I was late 5 minutes, came straight from work which was 30 minutes away...when I arrived they gave my spot to someone else without telling me ahead of time that we were not allowed to be late. That's F up. They said to call maybe they can do something about it if we an emergency, so we don't lose our credit. About to leave but car died, I called and ask if I could get my credit but they said only medical emergency....my car died, how do u expect me to go. Now I lost the class due to 5 minutes late, I literally rush from work to get there from 30 minutes driving. They just gave it to someone else, gave me credit but wasted my time and plan. Not worth it...I took so many classes from different places, dance, exercise etc they always nice about it and understand. read more

I'm a month into my membership and while I love the classes it's very hard to actually get into a class. I am doing 4 classes a month which averages to once a week and I'm starting to think I'm wasting money. I've used my classes and can't schedule anything until my automatic payment runs. This means I have to do an unlimited membership or buy individual classes to book for the next month, remind you the classes are already full with a waiting list. I'm going to finish the next 2 months (you are contracted to 3 months when joining) I may have to find something else. I wish I could talk more about the instructors but none stand out to me. You don't get much service, you just check in and find a reformer. No greetings, no one selling you anything just a workout studio. Parking is great and bathrooms are clean. Again the workout itself is great but for the price I'd like to be able to schedule a class once a week without being on a waiting list. read more

I went there to try Pilates for the first time at Club Pilates. I was very excited so I attended the free trial class for 30 minutes. After the class, I wanted to try more but was required to sign up for a month so I paid roughly $160 the first month. After two weeks, I realize that the classes didn't fit my schedule. I never attend one class so I went to them to cancel any future charges. I was told that I was locked into a contract and needed to paid additional three months to cancel. Remind you, I have not once attended a full class. Now, they are sending me emails saying I need to paid the remaining amount. I would not recommend this place. read more

My overall review of this location is amazing! If I could officially give them 10 stars on Yelp, I would! My whole life I could never get into an exercise program, until I started at this Club Pilates location in 2020. Now I go every day, sometimes two classes a day. I have the unlimited membership and book classes in advance. When I have to miss a day of reformer Pilates, I don't feel as great. I have also lost 58lbs with the help of the classes/instructors at this location. Side note: I don't understand why people admit their lack of personal responsibility by giving one star and outing themselves as not reading the initial sign-up agreement, or taking time to find out what the class schedules are before they sign up. Cost, payment and class schedules are the bare basic facts to know before anyone starts any paid exercise program. I don't understand why people complain about the price. Only 12 people can take a class at a time for optimum instructor attention and equipment safety, in a group setting. How do these complainers think instructors and rent would be paid? If you have budget constraints (I have been there), there are free mat pilates classes on YouTube. I do them when I travel and they are very helpful. The instructors at Club Pilates have encouraged me to be stronger and more flexible. I am in better shape now at 54, than I was in my 20s! Thank you Club Pilates! read more

Update: Cedar Park Pilates over the past two days have changed my opinion and it's only fair that I update my review. I appreciate them reaching out to me and notifying me of a staff change and therefore things should be resolved now. I have been issued some class credits for monies paid. So we will see how it goes and if the billing issues are in fact corrected. I'll update again in a month. I've had one billing issue after another with this location. Check your billing statements. Richard calls and soothes things over, but beginning to think he's all talk and no action. Extremely disappointed in their assistance with membership and billing. This whole experience has been a waste of a lot of my money. :( read more

Signed up for privates and was hopeful to join group classes after I got back in the swing of it... as it had been a couple years. So read on....I am new in town and had hoped this would give me an entree into meeting new people. In the beginning contacted the club couple times to sign up- after I contacted them 3 times someone finally followed up. After my private sessions- 4 in total were over not one single email or follow up to retain my business. It seems to be a nice group of ladies with no business savvy. The private instructor was a nice woman but she never followed up either, she was always slightly distracted. So disappointed- I guess a private lesson is worth less then group?! She also never seemed that interested in continuing or suggesting more privates or handing me over to a group instructor. Simply baffled. She thanked me and let me just walk out the door.... There is so much about this club that was disappointing, I could go on and on. Nevertheless I never really felt welcomed or embraced by them. Want to have a great Pilates experience? --try another club or company. Follow through, not good and follow up horrible. I am new to the area and would have loved to join a spot that appears one way - but is not friendly. Business must be so good you walked someone that was a blank canvas. Just amazing. I just can't believe that no-one has ever reached out after $370.00 spent. Sorry I ever tried and I really did. Three calls to get them to give me a call should have been my RED FLAG. read more

