He went out of his way to let us test drive whatever vehicle we were interested in. Upon receipt of the truck it had been cleaned out, vacuumed, washed and looked great. It came with a 3 month warranty and we were happy. After driving the truck for a few days we noticed the air conditioning did not work. Jack sent us to Meineke a few times before we realized that it was going to be an expensive fix. Jack took care of it all and it was fixed to our satisfaction. Jack is honest and fair. I would recommend DEP Auto Sales if you are looking for a good used car at a fair price from a trustworthy source. Happy Shopping!

After a pretty exhaustive search and some scary test drives at used car lots around the tri state area, we feel like we got an excellent deal on a good, solid car for not a lot of money at DEP. Very satisfied with the entire process. Really nice people-- turned out I knew the owner, who is a longtime community volunteer. While we were there doing paperwork, several neighbors stopped by just to say hi to the guys working there. One guy brought his dog. Just a nice local business. The only thing I would caution buyers- I didn't hear back when I emailed for info a couple of times, perhaps they dont check it very often. So you're probably better off calling or just stopping in. But how often do you hear about a pleasant used car lot experience? This was one of them!

Loved Dave so much went back for a better and newer vehicle for my son. Dave WAS there at the time but today I found out he no longer works there. Their loss. Bought a Mercedes(2012) DID not haggle on price. Pd sticker price of 17 grand! My son left their w/ less then half a tank of gas, 1st of all. A month later it needed a strut total cost 700 bucks. Called 2x for the 2nd key. got the run around. On MY 3rd call I was told by Ms No Personality That that was it. no 2nd key BUT she would give me a name of a dealer to get a discount price! Can u believe that?? Every dealer gets u 2 keys! Never again will I go oR recommend ANYONE to this place. Not friendly. no personality. and to me...not a good dealer who will go above and beyond for their customer who bought a MERCEDES fr them! Plenty of other car dealers that will kiss ur ass as they take ur money!!! Her name is Alex....Hopefully they will get rid of her and business MAY b better! Customers will sure leave their happier!

I gave it up after checking with several mechanics that advised me it was dead in the water. Wouldn't even stay idling. I took a 6K bath! That's a lot of money to loose. A lot. For a car that lasted a couple of months. The car was leaking oil like crazy, so many problems I couldn't even list them all. The car would then shut off on me as I was driving. You can act like this won't happen to you but that's poor judgment in my book. Stay away. Gave them a chance to somehow make it up, even an "I'm sorry" would have done. Not a word.

Omar is that guy that will take great care of you, you will not be disappointed with his customer service skills, the rest of the staff such as Collene who makes sure you receive your title on time , Greg also helped with making our last experience go well along with Omar of course. So if you're in search of a used luxury vehicle i suggest you go to The Car House in Butler Nj.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger from The Car House, expecting a safe, reliable, and functional…read moreperformance vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I bought the car, I was told it was in good condition and had been inspected. When I got home, I checked the oil and it was at 1%, essentially empty. I immediately had the car independently inspected, and the mechanic told me the vehicle was not safe to drive and that the issues needed to be addressed immediately. Based on that inspection, I felt I had been sold a lemon. I gave The Car House a chance to fix everything. They kept my car for over two weeks, despite it apparently not being worked on for most of that time. After getting it back, a second mechanic told me it looked like little to nothing from the first inspection had actually been fixed, making the entire process feel like a complete waste of my time. The tire situation was especially concerning. They replaced both tires with tires that were already in poor condition and close to the end of their life. I later nearly skidded off the highway, which was an extremely frightening experience. The mechanics were also very unprofessional. I was told my car was ready, drove two hours round trip to pick it up, and then was told it wasn't actually ready. Apparently, they couldn't figure out how to install the final tire. Five mechanics were trying to come up with a solution, while I, the customer who doesn't work on cars, suggested taking it to Mavis Discount Tire, which is ultimately what happened. Their initial solution was to try putting a drastically smaller tire on my Charger that was completely inappropriate for the vehicle and, in my opinion, unsafe to drive on the highway. Throughout this experience, I witnessed foul language between the mechanics, arguments, poor cooperation, attitudes, and solutions that gave me very little confidence in how my vehicle was being handled. Communication was another major issue. I've called over 50 times, and employees repeatedly put me on hold or hung up when I called about problems with the car. After everything, I ended up with approximately $3,300 in repair costs, along with lost wages and countless hours of my time. I've made the two-hour round trip three separate times, totaling roughly six hours of travel just dealing with this vehicle. Even when I initially purchased the car, it hadn't been properly cleaned. I asked if it was cleaned, they took it back, and it still wasn't even properly vacuumed. It felt like the bare minimum was done. I also tried to reach a compromise with Orlando, but the conversation became disrespectful, his tone was raised, he offered what I felt was the bare minimum to resolve the situation, and he ultimately hung up on me. I gave The Car House multiple opportunities to make things right, but unfortunately, I was left dealing with the consequences and expenses myself. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. If you're considering buying from The Car House, get an independent inspection before purchasing and thoroughly verify everything you're being told about the vehicle. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership based on what I experienced.
