I want to note the staff is friendly for the most part/ they became a little annoyed and held a tone when I came back to just ask a simple question yesterday about the tanning beds- the female said "i already told you" instead of having grace with a loyal member this was at 4:42 pm-yet i understand sometimes people lack patience in this day and age and it needs to be addressed with a compassionate hand- im traveling and felt safe to continue to stay and utilize the resources my father has given me on my journey- i want to say the gym has beautiful amenities- however i need to say the patrons that are regular do not make it easy for staff- i notice their lack of care towards the property and immense operation you have here- they lack any couth- in the bathroom maybe more trash cans need to be in the eyes view or they do things like leave paper towels and water bottles scattered and even to this- leave no trace is not just for the outdoors it is city wide to small town - other than that thank you for being here. This is just some constructive criticism! The 24/7 is a commitment and for that im grateful! read more

I really love it here. They have everything I need (smith machines, dumbbells, cables, machines, cardio equipment). The staff are nice. It is always very clean. Love the app so I can time my workout during one of the less busy times. And best part is the price! read more

I want to give 3.5 stars... but I can't. Pros- lots of equipment, affordable pricing, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, nice layout. Cons- having to clean the tanning beds yourself because they don't keep enough staff up front to do it, no wifi unlike the Leander location- (c'mon seriously! Service is terrible in that area so my music constantly freezes which ruins my workout), they close ridiculously early on weekends, machines may stay broken for an extended time. read more

I loved this location! I have now moved to California and have changed gyms. This is a great location, clean and always was greeted with a smile. I loved going in the mornings or mid day when it was almost empty. I definitely avoided the evenings because it was always packed. I will miss this location. read more

It's hard to justify paying for a gym that does not have free weights. This gym does not have a single bench or squat rack that is not smith machine. Edit- Took away one star for the gym trying to justify not having squat racks and barbells by saying they have Smith machines and dumbbells.. that's not a good excuse for a gym. (They don't have any more dumbbells than every other gym in the area). read more

Definitely needs Wi-Fi due to location being a dead spot for most service providers. Overall clean and beginner friendly. Staff is really friendly especially the girls at the front specifically the short one with bangs wish I could remember her name. Planet fitness in Pflugerville has the absolute friendliest staff and trainers so I actually don't mind going to the gym everyday just to see these awesome people. I love that in Pflugerville there are 2 floors, with the second floor being primarily cardio equipment and a space for ab work. In today's world of Covid germs everywhere you go, this planet fitness actually stays permanently cleaning everything and keeping cleaning stations fully stocked. The Pflugerville location also is one of the few locations to have the total body enhancement machine, which is also known as red light therapy. Motivation can sometimes be difficult to follow through w/ going to the gym but this planet fitness has such a kind, funny and nonjudgmental atmosphere, staff, and trainers that going gets easier..even on the hardest days. The personal trainer helping me, Joanna, is so completely funny, nice and makes u challenge yourself, but yet she somehow finds ways to make this fun. Yea for planet fitness!!! And even better still...the monthly membership dues are by far the best and most affordable you could ever find while also having so many other features and benefits for you to take advantage of, too. read more

Huge place, and everything is nicely spread so there's no awkward closeness. Everyone is very nice and helpful when it comes to using the Hydro-Massage chairs, Total body enhancement machines etc. It is very beginner friendly with how much the app can help you in how to correctly use anything with QR codes at all stations. I have been to many PF Gyms in the Austin area and this is by far the best one. It is not only spotless and very well maintained, but also very well equipped compared to other gyms. The spa area is huge and offers many options for Black Card members and has not disappointed after a hard workout. The staff is friendly and respond fast to concerns. Not to mention the amount of actual equipment in the facility is far greater than any other Planet Fitness in the area. Me and two other guys were all able to workout without any issues.
