Love the outdoor lap pool - A man wearing a blue swim cap and black swimming goggles takes a selfie in an outdoor swimming pool. His shoulders are visible above the water, and he appears to be at the edge of the pool. The background shows pool lanes with blue and white lane dividers, lounge chairs, and triangular flags hanging above the pool. The sky is clear and blue, indicating a sunny day.

I am so happy to have changed Life Time locations and taking an extra ten minutes of a commute to make this my whole gym. This location is unlike any other including the fact there is ample parking available and it is so easy to get in and out of the parking lot (which is definitely a headache at other locations). There is a pretty friendly team at the front desk and once you walk-in you are in for such a treat. You'll notice immediately there is a barbershop/salon to your left and a full cafe with meals, coffee, smoothies, and protein heavy products. As you walk through you'll notice the working space which encourages you to bring your laptops etc. and not make excuses for working out. It's pretty refreshing tbh and it helps you take advantage of when you have some time between meetings but not necessarily to step away completely. This two story building features an indoor rock climbing space, pickelball courts, basketball courts, child daycare, and so much more. In the indoor pool area you'll see a sauna, hot tubs and indoor lap pools and water slides. This then leads into their outdoor pool and cabana area which is so big. Locker rooms is large and spacious and I appreciate the steam room which has lavender scents. When you head upstairs you'll notice a studio class space, stretch zone with massage chairs, free weights, machines, and a large cardio area. It's super easy to be here for a proper workout and take breaks throughout and enjoy the amenities. The price is well worth it and I can't recommend it enough.

I've had two items stolen while at Lifetime. Beware, people will not bring left items to lost and found.

Beware of purchasing their refillable cups. They do not tell you upfront that they are only refillable for 3 months. I feel cheated!

All of which I made the trainer aware of prior to signing the contract. After just two sessions of the trainer not respecting my physical limitations, my back locked up and sent me to the emergency room. This episode continued into three weeks of excruciating pain and limited mobility. The emergency room trip took place in December, I have not been back to the gym since. Upon reviewing my contract, I saw there is a "Cancellation Policy No Fee" clause stating, "if by reason of death or permanent disability, the customer is unable to continue the Agreement, Buyer or Buyer's estate shall be relieved from the obligations of the contract, and if buyer has prepaid any sum, the unused portion shall be promptly refunded. Legitimate doctor's office note and verification of permanent disability/permanent inability to participate in the activities or death of customer is required." I have provided official letters from my VA primary care physician, VA chiropractor, as well as my VA verification letter of my permanent and total 100% disability status for review of medical termination. The elevate fitness contact "Jon Nelson" has rejected all documents as insufficient, claiming to need further specification of physical restrictions and duration of restrictions -- other than the permanent 100% disability and restriction from anything heavier than five lbs or any activity that worsens my chronic conditions...? I have asked to speak to someone above him, as well as attempting to put in my official 30 day cancellation request -- both with no response. At this point, I could not in good faith recommend the personal training services here to anyone under any circumstances. There is a clear lack of care or concern for the actual health and long term wellbeing of their clients. Their only notable concern is profit with no regard to conducting ethical business.

From the very first consultation, we connected well and we've been going strong for over 5months. I have lost just shy of 30lbs and gained almost 8lbs of muscle mass at the same time. Lalo is really passionate about training people and it really rubs of you to keep you motivated and energized. His programs are well thought out and customized to your needs. He also does a very good job setting expectations, so you understand what to expect on your journey. Lastly for me, it's the conversations we have during our sessions, his selflessness to help even outside the shop and his attention to detail to prevent injuries that make him stand out among the rest. Highly recommend Coach Lalo for your Personal Training needs.

Even though I live a bit further now, I still make the drive because this studio is home. First off, the coaches here are outstanding. It's always such a joy taking Head Coach Kara's Monday evening classes, which are like a refreshing splash of cold water that sets a great tone for the week ahead. Morgan's signature routines ("3, 2, *clap* 1," "If you gotta peace out, Girl Scout...", and plenty more) and Renea's themed workouts keep things so fun and engaging. I haven't had many classes with Kendall or Brie, but every one I've taken has been excellent. I haven't yet taken a class with Stephanie, but based on this studio's track record of incredible coaches, I'm sure she's just as stellar. The front desk team is equally fantastic. From when Andre was leading the charge to now with Nicole at the helm, the vibe has always been warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Staff like Brandey and so many others over the years help create a space that feels inviting from the moment you step through the door. Customer service here is consistently top-tier. If you frequent the Ranch, you already know what I mean. If you haven't tried this studio yet (or OTF in general), do yourself a favor and check it out.
