Warranty Promises Ignored - My Experience with Blinds 2Day. I purchased custom blinds/shades from Blinds 2Day after being assured by *Raz* during installation that any manufacturing issues would be covered under warranty. That promise turned out to be empty. It was explained by *Raz*, but not honored. Here's the reality: The written contract makes no mention of warranty, yet the installer verbally guaranteed coverage. When a defect appeared, I emailed Blinds 2Day on Nov 19 and Nov 24, including videos showing the problem. Initially, they dodged responsibility. Now, they've stopped responding entirely. Instead of honoring the warranty, they demand $75 just to visit, with no guarantee of repair. This feels like a tactic to avoid accountability. If a company promises warranty coverage, it should stand by its word. Ignoring customers and shifting costs after the fact is unprofessional and misleading. Consumers deserve transparency, not verbal promises that vanish when issues arise. Advice: If you're considering Blinds 2Day, get every warranty claim in writing before paying. A contract that excludes warranty but promises it verbally raises serious consumer protection concerns. read more

They have good prices BUT first they told us 4-5 days to get our blinds which turned into 2 weeks with no communication i had to reach out, then ended up being 4 weeks with ME reaching out MULTIPLE times and even had issues with instalation times, first they told us 12-2 then didnt show up til 6pm to install 13 windows. They need to work on communication!!! I wouldn't use them again. read more

Got quoted 5-7 business days after deciding to go forward with shutters for 2 windows. 2 weeks go by no contact so i reach out and get told let me look into it. Another week goes by with no answers so i reach out again and am told they're running behind hopefully next week. Another week goes by nothing so we reach out again and are told ohh a machine is down hopefully next week. finally 5 weeks after being quoted 5-7 business days they got installed. Once they were installed I got more texts and calls to pay the remaining balance then i did about my shutters running late. Poor communication and different answers depending on who you talk to update: Your salesmen told me there was a problem getting me the email but that wouldn't delay the process any and he would still put the order in before the deposit was made. So this is proving my communication comment of getting different story's depending on who you talked to true. Every call or text I received got returned besides the 20 calls for my final payment before it was due I received and it was a holiday weekend and it got paid the monday after that. Never once received a call informing me what was going on I was always the one that had to reach out. Blinds2day responded quickly once i posted my previous review. They replaced the motor in the blinds that were broken. Unfortunately they had to come back a second time because they didnt have all the parts necessary to complete the job. They were able to come a second time to finish resolving our issue about 5 days later. All in it took about 8-9 months to resolve our issue which i had to take it upon myself to follow-up. If i didnt follow-up on my own i doubt this would have been resolved. However, at least when i would reach out i would get some kind if response within 24-48 hours and they were always cordial. Despite the length if time it took they finally got it done. read more

I purchase 12 custom blinds and shades for my windows after I moved into my beautiful new hone three years ago. The personalized I -home consultation provided by Raz was very professional, the prices were reasonable, the quality was top notch, and the installation was done quickly. I would have rated Blinds2Day five stars except there was an issue after the installation. I had two patio door shades that were not correctly extended beyond the door handle by the Installer, causing one blind to be damaged in less than one week. After haggling over who was responsible for replacing the damaged blind, and who would pay installing extenders on two blinds, this issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. Update- unfortunately, I have reduced my rating to two stars. About two months ago, I accidentally broke one end cap on one of my blinds. I contacted Binds 2 Day and asked that they send me two replacement end caps. After numerous texts and promises, I never received the end caps. I eventually contacted the manufacturer- Superior Blinds Manufacturing, and was given assistance from Karen. Everything started good, on August 12, 2020, got paired up with Raz as my sales rep. He worked really hard to get us the right shades. Then he got my money, $1750, and the service went in the trash. First set of zebra shades came in finally, September 11, 2020, originally he stated they'd be there two weeks after payment (COVID Delays, I get it). Except ALL were to big, larger than the measurements I sent over and darker then the color we selected. If they would've fit, probably would have accepted the color. Next, told me I'd have to pay $300-$400 to change the color. I bit my tongue and accepted it though because at this point we just needed them asap, no privacy in our house without them. He sent us a color sample and I selected the color we wanted again. Then he said they'd be there in two to three weeks. Three weeks go by still no word on them. I reached out and he said they would be there by Friday the following week. Raz said this three times and three weeks in a row and never did they show up by Friday. He consistently asked me to be patient and would try to point out that he was doing us a favor by changing the color. Weeks go by and after finally threatening to cancel my order and get my money back, we suddenly got a tracking number, weird right? Box 1 of 3 came in yesterday, November 30, 2020. I opened the box and installed 3 of 4 shades in the box. The shade for my back door was one large shade, when he and I discussed via text and over the phone that I wanted two shades for the back door, one for each panel. I reached out respectfully and asked that they create a new set, sooner the better since I probably won't see them until March. He responds that everything is cut to the dimensions that I provided. I guess he forgot our discussion so I had to send him a little reminder screenshot (see pics).. never responds. He then calls and states he will talk to the production manager. Today December 1, 2020, I spoke to Raz and he stated they will send the new shades for the back door. He said there will be a delay since holidays and Covid. I'm supposed to receive boxes 2 & 3 of 3 today according to the tracking number. Raz asked me to send him pics of the shades installed and also leave a review, here it is. Great place to get blinds from! We got faux wood blinds for multiple windows in a new house. We also got custom blinds for the living room windows that are electric and remote controlled. The products came out amazing! The motors are quiet and the blinds are perfect the way we wanted them. The team was efficient in installing them. Had to pay more for custom blinds but definitely worth the extra money. Raz helped us with the entire process from coming to our home for initial consultation to giving us an estimate and going over different material types. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the delivery time was not as promised. Since our blinds were custom made they took longer to deliver than we expected. Talk about customer service. Its been 5 months and we still havent received the left over shades. Raz keeps telling us stock issue with the supplier. Not to mention some of the blinds needs fixing as length is too long that needs to be cut. Battery powered shades that should be good for 12 to 24 months is already dead. When we first moved in our house, blinds were very important to me and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Raz took his time and showed me every shade and color possible.
