She even provided me some incredibly helpful tips and product ideas for cleaning areas that I've struggled with. Her prices are incredibly fair and highly competitive with other services I've found. The only hesitancy I have in posting such a great review of her is that I don't want her to get too busy because I want to keep her for myself! I would highly recommend Tarvia.

I was a little disappointed in what I saw when I came into the house. I was doing some research…read moreonline and looking for new businesses that would take care of a move in cleaning before going to a new residence. If I am not mistaken the previous owners may have had someone do a move out clean or did it themselves. the place was not in bad shape when the previous owners moved out. it was just a personal preference for me and my wife to have the home cleaned before we begin to live there. I was able to do a walk-through prior to bringing this business in to clean the residence. I wanted them to give everything just a once-over just for personal reasons. Nothing was extremely filthy or dirty. I wanted them to clean the sinks and the bathtubs and showers, and wipe down the insides of drawers, etc. My main focus was the oven or it look like theyadd use and Easy-Off oven cleaner and did not wipe away the residue very well, especially where the racks sit inside of the oven. There was a good amount of residue that was left and did not want my oven door food tasting like Easy-Off when I was ready to begin cooking. We set up a date and scheduled a date for them to come by. I received a text message once they were on the premises. They notify me once they were done. When we first spoke I wanted to provide them with payment once I had looked at the property to ensure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I received a text about three hours later indicating that they were done and would not leave the premises until payment has been secured. That was my impression. I took care of the payment with them. After leaving work, I went by the location to see how everything looked. When I enter the house everything smoke fresh and clean. The first thing that I went to was the oven. Like I said earlier this was the most important thing for me. To my surprise it did not look like anything had been touched. I was sorely disappointed. everything that I remember seeing prior to the cleaning being done by this business to look exactly the same. I begin looking for other things that may have not been done. I could tell that the floors have been vacuumed and, like I said it smelled very nice in the home. After we moved in I begin to find some other things, like crumbs being left in the drawer. It wasn't a huge amount but oh, I had to use the vacuum to get whatever was left over. I did end up having to finish cleaning out the oven and at numerous Clorox wipes that were why did the beginning but Brown after cleaning out the oven. I was hesitant about posting this review but felt that it needed to be treated just like any other business that I would encounter and give feedback to help others who may be considering.
