The inspection found a large honeybee hive inside the trunk of the tree that had probably been there for years and years it was just well hidden under bark. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do much since the hive was inside the trunk because legally you're not allowed to use chemicals and stuff on the bees. Even though they were legally not able to remove my bee hive problem, they did an amazing inspection! They carefully located the hive and sent video explaining the issue/s and gave me recommendations of other options I could use. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them.
