Wow...anybody who attempts to tell me that God doesn't answer prayers needs to speak with me personally about "Uncle" Dave and this company. I always look for confirmation of my prayers so quite naturally when I woke up this morning with my key in mind, and saw Blessing Lock Service on Yelp, that this was my answer. I called at 9:01 and was greeted with the most respectful, easing, day brightening tone, which for customer service, I greatly appreciate. He said I would get a call in 30 mins from Dave. Exactly 30 mins Mr. Dave called me. This is Uncle Dave at 10:20 enjoying that sweet Mustang sound. When it was time to settle up, it was no where NEAR what I thought it would be and as usual, my faith calmed me right into exactly what I felt it should be for somebody who was truly being a blessing to a person in need. And I can't ignore the words that Uncle Dave looked me into my eyes and said. "If you feel my price is too high, then you set the price at what you think is fair." Just had our CRV keys cut and programmed by David Sr...note that this is a mobile unit so we met in Waipahu, but I guess they can meet you wherever is mutually convenient for you. David Sr arrived promptly (even was early) and service was quick and efficient (maybe 15-20 min at most?)...resulting in two perfectly cut working keys. Pricing was fair (there's only a few who would do this for you...much more economical than the dealership...not sure if you can get a better price, but unlikely that you'll find better service! So so so happy with the service I received today!!! Dave came by to replace a broken knob in my office. Since it was a commercial knob, it was quite expensive but Dave explained the breakdown and costs and I didn't feel like he overcharged and took advantage of my cluelessness (which happens a lot as a new woman business owner!). He's incredibly nice and personable, even reminding me that my voicemail needed updating lol! I started off with Gem Key and Locksmith Service and got a rude customer service and discovered how costly locksmith service is then I lucked out and found this company. The name of this company was what struck me. As it turns out, I was blessed to find this company. I got a great price and it was even lower than Gem's even before the discount was added. Okay at the risk of sounding like a shill, I have to again mention how impressed I am with Blessing Lock Service. As I type it is 7pm on a Veterans Day Friday long weekend. I was changing the codes so that on Tuesday morning we would be set and unfortunately misplaced my manual that they gave to me. After searching online and viewing YouTube videos I was pretty confident and sent a short email on the odd chance that I could get some help if I got in the weeds. Within minutes, David Jr. called me back on my cell and walked me through the process and I was able to change the code on the 4 locks. He said he was in the area and to let him know if I had any issues, but his directions were perfect. This review is long overdue. Remember I said he is my locksmith. Well I have called him for his services 3 times since 2014. Long story short. My cousin lost my keys and then my father lost my keys and again my sister lost my keys. I was just hadhorrible luck with family borrowing my keys. Plus they don't fill up the gas tanks ugh!!