I've been a member for over a year and thoroughly enjoy every class I take. I feel so much better when I walk out especially when I'm having a bad day. My body feels so much stronger, and I can do things now that I couldn't do before and wouldn't be able to do with other exercise classes...things I could do when I danced and exercised 20 years ago. I also can't say enough good things about the instructors. They are very nice and all extremely knowledgeable about the practice of Pilates. You will more than likely never do the same class twice as they are always changing things up. Stopped by & took a free intro class during the grand opening. Was very impressed. The location is perfect. Easy parking & no busy stores next to it. The studio is gorgeous. A nice little waiting area & a studio lined with top notch reformers. I was greeted graciously by the manager & met the owners (actual Pilates people). The class was well organized, structured, & obviously planned. Being an intro class it was purposely slow & deliberate. Great for people just getting into a health lifestyle. The only drawback is the waiting area may be a little small. I usually do my Pilates at Lifetime Fitness & preferred Club Pilates. The atmosphere is nicer, cleaner, & I think the instruction better. The vibe from owner to teacher was cool & inviting. Being a a guy I usually get the stick eye, here I felt encouraged. Felt like a fancy New York Pilates studio. read more

I joined club pilates just before Thanksgiving. I attended a couple classes and then had to take a couple weeks of for the holidays. The manager extended my monthly session so I wouldn't lost them while I was out of town. Now I'm back an be I've been every weekend since. They added new classes this month for a little more variety. Have waited till the end of my three month commitment to post a review thinking I would see if things improved or maybe different instructors were available etc. but unfortunately that has not changed my poor opinion of this establishment. There was only one instructor available most evenings and weekends so you were pretty much stuck with one instructor over and over. She was difficult to understand and would often repeat an instruction over and over without pausing to explain or demonstrate even when people were obviously not understanding. This sometimes included myself or the hearing impaired participant that was frequently there at the same time as myself. If you responded that you had an injury or requested a modification, her response was that you shouldn't be in her class but should try a different one. Why become an Instructor if you can't instruct people? I thought maybe it was just a personality conflict/language barrier but then observed this same behavior repeatedly with other class members as well (often when it was their first Pilates class ever). The weekend classes often filled up and weren't available other than a wait list. I've heard from other people that other locations of club Pilates (Dfw area) are great so make sure you take the time to look at schedules/instructors before you commit! I was really hoping this would be my new Pilates place in Cedar Park. I currently go to Pure Pilates in The Domain. I was hoping to find something that was closer to home (Georgetown) but this will NOT work. I went to the into class on Saturday and from the moment I walked in the door it felt a little hectic. Very small area up front and people standing around with little room to move. Once we got into the 30 min into class it became pretty clear that either the teacher was new to teaching or she is used to teaching those that already understand the verbiage and techniques. For starters the teacher wore her wedge high heels for the entire class. She provided little to no direction on positioning and seemed to get upset when you were in the wrong position... Had she told me HOW she wanted my feet instead of repeating the same phrase over and over and expecting us to understand what "high heels" meant, would have been helpful. She also kept saying that we should breathe through out lungs....but would then say that you should be breathing through your diaphragm. That would involve two different kinds of breathing techniques which she used interchangeably. The last nail in the coffin was the HUGE sales pitch at the end. All of the employees came out and handed you laminated pricing information and asked over and over which package you would like to purchase. Note- there is a 3 month commitment and the cheapest pricing was $89 a month, which only got you 1 class a week. I overheard one girl next to me get asked "which plan she would be choosing today?" when the client responded that she "would need to talk with her husband first" the owner/manager looked very upset and something along the lines of "I'm sure he will be fine with any of thee plans"..... I got out of there as quick as I could! Long story short I will be continuing with Pure Pilates that offers a welcoming and no presser environment. read more

After having a baby and taking two years off from Pilates, I was nervous to get back into it. I started going to the Level 1 Reformer Flow classes and just fell right back in love with Pilates. I have seen almost all of the instructors now and I cant choose a favorite, they are all SO wonderful in their own quirky ways. If you're looking for a challenging but uplifting class I would recommend Erin. She has such a great personality and really pushes her students I always feel like I give it 110% for her classes just because of her energy. And if you prefer a later evening class with a laid back/super silly/welcoming vibe you should definitely go see Meredith! Shes wonderful as well (as is the rest of the staff). Everyone at this location has been great and I wish I could have given them 6 stars! HIGHLY recommended! read more

This place had potential and I was so excited to see a Pilates studio with a variety of classes open in north Austin. The opening was delayed and extremely disorganized and the first couple of months have continued in that pattern. If you have done Pilates before, you will need to skip to the level 2 as quickly as possible but good luck making those work with your schedule. The lower level classes are slow paced, no music and the instructors, with the exception of Stephanie, need some training on running the classes. App is difficult to work with and won't give you access to member credits until your actual billing date of that month This place seems great for those with injuries and looking for an externally low impact slow paced work out with a completely flexible schedule. But, I would recommend waiting until management gets a year or so under their belt to work out the kinks. If you like high energy fast paced calorie burning workouts, look elsewhere. read more

