Love this place! William is so personable and friendly--he's always been super sweet to us and our girls. Seriously just the best experience. They have ASHBY's ice cream! Ever since Christy sold Christy's Dairy Delights, we haven't found it anywhere else. This is the best ice cream. So creamy. Super rich in flavor. Michigan pot hole, coffee and a lemon raspberry sorbet were our favorites. The smoothies are so fresh and sweet without being too sweet with artificial sweeteners. We like tropical harmony (guava is such an unexpected but bright and refreshing fruit in it). Very cute inside too. Our kids have a blast oohing and aahing at the big teddies or the swings. Music might be a little loud and maybe wish it was a touch brighter inside, but we love this place. read more

This is a cute place in the burbs with cute decor inside - worthy of insta pics or for kids. A variety of cute activities - swings, games, etc. The owner is extremely attentive and accommodating. You can tell this cafe was his vision and he's passionate about what he's built and tries to stay trendy and unique. The menu has a lot of options for kids and adults - including coffee drinks, ice cream, and other types of drinks. We really enjoyed it here and hung out for 30 minutes even! read more

Our bliss bowl was amazing, the sorbet was yummy and there was loads of fresh fruit on top. was more than worth the $12. The green drink was also very good. The seating area did have a dirty cup out and wasn't spotless, but not bad overall. The chairs were a little stained. Will we go back, yes for sure. This place is so cute! The interior design with the swinging chairs, benches, etc., is darling, and gives a sense of picnicking in the park. The owner is a friendly guy, and even makes his own sea moss, in case you want to add a bit of extra nutrition to your order. The staff appears to all be family. We ordered smoothies and ice cream, and I have to give a huge shout out to the lychee smoothie, which was delicately floral and fresh - everything you could want from a lychee smoothie. One thing I noticed is that seating space is minimal - there is but one table in the corner. There are also two benches and two swinging chairs, which are good for while you're waiting for your order, but not really a place to hang out and eat ice cream with your friends. This choice lets the space feel airy and uncramped, but important to note that you'll probably want to take your order to go. read more

William knows his stuff about supplements and sea moss! Great new smoothie place in the Palatine area to check out with lots of options. He likes to experiment so I had a waffle with some Ashby ice cream rocky road with chocolate syrup on top and it was delectable. Also, he had sprinkled something on raspberry ice cream that was a great small detail, and the tropical smoothie is very refreshing. Ashby's ice cream!! Honestly that alone makes me think very highly of Bliss Berry. We've been here twice now -- the first time we just had ice cream and were very pleased that it was Ashby's. The next time we had smoothies and waffles and both were excellent. The smoothies are apparently no sugar added, and it was very tasty.
