Food was fantastic. Service was very quick and efficient. The place is small, but we were able to sneak in around lunchtime. I don't know what illegal substance they put on those potatoes probably honey. But I will think about those for the rest of my life. They were delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I will absolutely be stopping here again

Got this as takeout dinner and the service was fantastic (super kind employees!), taste was great, and they had halal chicken!! Really liked the seasoning and flavor of the chicken/rice.

Fast and tasty. I only needed a snack so I got the vegetable dumplings. They were tasty! I would definitely come back for a full meal at some point.

Blossom tree always hits the spot! Very consistent and delicious. I ordered delivery through a third party app and it was still hot. In a stapled bag with utensils and napkins which is a perk due to being at work!

I had to walk back memory lane today and eat at Blossom Tree. This was (and still is) one of my favorites when I was a student at GSU and dining here was so nostalgic for me. Quite a lot has changed with this place but was told it's the same owner ever since I started going here. One of the big changes - they used to have a sauce bar where you can get your own sauce and free barley tea. I didn't see either of these but it wasn't a big deal. It's counter service and I decided to order a tofu bibimbap with lettuce base and sides of kimchi and brown rice. The staff was very friendly and their customer service is great. I was in the middle of ordering but someone called and the server excused himself to take the call. It only took a few minutes for our orders to come. Mine came with a decent amount of deep fried tofu on top of lettuce. This could have definitely used more sauce since the lettuce was dry with no dressing. I dumped the kimchi to make a salad bowl scenario, which helped with the dryness of the dish.

I came here on a Monday for lunch and it was pretty empty around noon. People started to file in right after we got there though. They have communal style seating, so you might end up sitting by someone you don't know but maybe you'll make a new friend that day. I had the pork bulgogi kimchi rice with sweet potatoes and veggie dumplings. The veggie dumplings were definitely the star of the dish. I could eat those over and over because they were delicious. The sweet potatoes were fine and covered in some kind of sauce. I'm not a huge sweet potato fan but if you love them I'm sure you will love the ones here. They were soft yet crispy. The pork bulgogi kimchi rice was good as well, but I think I wish I would've had an additional sauce to enhance the taste of the kimchi rice. I don't feel as if it added to the dish.

One of the best places to eat in downtown Atlanta! The tacos and bibimbap are excellent, and so are the sides. Highly recommend the tofu, shrimp, or fish. The service is good as well and items are priced well. Casual seating. To go orders did well in transit too.

Thank you Blossom Tree for staying open a few mins after closing time so that I can grab dinner! I flew into Atlanta and this was the only place that was nice enough to take my order. I panicked ordered and went with the Beef Bibimbap with dumplings & sweet potatoes. My favorite was definitely the dumplings and sweet potatoes. I might've made a mistake on getting no sauce on the beef bibimbap because it didn't seem to be seasoned and it was on the drier end so a little hard to eat. Portion sizes were fairly large for the value, so that's a plus. I would definitely like to come back to try their other dishes next time I'm in town for work.

My sister and I grabbed some take out, she picked it up and brought it for us. She did not have a great experience ordering food, but the food is so good she wasn't too bothered. We grabbed the bulgogi rice and the chicken rice plate. For our sides we had the corn salad and the dumplings. The food itself was delicious! We've had it a couple of times and it never disappoints, I wish there was a Gwinnett location.

What a find for this area of downtown! There really isn't a lot of Korean food in the area, and I was craving korean food because I was super bummed about missing my flight to Korea. A very good to-go for lunch or just need something quick. Staff member was super nice, greeted me as soon as I walked in. Even offered to give me extra sauce which they normally don't do! Ordered a beef bibimbap with sweet soy and my husband got the sweet-spicy version and it was delicious! We both got the side of dumplings and it was perfectly fried cripsy and delicious, went really well with the sauces he gave us. The side soup was good too. My husbnad got the kimchi as a side which was your average kimchi. Overall, I was very impressed. All the ingredients were fresh and very clean. Everything together was very flavorful. Would highly recommend!

