio the best!! It was sweet and salty with cream cheese frosting (sold)! The bars are thick and soft and there's frosting o-plenty!! I need to go back and get a bar warm and a la mode - that's my jam!!

I hope Blox is successful. We ordered four different brownies and all were good in their own way. The pistachio was our favorite. The sugar cookie bar was so soft and buttery. The original brownie was very rich with dark chocolate flavors (not my fav, as I'm more of a milk chocolate kinda gal)! Lastly, we got the Skippy (peanut butter). This was the only bar that was actually dry. Maybe this batch was over cooked, who knows. The flavor was there but the bar was pretty dry. If I was in the area again, I'd come back for sure to try other flavors. Definitely worth the stop.

Great new dessert place here in Utah county and I appreciate that they offer a variety of dessert bars. Tried all of their bars that they had this week and all are well done. The bars are very good sized! We actually cut them into 4 so that we could share around and try different ones. They have a couple flavors that are available each week - the classic brownie and the skippy (it's called a blondie but reminiscent of a peanut butter bar!) and the other flavors rotate weekly. I was very sad they didn't have lemon bar this week because I definitely want to try that one. But the variety is fun! The brownies are delicious, the rice krispy treats as well. Just goodness to try!

Talk about stepping through the looking glass! This place is YELLOW! And the floor tile has this trippy 3D cube effect. Wild stuff. At first you might think you've stepped into one of the happy-go-lucky pot shops, the place is massive for no reason. Walk up to the bar and there's a section with ice cream tubs and on the right are the sacred cubes of sugar confection, 6 - 4x4 squares. I asked about them and got a detailed description of each, rotating (like draft beer?) flavors and concoctions. I chose to go with the brownie because, well, I like brownies. One thing to note, they are trying hard to be "influencer material". After the brownie was topped with a half a raspberry I was asked if it looked good. Now call me old fashioned, but I care less what food looks like and more about the taste, so I said "yeah, sure." Maybe I should've said it looked incredibly fantastic, beyond my wildest dreams? I got to say though, this is generally the type of "sweets" you try to avoid at the bakery section of your local Smith's. It is sweeeeeeeeeeee--eet! The brownie, I don't know, but I make better brownies from Ghirardelli at home. It's not that it wasn't good, just really fudgy, and with all that frosting on top, it's just too much. And maybe that's why this review is so ecstatic- I've got a crazy sugar rush going on. Anyways, save your teeth and your insulin levels!

We've been getting Blox almost weekly for about a year. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they always get our order right. I also really like their drive-up curbside pickup option. Our favorite flavors have been the Hot Mama, the Party on Top, and the Chippy. The regular Skippy is also really yummy. And while some flavors are not my cup of tea, I always appreciate the quality. The yellow box has basically ruined me for a certain pink box from a store I won't name out loud; let's just say I'd have to "mumble" it...

I have heard a lot about Blox and I follow them on Instagram so I see their desserts all of the time. This last week they had "the Scotch" which is one of my very favorite desserts so I went to try it out. It was simply incredible. The service was friendly when I got there, they were super quick, and the dessert was amazing. I do wish they offered smaller options to be able to try more of the desserts without spending a ton on the massive size but overall very great experience.

4 for $17! They have 4 flavors of the week that change weekly. Not too many fruity flavors to choose from since my sweet tooth for cookies aren't huge. Surprisingly, the Rice Krispies cookie topped with red, white and blue frosting wasn't so sweet as expected. It was a tall bar, light and fluffy. And the frosting on top was very light almost tasted like berries. I'm not sure it it was flavored or just my imagination haha Definitely worth a try if you're a big cookie lover. The strawberry one was fruity and sweet. Not overpowering on the sugar either. Light whipped cream frosting contrasts the dense sugar cookie beneath it. Same goes for the paradise one, flavored with coconut flakes. The Mississippi one was on the sweeter side but hits the spot for rocky road lovers

These are great. They are huge. Despite the spendy cost, it's a good value for the bigger portion. Tried the party on top, Skippy, Scotch and Melba. All were great but party on top was least favorite and didn't get eaten up. Skippy is great. read more

