We also hired them to perform a deep clean for a family member's home after my brother-in-law did some upgrades to their house and they were having a hard time getting around to cleaning it properly. I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace.
