Great spot for a full-body workout with instructors who actually know your name and make you feel at home. The free intro class was super helpful--Girlie walked me through all four class types and gives extra attention to newcomers. Classes break down like this: 'Align' feels more yoga-based, 'Define' leans into weights, and 'Classic' mixes both. After about 10 classes, I definitely feel stronger and more toned, even going twice a week. Plus, the schedule is flexible. When I was out sick for 2 weeks , Jazmine checked in on me and even added a class credit without me asking. As someone new, it really boosted my confidence and made me feel like they genuinely care about their members. Only downside: the Classic class is so popular that (IMO) it can get a bit packed. read more

Pure Barre Round Rock - Welcome card - Barre Classes Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

As someone who runs, lifts, and lives for intense HIIT sessions, I walked into my first Pure Barre class thinking, "How hard can it be?" Spoiler alert: it absolutely humbled me--in the best way possible. The workout was fire--low-impact but insanely effective. My muscles were shaking (hello, burn!) and I was smiling the whole time. The energy in the studio is electric. Great music, great vibes, and the instructors? Absolute gems. They're uplifting, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt supported while still pushing me to dig deeper. And the staff & owner? So friendly, so welcoming. From the second I walked in, I felt like I belonged there. No awkward first-timer vibes, just good energy and a seriously good sweat. Can't wait to go back. If you're an athlete looking to switch it up or just want a killer workout that surprises you in all the right ways--go check it out. You won't regret it! read more

I noticed that my initial review of this place was when I was relatively new to the studio. I wanted to report that two years in, I love it more than ever. The community is wonderful, the people that work there really care about the members. Not to sound hyperbolic, but this is the workout that I've been craving for the past decade. My body has totally changed over the last couple of years. And all of it has been without injury. . I used to think hurting yourself was just part of working out, but now I realize that is actually not the case. The instructors are happy to modify any exercise when you ask them. They are all extremely professional and knowledgeable about the human body. As a member, I love the no late arrivals policy. I plan my day around when I'm going to work out and get there early in order to relax and find the space I want. I have actually quit gyms in the past that let later arrivals squish in so I would have no personal space. The pricing for a boutique workout like this is very reasonable. Other facilities are quite a bit more expensive overall. This isn't just a regular gym. read more

I took Alicia's classic class and it was HARD! But in the best way. Very fast paced and lots of small movements but I could tell we were working out all those small muscles you would typically forget about. Alicia is a kind and fun instructor. Grip socks required - you can bring your own or buy a pair there. Wonderful staff. read more

This is my place!!! In the past, I would work out at home, alone, and just couldn't find any motivation. I joined an engage class to learn more about it (why not, it was a free try!) and instantly fell in love. I fell in love so much that I am now and Instructor here. these people make life and work fun. the community is amazing and I look forward to working out now. The leadership, team, people make us all want to come back for more. read more

My experience with Pure Barre Round Rock Texas has been nothing short of a nightmare. When you walk in the young girls seem kind and respectful enough, but you find out too late that Pure Barre is just another manipulative money-making scheme. And that these young girls are taught how to take advantage of people through Pure Barre propaganda. The classes are not good for older women, and they do not give accommodations for them. One would think that at their prices, you would be taken care of more on an individual/group basis. My experience is that during my payment cycle I got sick and was not able to make it to classes for a month. While I was sick in bed, I had decided that I would not continue with my membership and would cancel. When I got well enough, I called them a day after they were to take my money out and they told me I would have to pay the whole $179 for the next month because I was a day late and that they had already turned me into corporate who was harassing me for their monies. I called corporate and told them to cancel my membership and that I would eat the &179 and that it would be a lesson learned for me. I thought it was a done deal, until I got another email the next month saying they were trying to charge my card, knowing good and well that I had not been there in a month. So, I call Pure Barre in Round Rock, and they tell me that I had to cancel through them and not Corporate. And this whole month not one phone call from them. Now they want another $179. It is all a money/manipulative scheme. They think their classes are made of gold and better than all the rest. They are not any better than participating with an exercise video on YouTube. And you learn that the niceness is a way to take advantage of people and that it was not about trying to get you in shape. My advice would be to not go to any Pure Barre! It's not worth it! read more

