I went to pick it up and he wouldn't let me see the phone before I paid in order to inspect the work. Upon payment as soon as I looked at the screen I noticed something was off. The refresh rate was way too slow and there was a noticeable lag when I swiped through my phone. There was also a substantial difference in the colors on my screen. I immediately brought it to his attention and he said "that's normal. It will still work just fine" and offered no solutions to my problems. The next day I noticed something else not quite right about the screen; it's absolutely draining my battery life on my phone. My 15 pro max used to last all day of constant use and still have battery left at the end of the day. Now if I look at a text or scroll less than 5 TikTok's it will eat 10% of my battery. As far as the speed of the repair, if you really need something fixed fast I guess I would recommend them for that. If you want a quality repair with quality parts, find someone else to do the work.

He recommended his personal anti-virus software, in which he proceeded to plug a USB into my laptop. At first it was fine, all of my spam was gone. But within the next couple days I went to check on my Crypto account, where I had over $20,000 in Bitcoin and XRP. All of this was wiped out and my account was left with nothing. I am led to believe that the man that installed his personal "anti virus" had stolen my blockchain key and got into my crypto account where he took all of my earnings. This was for my grandpa's retirement and he has been depositing his social welfare checks in there for over 10 years. Now he is in Cancun, Mexico with no way of paying for a return flight back here to the States! Have you seen what they are doing in Guadalajara?!?!?! You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful. I came from Los Angeles and was truly shocked by the level of service at this location. I apologize for that! Let's focus solely on your positive library experience. Here's a direct take: I went to the library in Champaign to print documents, and I was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They helped me connect everything, and I ended up printing 5 pages for only 6 cents! It was affordable, easy, and a genuinely pleasant experience.