This was my first time here. They are located just off the freeway in a brand new strip mall. The place is large with tables you can sit at or you can pre-order for take out. I even saw DoorDash will deliver. Blox dessert bars are as sweet as it gets and they are huge. There are 6 flavors to choose from. I picked out 4 bars to take home. The Skippy, Sugar Patch, Remember and the Mississippi Mud. I hurried home and cut a piece from each one before my husband to see. Oh my goodness. They are all so good. I plan on using them for gifts in the future for my friends and family. read more

We got the bar called the skippy and it was incredible! I was a little sad I had to share it, but it's so big it's probably good I had too. The store is also so happy from the bright yellows to the employees everyone was excited for us to be there. I will be back for sure. read more

Okay, YUM! I'm a huge dessert bar fan, so I'm upset I've not been to Blox sooner. I love our Utah cookie and ice cream scene, but am so glad to have some variety in the dessert departmentZ This is a newer dessert place with a rotating menu of dessert bars and I'm in love. I was initially hesitant about the prices but these blox are huge, dense, and delicious. It's not a matter of if I will be going back, it's when. This is my favorite dessert place to go to! You get a new taste of other delicious desserts that are hard to find! They have brownies, carmelitas, Rice Krispies and shortbread bars! I felt like getting a sweet treat over the weekend and this place caught my eye. It was easy to find right off the freeway. The employees were very friendly and helped me choose the best dessert bars for me. They were fast and the desserts fresh! They were all big, I thought I'd be able to eat 1/2 of each in my 4 pack box but I was barely able to eat 2 halves. Honesty I should have cut eat dessert bar into fourths and then just would have been able to eat some of each one in one sitting. I got The Skippy (a peanut butter bar), The Classic (super chocolatey brownie), Crush (Ghirardelli brownie topped with caramel sauce and pecans), and lastly and probably my favorite was Party on Top (sugar bar topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit, basically a fruit pizza). My husbands favorite and my second favorite was The Skippy, the frosting was light and fluffy while the bar had a great peanut butter taste. They also have ice cream you can choose to add on top. If you were going there on a date I'd probably get one blox to share with a scoop on ice cream on top. read more

You have to try these! The skippy bar (peanut butter) is unreal! 10/10 would recommend. Not only do they have the tastest treats for dessert- they provide really exceptional customer experience. This picture perfect Instagram spot is a must stop, must share spot, sure to leave everyone wanting more. Dare I say this is better than any of the cookie shops around the valley! read more

I've had this spot on my radar for a few months now--following them on Instagram to salivate daily until I could actually brave the trip into Mordor (Utah County) to try it out. And we were not disappointed! The shop itself is bright and cheerful with a large space up front for customers to order in a socially distanced manner which, in and of itself, is something to celebrate. We were greeted immediately upon entering and were waited upon promptly. We decided that since we'd driven all the way to another county for this trip we'd better try all 6 bars they were offering. This was a delicious and correct decision. Overall these dessert bars knocked my socks off. Delicious, soft, rich, whatever word you want to describe the perfect dessert bar insert it here. I would support them ALWAYS having the lemon bar and PB bar because they are amazing, but the weekly rotating flavors were incredible too. Each is big enough to easily cut into 4 or more pieces, by the way. It can make you feel like you're eating less because you ate four small pieces of lemon bar instead of one giant one. Or you can share. To sum up: I highly recommend this spot to everyone and anyone who craves a high quality dessert! Skip all the pink-boxed cookies that are not as good as you think they are and visit a dessert shop that is AMAZEBALLS through and through! It might actually make a trip to Utah County worth it. read more

Good experience. Friendly staff and tasty rich brownies. This is Crumbl brownie-style. Had a maple bacon and peanut butter chocolate. Both good. Two things holding them from a fifth star. 1. A bit over priced. $5 for a brownie. 3 seems right, 4 is alright I get it profits and such, 5 makes me raise my eyebrow. I can get 4 Crumble cookies that deliver on similar cravings for $10. 2. They don't have water cups. Drinking fountain yes, but would be nice to have a water cup. read more