My therapist that I work on my self-care since being my husband's caregiver. Leslie, the owner, and all the people who work there made me feel comfortable after my initial trial class. There was no pressure to join, but I'm so glad I did. Every workout leaves me feeling stronger than the day before. It's the first time I actually look forward to working out. I strongly encourage you to try a class once for free, you'll fall in love like I have. read more

I can't tell how much I love this studio!!!! Amazing people, amazing atmosphere, lovely instructor and front desk... They put up with my silly class cancellation requests... They go out of their way to make you happy! I am taking a short brake due to work change but will be back soon! I missed it already! Go tune your body and lift your spirit with fun, non-judgemental people. A+++! This studio deserves a million starts not just 5 stars! read more

I'm a Gympass member that has been to one class in the last 90 days and was looking to try another. There is a lot of construction going on at the moment that makes getting to this particular location really difficult especially for 530. I arrived at the class one minute late and was turned away. As a gym pass member, I take a lot of classes at different locations and I've never encountered anywhere without even a small grace period. I get if I had been 5 minutes late but 1 minute at rush hour felt extreme especially since the front desk said she had just shut the door. It was a bummer and will not be back. read more

Been a member for a long time and love what our new owner is doing for community building. Check out pure barre for a great long impact workout. read more

I had a really good workout here. Points for it being suuuper close to my house, and for the free class to try it out. Things I liked: Easy on the joints, fast paced ( you didn't get bored), great music to keep you motivated, pretty location, felt like you were reallly getting a workout! Cons: For a newbie it was somewhat hard to keep up. The owner (I think) did a wonderful job of walking around and adjusting positions if you were doing it incorrectly. I also appreciated her modifying some things if they didn't work for me. I do wish the instructor had called out modifications- it makes those of us new to the class feel like we can keep up at whatever level we had started out. Bring grippy socks or you will slide on the floor! Overall great workout. read more

What a great workout! It targets areas we can't get to in the gym or doing yoga. I love this new facility, the staff is very friendly, the instructor was Courtney and and she was awesome & very helpful and her music choice was upbeat. Ask about their awesome deals for new costumers. Also make sure to bring your own socks or bring extra cash with you the 1st day u come so that u can purchase the sticky socks in the studio. $10-18 Come get hooked! You'll love it too!!!! read more

Not your typical workout! I have to admit I was skeptical and ignorant about the concept of 'small concentrated movements' to tone and strengthen. I'm 56 and with age have become very aware that my upper body and core strength was not what It used to be. After about 8 weeks, 2-3 classes a week, I have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle tone & strength. No bulky or fake looking muscles. The benefits became very noticeable while on a very strenuous backpacking trip after Christmas. 25 miles in 2 days having to carry all my water in a 40 pound pack. My stomach, thighs, and back felt strong & in much better condition than previous outings - therefore I was in much better condition at the conclusion of the hike. Love the instructors, the challenge, & variety in each of the classes. So glad I gave this a try! I'm sold & look forward to continuing to improve. read more

I have to admit when I signed up for a barre class I didn't know what to expect. I just wanted to get a good workout in post-baby. When I walked into the class I was kind of intimidated. But once I met the instructors and the people that work there I felt at ease. They were so nice and welcoming. Since it was my first time to a barre class they explained the movements that we would be doing and the equipment I would need. Everyone was so nice!!! and this was the BEST workout I've had in a very long time. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STUDIO TO ANYONE. read more

Best total body workout in town!! Schedule a class today! I fell in love with the classes, the studio and the people right away. They are so welcoming and supportive. I have been taking barre classes for awhile. I love the Classic classes and how they challenge and strengthen my body. The Empower classes are more cardio and keep me moving and thinking. Remember to bring a pair of socks. They wear socks on the studio floor. The studio is very clean and modern and they have a great retail area with quality leggings and workout clothes. They always have great offers for new clients. Give them a call. read more

