If I am not mistaken the previous owners may have had someone do a move out clean or did it themselves. the place was not in bad shape when the previous owners moved out. it was just a personal preference for me and my wife to have the home cleaned before we begin to live there. I was able to do a walk-through prior to bringing this business in to clean the residence. I wanted them to give everything just a once-over just for personal reasons. Nothing was extremely filthy or dirty. I wanted them to clean the sinks and the bathtubs and showers, and wipe down the insides of drawers, etc. My main focus was the oven or it look like theyadd use and Easy-Off oven cleaner and did not wipe away the residue very well, especially where the racks sit inside of the oven. There was a good amount of residue that was left and did not want my oven door food tasting like Easy-Off when I was ready to begin cooking. We set up a date and scheduled a date for them to come by. I received a text message once they were on the premises. They notify me once they were done. When we first spoke I wanted to provide them with payment once I had looked at the property to ensure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I received a text about three hours later indicating that they were done and would not leave the premises until payment has been secured. That was my impression. I took care of the payment with them. After leaving work, I went by the location to see how everything looked. When I enter the house everything smoke fresh and clean. The first thing that I went to was the oven. Like I said earlier this was the most important thing for me. To my surprise it did not look like anything had been touched. I was sorely disappointed. everything that I remember seeing prior to the cleaning being done by this business to look exactly the same. I begin looking for other things that may have not been done. I could tell that the floors have been vacuumed and, like I said it smelled very nice in the home. After we moved in I begin to find some other things, like crumbs being left in the drawer. It wasn't a huge amount but oh, I had to use the vacuum to get whatever was left over. I did end up having to finish cleaning out the oven and at numerous Clorox wipes that were why did the beginning but Brown after cleaning out the oven. I was hesitant about posting this review but felt that it needed to be treated just like any other business that I would encounter and give feedback to help others who may be considering.

We have had to complain every time, we've emailed the owner and left notes for the cleaning crew, that go completely unacknowledged. The toilet I use (we have 4) has not been cleaned in over a week, that's at least 3 cleanings. It isn't nasty, but has the ring around the bowl that takes a while to get there (with no cleaning). The microwave hasn't been been cleaned, also in at least 3 cleanings. They have NEVER restocked the toilet paper and hand towels in the restrooms. When reached out to, she claimed they didn't have access to the cleaning closet key, but it is left in an envelope for them, and they have left the closet unlocked and placed the key in the drawer when done. In each note left and email sent, we have asked to restock. We've had them come back after two cleanings, the very first time, and another when a trail of stickiness was left on the floor. Apparently, one lady was fired after the first cleaning, because we had to call them back out for doing absolutely nothing. They did a good job on the redo, but since, it's apparent the only thing they are doing is taking out the trash. Very disappointed. Hoping they make it right before we find someone else.