Wow! Seriously impressed with this place. I follow Yelp Utah on Instagram and saw a post about Blox being a nice business. Decided to try it on a whim. First off the size of each block is huge. I ended up cutting them into quarters at least so that we could sample the box. The biggest thing for me though is the brownie. It's so common to find dry tough brownies, so these super rich moist brownies were a welcome surprise. Great new place! read more

This was the most money we have ever spent on terrible desserts! We got 5 bars and the cost was just over $30. We had our grandkids, so we got a rice crispy bar. Who ever pays $6 for a 4"x4" rice crispy treat?! Well, we only got one and it was very mediocre. We had a boring red velvet bar, a gooey (not in a good way, but more like under cooked) apple crisp bar and a REALLY dried out Oreo bar. Like something that must have been made a day or two earlier. We will never be back, nor we will recommend this place. Go get a COOKIE instead! :) read more

Ordered for my son for finals week at the Provo store. Ordered Monday for a 4pm delivery on Wednesday (12/13/23). No delivery comes. Call at 7pm. Told they have one staff member and can't deliver. Lizzie says she will leave message for manager Gage. Next day, no call and no credit on my card. Call again at 6:15 pm, told to call American Fork Store. Call them and Gage is gone for day and left another message. at this point just disputed the charge. Not even sure if they are good because never had the chance to try them. But beware if you order delivery. read more

I love Blox, and so does my whole family... but the customer service tonight was atrocious. My mom came into town from California, and wanted a box of Blox before her early flight tomorrow morning. We rushed down from Salt Lake to come get a box and arrived at 10:57 pm. When I got there the doors were locked, and I was trying to get one of the four girls attention to see if they were closed. It says the building closes at 11:00 pm on Saturday night. I understand 10:57 is cutting it close, and I would have understood if one of them simply came to the door to apologize and say they were closed. Instead the girls all looked at me, and started laughing with each other. Some even went into the back pretending I wasn't even there. They just went on cleaning the store like I wasn't even there. I never leave reviews but this level of customer service is not acceptable. I would have been okay with just a, "Hey sorry! We are closed for the night." Please train your employees better. read more

Overall, I really like this place. Their brownies are absolutely not worth the price in my opinion, and can be made way better at home. Their Rice Krispies are pretty dang good and bigger than the normal dessert bars that they sell to make up for being so "basic". The employees are usually nice and I love their biscoff bars. My only complaints are that they don't take cash, ever, and it's $6.49 (including tax) for a single bar. That is extremely overpriced in my opinion and really limits me visiting. read more

I've only ever had Blox to go, so for my first time actually walking into Blox I was impressed. The floor and the counter are mesmerizing. Such a cool vibe just as you walk in the door. The Blox are gourmet. The Dulce De Krispy is amazing. I hope they keep that forever. Darling Blox themed for Halloween and each one we tried tasted amazing. Super cute place to grab desserts. read more

I went to Blox for the first time today. The employees were extremely friendly and very helpful with all the questions that I asked. The store was clean, and the service was fast. The dessert bars were really good. I especially liked the "Sugar Patch" bar. I thought a box of four was a little pricey at first, but then I saw how huge the bars were! You absolutely get your money's worth at Blox. I'll definitely be returning. read more

So I've been munching on my box of bars. I have to say that out of the fridge they taste 10× better than when at room temperature. I don't know why, but I am actually way into these things right now. As much as I wish they were more mom & pop feel, I can't deny that their product is one worth purchasing for dessert if served properly read more

If you're used to the quality of Crumbl you'll be very disappointed. The dessert was hard and the ice cream seemed freezer burned. Would have been much better if it had been served warm. We asked for that but it didn't happen. Didn't finish it. read more

I love this place so much! I'm a very good baker and sometimes I just don't want to bake a whole batch of something, that's when I go to this place. Everything they make is wonderful, fresh and unique. The workers are friendly, the place is bright and clean. It trumps any cookie place I've been too and the bars are big. They are a bit pricey, which I totally understand! They are big and they are quality. So glad I discovered this place, I tell everyone about it! I LOVE the skippy and am so glad they have it every week. read more
