Great spot for a full-body workout with instructors who actually know your name and make you feel…read moreat home. The free intro class was super helpful--Girlie walked me through all four class types and gives extra attention to newcomers. Classes break down like this: 'Align' feels more yoga-based, 'Define' leans into weights, and 'Classic' mixes both. After about 10 classes, I definitely feel stronger and more toned, even going twice a week. Plus, the schedule is flexible. When I was out sick for 2 weeks , Jazmine checked in on me and even added a class credit without me asking. As someone new, it really boosted my confidence and made me feel like they genuinely care about their members. Only downside: the Classic class is so popular that (IMO) it can get a bit packed.

I noticed that my initial review of this place was when I was relatively new to the studio. I…read morewanted to report that two years in, I love it more than ever. The community is wonderful, the people that work there really care about the members. Not to sound hyperbolic, but this is the workout that I've been craving for the past decade. My body has totally changed over the last couple of years. And all of it has been without injury. . I used to think hurting yourself was just part of working out, but now I realize that is actually not the case. The instructors are happy to modify any exercise when you ask them. They are all extremely professional and knowledgeable about the human body. As a member, I love the no late arrivals policy. I plan my day around when I'm going to work out and get there early in order to relax and find the space I want. I have actually quit gyms in the past that let later arrivals squish in so I would have no personal space. The pricing for a boutique workout like this is very reasonable. Other facilities are quite a bit more expensive overall. This isn't just a regular gym.

Taken 2 classes so far and it's been great. I've taken pole for a few years on and off, so I'm glad…read moreto find one near the area I just moved to. I took a basic level class to get back to remembering everything, and I liked the structure--warm up, choreo, and then a couple skills practice. Classes have been pretty chill--not too full but everyone has been friendly and supportive. They seem to offer a good variety of classes each day so I'm excited to take more!

I've taken classes at several pole fitness studios over the years, and most have systems that are…read moreseamless with automated class rollovers, clear expiration dates, and no penalties when the studio cancels. Unfortunately, my experience at ATX Pole Studio felt much more manual and disorganized by comparison. When classes were canceled last minute and it was towards the end of a reoccurring bill month, I had to personally reach out to the owner to have credits added back to my account, which became frustrating over time. It would be so much easier if this process was automated like other studios I've attended. The auto-renewal policy also caught me off guard. I didn't see any mention of the 30-day cancellation notice in my receipts or online account, so I was surprised to be charged again after I emailed to cancel before my next billing date. I was told I'd receive credits to use in the future, which I'm assuming I'll have to chase down owner again to get them added as I currently don't see any credits in my account. To make matters even more unsettling, I was automatically charged again the following month, though the owner did issue a credit right after, but again...why is this so difficult in 2025? In the end, I decided to cancel my membership because the overall experience just didn't feel efficient or easy to manage, especially compared to other studios that are more streamlined. I hope the studio improves its systems, and the owner chooses not to ignore emails when it comes to be billing issues.

As I had a very important business meeting scheduled on Monday morning, I needed some massage therapy to loosen me up and ease the pain a bit. I found myself in Round Rock running errands, and since my regular therapist in Cedar Park was unavailable, I decided to do a quick, local search on Yelp. I contacted Kelly's business, and after explaining my situation, she was nice enough to extend her regular hours a bit to accommodate me with an appointment. And, what a wonderful session it was! Kelly utilized a combination of modalities with increasing pressure while intuitively making adjustments based on my body's response. She expertly worked out the knots, alleviated my pain and increased my range of motion in all the stubborn trouble spots. I was impressed and grateful to experience Kelly's level of skill and will most definitely be back! Thanks again, Kelly!

Kelly not only alleviated a huge amount of my pain; she also told me what else I could do to continue healing and fix the issue long-term. It was the best massage I have ever had. I encourage anyone who's looking for a massage therapist that they can trust and feel comfortable and confident in working with to go see Kelly. She loves what she does and it shows!! I won't be going anywhere else!!
