BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!! As I was also told in the past, "WHAT ARE YOU LIKE 50 YEARS OLD???" Not only is rude and sarcastic, but also (passive-aggressive) and (dismissive) as my coco ice water (Ice water with cocoa powder on top) request was refused, making excuses, and getting Niko (coworker) to go get it, just to avoid contact with her #1 customer...(ME). She doesn't seem to get, I'm only a customer and have no intentions in her. The little lady has an inflated ego that's just about to pop and is the only female without proper training in service or manners. My review won't stop here.
