Changing up the routine every 20 minutes helped everyone stay engaged. The Instructor Savannah was motivating and offered great options for all levels of fitness. The front office staff Jessica and manager Morgan were great to talk to about goals and classes as well as membership options. The bathrooms are huge, aesthetic black and white, very clean and so resourceful! You've got everything from hair ties to dry shampoo which is so considerate. The staff was so kind and the yoga instructor took us through each flow very patiently before speeding it up. I loved her cheerfulness throughout and how spacious the yoga studio was. Parking was plentiful as well.

DONT GO!!! Terrible customer service. I had signed up for a class last week with my sister at 10…read moream. I had to get a babysitter for my kids, since it's summer. When we got there, they informed us that the person doing the class was not there yet. A few minutes later they told us they were not showing up and they rescheduled us with barely an apology. We were annoyed but accepted it and rescheduled. Today, I had to get a babysitter sitter again to make the class. I live in Leander and was getting all the red lights. I tried to call them at 9.40. No answer or call back. My sister got there before and told them I was running late. I pulled in at 10.06 am. They had told my sister they would open the door for me. But after standing outside for over 5, I realized they were not going to let me in. I also felt disrespected of my time and unwelcome. I don't leave bad reviews and I work in customer service. I would never treat someone the way I was treated. I also have not gotten a refund. My response- I understand policies. But I was cancelled last week upon arrival because the instuctor did not show up. That's not be acknowledged. I tried to call and communicate. It was insinuated to my sister that the door would be opened so I stood outside for over 5 after arrival. I have grace last week, and expect the same in return. And that was not shown. Even though I live a bit further now, I still make the drive because this studio is home. First off, the coaches here are outstanding. It's always such a joy taking Head Coach Kara's Monday evening classes, which are like a refreshing splash of cold water that sets a great tone for the week ahead. Morgan's signature routines ("3, 2, *clap* 1," "If you gotta peace out, Girl Scout...", and plenty more) and Renea's themed workouts keep things so fun and engaging. I haven't had many classes with Kendall or Brie, but every one I've taken has been excellent. I haven't yet taken a class with Stephanie, but based on this studio's track record of incredible coaches, I'm sure she's just as stellar. The front desk team is equally fantastic. From when Andre was leading the charge to now with Nicole at the helm, the vibe has always been warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Staff like Brandey and so many others over the years help create a space that feels inviting from the moment you step through the door. Customer service here is consistently top-tier. If you frequent the Ranch, you already know what I mean. If you haven't tried this studio yet (or OTF in general), do yourself a favor and check it out. They made me feel apart of the OTF community immediately. The member socials once a month are awesome and a wonderful way to connect with the other members and employees outside of the gym. The workouts are challenging and, while encouraged to do the workout as stated, all the coaches make sure that everyone knows that you know your body best and to push where you can but dial it back as needed. They always give me alternate exercises, no matter what studio I'm at, to help with my shoulder injury. Highly recommend giving OTF Avery Ranch a shot! You won't regret it

That's a minor issue; the air conditioning in the weightlifting section almost never works. I'll die of a heart attack there someday. Have you tried deadlifting in a hammam? ;) Don't forget we are in Texas, and even if it's cold outside, it's still extremely humid. Another minor issue is that during peak hours, staff open all lockers. They check for empty lockers among the closed ones, but instead of doing this before people arrive or after they leave, they do so at 8 a.m. Probably, the responsible person arrives only at 8 am. UPD. Stop heating this gym when it's 75 degrees outside. I had to leave and go to another gym after the AC blew hot air at me for about 5 minutes last time.

That's F up. They said to call maybe they can do something about it if we an emergency, so we don't lose our credit. About to leave but car died, I called and ask if I could get my credit but they said only medical emergency....my car died, how do u expect me to go. Now I lost the class due to 5 minutes late, I literally rush from work to get there from 30 minutes driving. They just gave it to someone else, gave me credit but wasted my time and plan. Not worth it...I took so many classes from different places, dance, exercise etc they always nice about it and understand.
