Go for sweat class (versaclimber) if you want it fast paced and sculpt class (modern Pilates) if you want to take it relatively slower. Either ways you get to feel the muscles burn the next day :) I personally prefer the Sweat classes , though in my first class I was dead exhausted and planning in my mind to give up in the first 10 mins . 15-classes later, I'm here recommending this to everyone :) Instructors are helpful and friendly, and the crowd is also energetic . No one's here to judge you - If you don't move , the bg music will make you do it, and you'll be so proud of yourself! Kudos to some Great instructors - Vicky, Leah, Ilene and many more .

They provided a free bloom drink and water for my first class. The sweat foundations class was HARD (in a great way!)...their classes are 30 min, but they are designed to be so efficient and high intensity that you burn a ton of calories and get a great sweat in. This is a full body workout - combo of cardio and working out various muscle groups. SWEAT class is on a versaclimber, while SCULPT class is a modern Pilates reformer. Great music, ambiance, and studio. They ended with a refreshing cold towel & a very thoughtful personalized note from the S2 team. Looking forward to coming back!

The free intro class was super helpful--Girlie walked me through all four class types and gives extra attention to newcomers. Classes break down like this: 'Align' feels more yoga-based, 'Define' leans into weights, and 'Classic' mixes both. After about 10 classes, I definitely feel stronger and more toned, even going twice a week. Plus, the schedule is flexible. When I was out sick for 2 weeks , Jazmine checked in on me and even added a class credit without me asking. As someone new, it really boosted my confidence and made me feel like they genuinely care about their members. Only downside: the Classic class is so popular that (IMO) it can get a bit packed.

Y'all, Nona is incredible…read more I've always wanted to try Pilates, but was intimidated by both the price and my lack of coordination. I've been a swimmer my whole life, and love a good stretchy yoga class, but realized that I was kidding myself when I believed I was doing well enough in my work out habits. Two days after getting engaged, I decided this was my perfect kick in the pants to finally try private pilates sessions (#bridalbootcamp). After perusing through websites of local Pilates instructors, Nona seemed great. And y'all, SHE IS. She is such a warm, compassionate person who genuinely loves what she does. But don't let that fool you - she is the toughest personal trainer I've ever had. For being so tiny and cute, she is terrifyingly creative with the equipment and makes any swim workout I did back in the day seem like elderly aerobics. However, don't let that intensity deter you - as someone who hates group classes ("Seriously? It's only been three minutes?"), gets bored with anything but swimming, and can come up with an impressively diverse list of excuses to miss a workout, I love love LOVE my weekly sessions with Nona (I even convinced my mom to do duet sessions with me so that I could afford going twice a week). That said, even though at one point the price seemed steep, I now consider it worth every penny - it is an hour of one-on-one, incredibly personalized training. The hour flies by, I'm grinning ear to ear by the end, and I always struggle to walk down her stairs after. While swimming has been my cardio of choice, Pilates by Nona is now my nonnegotiable strength training. In the nine sessions I've seen her, I can already feel SUCH a difference in my body. I actually see noticeable tone, which motivates me to keep going back. And - random tidbit that I feel is important to note - because I'm feeling so excited about the change, I find myself incorporating more healthy habits like salads, smoothies, and water. Which is HUGE for this picky eater. You HAVE to see Nona. Just don't take my slot on Wednesdays.

I was treated with complete disrespect by the front desk, and both owners also cussed at me instead of attempting to resolve my concerns professionally. I have phone records documenting these conversations, as they were angry that I wanted to cancel my membership. The problems didn't stop there. Multiple pieces of equipment were faulty, and the saunas frequently weren't even reaching the temperatures they advertise. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing legitimate concerns, management chose to become hostile and dismissive. The situation became so bad that I ultimately had to contact the police and my bank just to get my membership canceled. Even after all of that, I'm still disputing charges because they continued billing me. Melissa, Carmen, and the little man owner / Maintence man whose name starts with "D" were, in my experience, incredibly unprofessional. No customer should ever be yelled at, cursed at, or forced to involve law enforcement and their bank over a gym membership. Seriously, what the heck?
