When my cousin and I visited, the flower fridges were empty. There were a few small bouquets by the counter that were beautifully arranged. They had run out of quite a few ingredients. I wanted to try their turquoise matcha, but they didn't have any matcha left. So I got a hot Rose Cake latte with almond milk. The combination of white mocha and raspberry was good, just a little too sweet for me. I imagine this cafe looked beautiful when it was full of flowers and decor. This location is not ideal - it's tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza, not visible on the main road. I'm so glad they still have location in Tempe, and I'm definitely going to check it out!

The cashier barely said sorry and when I called the manager the next day all she gave me was one free drink of the mango milk tea. My complaint went to corporate and then they told them to inform me that they could no longer make them. I am fine with that. It was the attitude that was given to me. I am a very calm and understanding person since rules are rules but it is the attitude of the staff that is making me upset. I am not going to make them pay for the messed up purse but just giving me A few napkins and then closing the window in drive through on me is very poor customer service. They need to do better because they just lost a customer. It is sad how customers are being treated.
