Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within…read morethe agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!

My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017…read more Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner! Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer. Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that. Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text. Thank you, Jennifer and Love My Maids, for being so good to us and doing such good work.

First off, $125 for a deep clean isn't ridiculous I admit, but the person that was sent to me had a walking boot. A WALKING BOOT. So i knew from the get go she was not going to be able to reach the top cabinets or anything high. I let her know that I didn't want her to get brave and do so because last think I need is a stranger i injured in my soon to be duplex. When she finished she showed me around, and all looked well, but on further inspection a few days later my wife noticed spider webs on the kitchen cabinet and in the closet. I notified the owner as soon as I saw and got no response. Very disappointed. I have a 4 year old with asthma and I was expecting a deep clean that I paid for to get rid of dust and spider webs at the very least. And no communication from the owner to top it off. Please do not do business with them. I know I am just some random stranger on yelp, but believe me, once they have your money they wont give a crap about you. Btw they inly accept Zelle which makes it difficult to ask for money back. You have been warned. Also notice the reviews are from years ago. No wonder they havent been rated as well recently.
