Tygrhe challenges me every session and I leave there feeling invigorated and stress relieved. The home studio is calming and the reformers (equipment) are fantastic. It's kind of a narrow and enclosed small space, and decorated in a really cozy way that does not feel like it's in a strip mall at all. Makes you feel safe. It's usually quite warm due to the heat panels from hot yoga, so I've been sitting out the hottest months. The owner, Ying, is so incredibly patient and helpful if you ever need anything. She sends very detailed and cheerful email responses anytime you contact her. She also operates a second studio in Anderson Lane for Pilates.