Ok! So you caught me here. If you have been following me, I have been getting ready for hot girl summer. Since I'm trying to cut down on carbs and sugars, I heard about how delicious this food was! We ordered through Grub hub and my goodness it was delicious! Looking at my fellow Elite Squad reviews, I was confident to choose the Pork Bulgogi Rice but I made it spicy. My sides were sweet potato and dumplings. The sweet potato are not the actual sweet potato but it is a potato in a sweet syrup. The order got here quick and hot! Shout out to our Grubhub driver for being quick and nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something different to eat and or have a taste for Korean Food.

This is the best meal I've had in Atlanta all week! I walked here alone in search of a 7pm dinner with relatively fast & fresh food. Upon walking in there were a few patrons sitting at communal tables. I walked right up to the kiosk and ordered from a friendly employee. I ordered the spicy chicken rice bowl. It co Ed with two free sizes and I chose the Korean salad and the dumplings. I grabbed a seat and my meal was cooked fresh. It came out in about 12ish minutes in a compostable container. The side salad was scrumptious--it really outperformed my expectations. The dumplings were "okay." They had a great crunch to them, but the flavor wasn't as epic as the other parts of my meal. My spicy chicken rice bowl was DELICIOUS. From the rice, the the veggies, the chicken, the sauce...all of it was so very very good. This was a safe, quiet, & clean place for a lady to enjoy an eat-in dinner for 1. I might come back again before I leave Atlanta.

I liked this place. It was a very no frills experience. You can either order online or at the front. The girl working front of house was great. She was extremely kind and patient. The food was fast, healthy and delicious.

    Where would you park?

I parked around the corner on the side street. It was easier to do that.

Do they use halal meat for their dishes?

When I called they said their crispy chicken is halal.

    Is there parking?

No . You need to find street parking or garage parking around.

The Korean food scenes got my wife and I hungry every time! Having been to many of Atlanta's best Korean restaurants over the past decade, Stone Bowl is a clear notch above the rest. The side dishes are just simply better with robust authentic seasoning and unforgettable flavor that leaves you craving for more. The kimchi is spot on for spice but not overwhelming. The potatoes are to die for, cooked to perfection, tender and absorbent of all the nearby flavors. For the first time, we tried the Korean sushi roll (K-Pop Demon Hunters was calling) and it didn't disappoint. Stuffed with fresh cooked bulgogi and veggies, we ate it so fast we were left thinking of Korean sushi rolls had an edge over Japanese sushi rolls! And we also got the poached dumplings for the first time and almost went as fast as the sushi roll. The authentic style of poaching the dumpling made it taste homemade from grandma's kitchen. The sizzling plate of bulgogi was amazingly put down the gullet on top of everything else. Consistently on point and warms the tummy. Service is cordial, but somewhat aloof and distant at times because we would have loved an offer to refill our side dishes, but admittedly they are often busy and we don't go there to expect Michelin dining service levels. We come for the food. Awesome food. And Stone Bowl House will be seeing us again before long.

Despite this, the restaurant was vibrant on a rainy midweek day... Almost full to capacity with patrons. Happy my partner recommended this restaurant! I sat at the bar to place my to go order and was greeted promptly by the bartender. He brought me water and provided the QR code to order. The gentleman next to me was enjoying the Bimibap which looked very enticing, but due to the cold weather, I wanted something warm. Soup was not an option and was directed to the glass noodle dish. The glass noodles were of a sweet potato consistency and included several vegetables. I did not know that the bone marrow mentioned in the description would be an actual marrow, quite large that was discovered once I dug into my dish at home. The flavors exuded were right on point! The portion was also ample for a second meal. Will definitely return to sample the Bimibap on a warmer day and possibly some of the drinks offered. I truly enjoyed the waiting period at the bar, striking up conversation and viewing Misery which was being projected on the wall... A true horror classic. The vibe is super cool -- eccentric in the best way, intimate but still lively. They had a movie playing on a projector, which gave the space a whole artsy, underground feel. Now, the menu isn't exactly pescatarian‑friendly, so I couldn't go too crazy, but what I *did* try was solid. The Kimchi Fried Rice was a little on the bland side for me -- I expected more punch since it's kimchi, but the portion was perfect. Most people pair it with their signature chicken dishes anyway, which makes total sense. The Kimchi Crab Cake, though? Absolutely delicious. Packed with savory lump crab, crispy panko coating, and a little lemony finish. YUM. My boyfriend got the Gaja‑style chicken and was obsessed -- crispy, crunchy, tossed in their famous sauce, topped with tofu ranch. He cleaned that plate. Now let's talk drinks. I ordered the Sledge‑o‑matic Lover, and this is the perfect spring/summer drink. Cucumber jalapeño tequila, house‑made watermelon syrup, a splash of lime, a hint of lemon... perfection. It's listed as spicy, but it's really not -- and I'm not a spicy‑drink girlie. This one is fantastic. The service was great too -- warm, attentive, and quick. The food came out faster than expected, everything was hot, and every dish looked beautiful. Gaja really surprised me in the best way.

