I'm moving and need a service to help me during an overwhelming time. Each time I called, I was told they'll investigate and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back to me. I even received an attitude from who I spoke with over the phone because "it had been so long ago". I've been waiting patiently for someone to call me back, ma'am. When I got home I noticed so many things not done. We just moved in to our home and wanted someone to do a deep clean before we moved our stuff in. She never touched our shutters (still dirty). The bath has a figure 8 bleach stain from where it was squirted but never cleaned. The windows look like they weren't even touched. The light fixtures are still dusty. I'm honestly not sure what she did in here for two hours. She broke one of my cabinet drawers and never said anything until I confronted her. Luckily I am handy and made something out of nothing. I truly felt she took my money and ran. We contacted her to come back and she agreed but then never showed up. An ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
