The pharmacist on duty was helpful and gave me an alternative prescription but Jeanette could use a serious round of customer service training. I felt like I was interrupting her day. No greeting, no smile, just name and date of birth and it's not in the system. No more CVS for me. It only takes one bad experience especially with Walgreens right across the street!
