I love Flow Yoga! This location has really big classes, but they don't let them get crowded; it's…read morejust a big room! All of the instructors have been fantastic. They have a variety of different types of yoga classes. We love the Yin. The sound healing at the end is a huge added benefit. Deep Chill is also great for some relaxation with supported poses that loosen up your fascia. I started coming to Flow to get my body ready for hip surgery and never thought I'd love it so much! Now, I can't wait until I'm cleared to go back!

I found the owners to be egotistical and dishonest and completely superficial. The wife likes to…read moretalk about herself and plaster her face all over the promotional material for their yoga chain any chance she gets. And she's extremely rude and condescending when it comes to customer service. The classes are artificially inflated passed capacity using class pass to the point it's a hazard. And they allow other patrons to use class and sessions as free child care causing distractions. The comfort level is very low. It's a stressful environment. I have better yoga and breath work sessions at home. They're also really big on cultural misappropriation. One example is hosting a Caucasian man playing a native indigenous song he copied off YouTube. They regularly host Caucasian and foreign facilitators posing as spiritual shaman ripping off indigenous rituals they found on the internet. These people and establishments were never worth my time or investment.

I had not been to a yoga class since starting treatment and missed it terribley so I decided to take a Thursday Yin and Sound class with Stephanie. Well, to my utter surprise it was so comforting and gave me the mental and physical healing that my body was craving. I guarantee you will walk out of this class revived and refreshed both body and soul, so If you are currently in need of the above, skip the expensive body massage and go see Stephanie at Flow Yoga, Georgetown, you will not regret it.

Fanstastic experience…read more I've been treated so well and feel so much a part of the group everybody's been super friendly and explained a lot of of things that I didn't understand about Yoga to me a lot of terms that I did not know Also, they've helped me to find the right level of yoga class to do so I don't go to gradient Also been very helpful and showing me and explaining to me how to do the proper I'm really glad I found this place. It was recommended to me by a massage therapist that I knew.

Came in with the girls to get a good session in before lunch and pedicures for my birthday…read more It's odd they allow you to book a spot and make a donation ahead of time however said donation doesn't secure your spot. it was a pretty full class when we came in but we were lucky to all get a spot. loved the flow however it seemed the music was way too loud that it was drowning out the instructor, the instructor also stuck to one side of the room so for the people furthest from the window it was really difficult to hear. space was clean and staff was kind as always. bathrooms are quite small- not locker room to change in/out if needed. they do have mats for rent which are $5 limited apparel avaliable for purchase. parking is plenty however you may have a bit of a walk depending on how busy the plaza is at the time. would come back and maybe try sitting nearest the middle or window to see if that helps on the hearing issue.
