The refresh rate was way too slow and there was a noticeable lag when I swiped through my phone. There was also a substantial difference in the colors on my screen. I immediately brought it to his attention and he said "that's normal. It will still work just fine" and offered no solutions to my problems. The next day I noticed something else not quite right about the screen; it's absolutely draining my battery life on my phone. My 15 pro max used to last all day of constant use and still have battery left at the end of the day. Now if I look at a text or scroll less than 5 TikTok's it will eat 10% of my battery. You cannot print from your own device and are forced to use their single computer, which creates long lines. I paid six dollars and forty-two cents but was unable to print my document. If you try to send your document through their email system, you're often told you must return the next day to pick it up. It feels like they intentionally removed the photocopying machine just to force customers to spend more time and money on their computer. Many people, especially older customers, cannot remember their email passwords because they're saved on their phones or home computers. This setup makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult. The customer service was also very poor. One staff member stared me down and made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and disrespectful.