I thought I'd feel out of place (gyms are not my thing), but I feel very welcomed here. The place is spotless & it's hard to get bored when the class routine is never the same. Club Pilates offers a variety of class types each day taught by knowledgeable instructors. Many classes are offered each day, allowing for the opportunity to work around my schedule. I have been practicing Pilates for over a decade with highly skilled instructors at classical studios in Colorado, Iowa, the DC area, and east Texas. So this structure is a bit different, from my previous experience. at Club Pilates I have found most of the instruction to be consistent with classical instruction, with some variation. The instructors ask about injuries and offer options. Something that I particularly appreciate, is the openness of the management to feedback from members. I am challenged by heat and they have graciously accommodated my need for a bit less heat. They have also responded to the desire of many members for more 1.5 and some level 2 classes and have added classes. I typically go durin the day, but I have noticed they added some 7 and 8pm classes. I encourage anyone considering joining or who has joined and has a concern, to talk with one of the managers. They really will do what they can to accommodate a different need. I have been involved in a number project launches, large commercial building equipment modifications and moved into a couple of new homes and have learned that startups typically encounter challenges. Sometimes contractors are delayed, sometimes permits take more time, or sometimes the process you thought would work smoothly needs to be modified. Club Pilates has done well in navigating the challenges. Just came back from a CP Control class, 1.5. It was challenging and Ivonette did a great job with cues and reminding us to maintain our Pilates core! I am enjoying my experience and recommend Club Pilates. read more

I've taken several different levels of classes and was able to ask as many questions along the way. This studio has it all! Great instructors, updated equipment, and a boutique private training atmosphere. I started Pilates back in November and have loved it since! I've been a cardio junkie all my life, and wanted to try something a little different. This studio offers a low impact workout to help me strengthen with professional, certified instructors. They offer over 65 classes a week, so there is something for everyone! My personal favorite is the cardio sculpt class which offers a low impact aerobic workout. Every instructor I have taken a class with is amazing, and you never get the same class twice! The owners and staff are lovely, and are always willing to help in any way they can. I love the intimacy of the studio- it has 12 reformers which allows the instructors to fully monitor the class and help with anyone that needs it! Way to go, CPCP! I have to give a 5 star rating! For years I have tried to find an exercise I enjoyed. I tried to love the gym experience hiring various trainers to learn new exercises and forcing myself to go to classes. I tried bicycle riding and found that to be too dangerous!! How many times have I just tried walking over and over again! I am in love with Club Pilates! It is a work out and a mental challenge as well as physically challenging. I love the fact I am in a class but the instructor is checking everyone's posture and taking into consideration their physical discomforts. Three months in and I am never bored with the same class routine. My body has become stronger, my posture is better and most of all I ENJOY IT!! read more

Let me start by saying people here are nice, classes are challenging, the instructors all seem fit and extremely knowledgeable. However you get roped in with "convenience" and end up paying for "unlimited" however it's inconvenient when you limit times, and are also limited to 2 instructors. I don't know about you but I work full time and most working class gets off 5-6pm in the afternoon, most M-W-T 6:30 & 7 slots are reserved for "intro" classes to bring in new people. There is only 1 room so multiple classes at one time cannot happen. There are only 2 instructors further limiting classes that can be offered. Other instructors "fill in" from other locations just to be able maintain what classes they can offer. Friday's classes don't extend past 1pm. Saturday and Sunday classes end at 11am. Most people want to workout past 1pm on a Friday and 11am on Saturday and Sunday. If you pay $160/month for unlimited you definitely don't want to spend an additional $75 for a 1hour 1:1 session. The place is cute, people are nice but when you share valid concerns that are never followed up on or written down it makes the client feel unappreciated. read more

I called to sign up in November and attended through the end of December, 2017. In January I got very sick and called to tell the studio that I could not continue. They billed me again in March and stated that I could not cancel unless I come to the studio to sign a cancellation agreement and have refused to refund the money. If you can bill my card with verbal consent, why can you not cancel my membership with verbal consent? This seems like a poor business practice. read more

Just had a fantastic workout with Norma! She was enthusiastic and walked around and corrected form. It was a reformer 1 class as I am very out of shape! I am a virgin to Pilates and only been going a few weeks. This really works some muscles that I did not know I even had. The breathing technique is a real challenge to learn and still learning but it is so true that it engages the core using this method. read more

Cannot say enough good things about Club Pilates Cedar Park! Being a former competitive athlete, with 2 back surgeries behind me, I was nervous when I went to the intro class. From the very first exercise, I knew that this is exactly the type of exercise I need to not only strengthen my core, but my entire body. After only a couple of months, my body looks and feels much more like it used to. Ivonette is a wonderful instructor! Her knowledge and teaching method are fantastic! I don't recommend doing business with Club Pilates. I discovered that I was pregnant shortly after signing up for the 3 month trial. This was a new exercise regime for me so I was uncomfortable moving forward since it is common knowledge not to start a new workout if you are pregnant. Not to mention, it's most ideal for someone pregnant to not be doing exercises on her back for an hour. Not to mention, I was beyond fatigued and had severe nausea in my first trimester so I couldn't make all the classes I would be paying for. I was told that there was no way I could stop the membership, and how good pilates was for pregnancy. For someone in the health industry, you care very little for someone who wants the absolute best for her health and the health of her baby. The instructors were kind and great, but there was a lack of shared common knowledge when it came to the modifications that they did suggest. It all feels like it's for the money TBH. read more