I have been a member since September 2017 and I can not say enough good things about this studio. I will start with the workout is always challenging yet modifiable. The choreography is always changing so you will not be stuck in a rut like other workouts. The studio is a nonjudgmental zone and you are encouraged every class to make this your work out. This being said the 50 minutes that you dedicate to your class is your time and you will be laser focused on the choreography vs. life surrounding you. So if your having a bad day I encourage you to go to this 50 min escape that also is healthy for your body. The studio is always clean and has all the equipment you will need (I encourage you to bring a hand towel and a bottle of water). If you are doing the cardio class (Empower) I suggest you over hydrate throughout the day. There are safe places for your personal bags and many people change at the studio during lunch and after work. The bathrooms are stocked with feminine products. The barre tenders (people that greet us when we walk in) keep the flow of the day going, They help us check in, help with retail but never push, but most of all they always have a smile on there face. The barre tenders work out right beside us in some classes which is encouraging to know that they believe in where they are employed, The instructors are amazing with not only choreography but also some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. They encourage you to be best you can and a little bit more (while correcting your form), encouraging each of us by name when we think we can not do it anymore, and they become our friends. They work out beside us as well and never make you feel intimidated by your experience. Rebecca (the owner) I can not say enough about you. You have encouraged me on my worst days when she didn't even know it. She is the mastermind behind the competitions and fun ideas like "wine down Wednesdays". She rewards accomplishments in such a unique way. She is such a blessing and I don't even think she knows the credit she has. The community in the studio is something I have never experienced before. You will not find this at any other gym like places. We talk before/after class, go to lunches/dinner, and meet other family members. The best thing about this community is that we stand beside each other and encourage each other from goal #1 and on. I couldn't be happier that I call this home. Much Love to my Tuck Tribe, Brandy read more

Decent workout. Started originally to help with my chronic hip issues, which have improved. Very clean studio. Due to the small size, you must register for class ahead of time and if you do not show you get charged $15, even with a monthly membership, making it very unflexible for working moms! The clientele is either very shy or cliquey, have not been able to figure out which one and unfortunately, this applies to the instructors as well. On one occasion, the instructor was walking in right in front of me and let the door shut on me with no acknowledgement. I know you are not technically on the clock, but seriously?! There is only one instructor that changes up the routine unless there is a substitute instructor for the day. Very disappointed in the lack of community feel. I always feel sorry for the newbies because no one makes much of an effort to include them and I rarely see them come back. Wish I would have know before making a yearlong commitment! read more

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about what my experience might be like. However, I cannot say enough good things about this studio!! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to learn your name. Classes are challenging (especially if you have no barre experience), however instructors often correct you to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout by ensuring proper positioning, which also reduces risk of injury. It takes a few classes to get the hang of the "tuck" and other signature barre moves, but if you stick with it, there is high payoff! It is a little pricy, but so is every other boutique fitness studio (orange theory, spin studios, etc.) if you like it, it's worth it!! I find myself wanting to go every day if not multiple times a day! I do typically attend 4 classes/week making each class less than $10 which is worth it to me! Additionally, front office staff is punctual and welcoming, also taking the time to learn your name! I've attended other pure barre studios where staff is not punctual and you're stuck waiting outside until the instructor arrives 3 minutes before class start time, doesn't offer corrections, or bother to learn your name. You won't find that here!! Again, can't speak highly enough about this place! read more

My favorite place to start the day! Great workout! It's improved my flexibility, posture and strength so much!

You will not regret the time that you spend here with these ladies. You will leave feeling beautiful, strong and definitely "empowered". This will work out muscles that other workouts never even touch. Every class is something different and definitely challenging. It has improved my posture, my balance and my strength. Low Impact and huge results. #happyplace #teachersareprettyamazingtoo #ltbcommunity read more
