I took an intro class here and the place was lovely. The instructor was so friendly and welcoming. I had never tried Pilates with this equipment before but Alexis made the class super calm and relaxed for us beginners. However it was a little too easy for a beginner class. After a longggggg break from all workouts, I was looking for something low impact and decided to try Pilates . It's classic Pilates and they have different levels, and a FREE INTRO CLASS for beginners!!. I have tried level 1 of cardio sculpt and the reformer classes. Both are low impact - though cardio is good to get your heart rate pumped up. Staff is nice and responsive to messages as well as in person. The instructors are all very friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite class is the Reformer one by Ally , she knows how to motivate you to do your best . And the music playlist is good too. Stephanie's class is power packed too, amazing tempo! Everyone works out at their own pace and no one judges you here! The studio is very neat and clean. Every class is the perfect mix of challenging and fun, and she always knows how to push you just enough while keeping things safe and tailored to your needs. What sets Bonnie apart is the attention to detail, encouragement, and deep knowledge of body mechanics. I've studied with Club Pilates for several years now and it's helped me with recovery from other athletic-related injuries. There are multiple class levels and also specialized sessions for mobility, stretching and TRX training. There are many instructors that I've come to appreciate. They are often fun, but straightforward and are sure to cover all the necessary finer points that make for a great session. And, that sense of humor makes it so that it's ok to simply try your best. read more

Update: I've done nearly 200 classes now. I am use to going and familiar with most instructors. I enjoy club pilates and attending the different levels of classes. My feelings from before are valid, however as I've continued to attend classes I have the treatment from instructors has improved significantly. As for other attendees you will always have some people who aren't use to or who are uncomfortable seeing people with larger bodies doing things they typically wouldn't expect. Nonetheless I have not received and micro aggressive comments in almost a year and can easily ignore the stares. Overall I've had a good experience here and continue to attend and recommend for people with larger bodies. I do modified movements and all equipment can sustain my weight. Kim Breakey is a badass instructor who leaves me in so much (good) pain at the end of sessions. I've started scheduling back to back classes with her because I know it'll be worth it! This review is regarding the class change policy and how it is handled by the front desk staff. Today, I was scheduled for the 11:00 AM class, which had two open spots at the time I called. I called the front desk to request a switch to the 12:00 PM class--which had four available spots. Both classes were with the same instructor, in the same studio, on the same day, and only an hour apart, and no waitlist issues were involved. However, the staff refused to accommodate the change without charging a fee, citing studio policy. I found this disappointing, especially since switching to the later, lower-level class would have helped me manage cramps I was experiencing that morning. The change would have made no material impact on class availability or studio operations, and it would have made my experience more comfortable. I've been attending this studio regularly for over a year and had hoped for a bit more flexibility and understanding. Other studios I've attended for years tend to have a more welcoming, community-driven vibe, and would have shown some leniency in similar situations. That said, the studio is clean, and the instructors I've taken classes with have been great--especially Kim and Christine, who are both excellent. read more

I took a class with Instructor Shruthi today 7/15/2025. Shruthi was amazing. I really enjoyed her class, her voice was soothing, she was very engaged, I heard her give corrections, she provided benefits for the movements we did in class, provided alternatives for those of us with injuries or existing physical limitations, she prompted us to drink water throughout, and she checked on me after class because I stumbled after standing up from the reformer. I would definitely take another class under her instruction. read more

I joined Club Pilates in late March immediately after doing one of their free Intro classes. Pilates is a great low impact, core strength exercise. The instructors here are caring, personable, and innovative. Every class is different and allows you the opportunity to use different equipment, focus on different muscle areas, and try new things. I go 4-5x/week and plan on continuing this as my regular exercise! read more

I started practicing Pilates about a year and a half ago and I can not recommend it enough to everyone! I have worked the last 30 years on my feet in the service industry and now as a hair stylist. Long hours on my feet had me going home every night with back pain, I had an old ankle injury that caused me to roll my ankle all the time and I swear to you that Pilates has changed all of that! I've lost weight I have better joint health, my posture has improved and I owe a great deal of that to Club Pilates and my favorite instructor Kim!
