I checked in and got escorted back into a room. I was in the room waiting before 8:30 am even came which was nice. I sat in the room for 30 minutes with no communication that the doctor was behind, nothing. I had to walk out of the room, and go to the front desk to ask to be rescheduled since my appointment was taking so long/delayed. The staff at the front desk could not have cared less, didn't look at me, didn't apologize, nothing. I ended up just saying I'll find another place. Go ANYWHERE but here.

I reached out to my insurance company and was told they had paid the doctors office and I would have to get a refund from them. I have reached out multiple times, and have been told several times that a refund was coming , but the money has never been refunded. Now the office is telling me I was refunded months ago, but my bank said no money has ever been returned to my account. This is INSURANCE FRAUD. Has anyone else experienced this with this eye center?

The front desk extremely rude, when I called her out on it (because she was laughing at me for bringing up my concerns) she said, "I'm not allowed to breathe?" So unprofessional, you will not be passive aggressive with me and think you will have my business. That $39 exam that's "optional" needs to be MENTIONED by the front desk. They try to deceive you into thinking you're singing up paperwork for services. As an extra step to ensure the customer is ok with that extra test being paid for out of pocket or have it separate from the intake paperwork. They know exactly what they're doing. Front desk lady talking about Nikki has been with them for 15 years. Ok and? Nikki caused your office to lose 6 customers in one visit and will never recommend this place to any family or friends. Disgusting treatment. I will make sure all of our family and friends know to stay away.

I received different answers from staff, which left me feeling confused and ultimately dissatisfied with my experience. I was specifically told that I would receive both my glasses prescription and my contact lens prescription, but I did not receive my contact lens prescription as expected. I also did not feel that my exam was as thorough as I anticipated. There were very few detailed questions about my eye history, previous eye concerns, or other relevant information. What made me particularly uncomfortable was being asked several times about my career and what I do for work, while I felt that more time could have been spent gathering information about my eyes and medical/eye history. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns were not fully addressed and that the service did not meet the expectations that had been communicated to me beforehand. I hope the office can improve communication among staff and ensure patients receive clear, consistent information about what their exam includes and what prescriptions they will receive.