Service? Excellent. Ambiance? Relaxed and enjoyable. Food? Oh...MAN. Wow…read more.. I came here about 8 years ago with the same family members +1 family friend and we enjoyed dinner then, but it truly didn't compare to this visit. Previously, I had Kang Nam slated as an overpriced, but decent sushi place that serves meals on a more robust scale if you're dining with a party. However, the sushi back then was somewhat underwhelming. Last night, we had a phenomenal set. Hamachi, Otoro, Unagi, Ebi, and more! Every piece was delicately balanced and beautifully arranged. Honestly, I wasn't really expecting too much going in- and I'd only chosen Kang Nam as a place where I could get some decent sushi while my family got something else entirely. My mom had Don Katsu (served with a small dish of Japanese style curry sauce). My uncle got the Tempura Udon, of which they served the tempura shrimp on the side in a bed of tempura flakes. This is kind of genius, because you can make the decision on when you want to dip in your tempura instead of them bringing it and you have to down the tempura fast in order to still have it be crunchy... NOT HERE! It stays crunchy since they serve it separately. Love that. We had refillable banchan: kimchi, king oyster mushrooms, and glass noodles- all of which were delicious. We all received bowls of deliciously simple miso soup and we ordered a set of fried dumplings. Everything was great! That is...until the sushi came out. Wow. Presentation: 10/10. Flavor? 10/10. Portion-size: TEN OUT OF TEN, Y'ALL. The sushi rice was fantastic and they didn't use too much like a lot of places do with their nigiri. The toppings were functionally decorative. The sweet shrimp was especially pretty with two different colors of roe on top. The yellowtail didn't need the toppings it had- green onion and fish/squid flakes(?)- in my opinion, but they added a dimension of texture to the initial bite and a hint of flavor to the finish. The fish was perfect in every way: not too thick, no too thin, overlapping the rice by double to allow for perfect soy sauce dips without soaking the rice, and I just CAN NOT EXPLAIN how good each piece was... The sushi rolls were so delicious and every bite had wonderful textures and flavors, but my absolute favorite roll was the one with the smoked tuna on top- WOW! Absolutely stunned. Never - EVER - have I actually tasted the smoke flavor so clearly and completely. I am a HUGE fan of that one and I can't even remember the name of it...it's in the picture on the plate behind the sweet shrimp. The eel nigiri was also a highlight for me- as it's one of my favorite pieces of sushi, I always order several pieces. I was happily surprised to see they were nearly twice the size I get at other restaurants. Hands-down, the best otoro (fatty tuna) I've had in Atlanta. The sushi chef here also believes in giving special service by preparing some extra pieces for the customers as well. I only ordered one set of otoro, but next time....oh my...my bill is gonna hurt next time. Each 2-piece set of otoro is set at $17, so...yeah... It's going to be SO WORTH IT though. I will 10000% be back- soon. I might just get some Otoro, Hamachi, and one of those smoked tuna rolls...man. SO. RIDICULOUSLY. GOOD. Get in there if you haven't been in a while. Trust me!
