We made the time 10 on a Saturday . 11:30 came no call , no show! I moved lessons so My home would be cleaned for listing it to sell. I finally got a hold of her and she made up a bunch of excuses. Then she told me she was on her way. And an hour later I get a text she was in Euless. I gave her my address 3 times when I hired her. I live in Arlington! Not Euless. Needless to say I found someone else. It's a shame she can't read. And lied once again as a response to my honest review! read more

She is reliable and thorough, which is critically important when it comes to our Vacation Rental reviews (a spotlessly clean home when the guests arrive starts their stay off on the right foot). I trust Ashley to show up when she says she's going to, to get the job done right, and to be my eyes and ears looking for damage when the guests check out. The lady that came out to my house was so polite, friendly, but she also was to the point and got her job done pretty quick and Right! She completely and thoroughly completed the job 45 mins before the estimated time to complete the job was through. Her work ethic is by far BEYOND, most people you come across nowadays. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely!
