The ladies asked if we were sharing and split it into two bowls for us. Soup was hearty and healthy; something your aunt or grandma would make you at home. - Brando's burger ($11.00) - we asked for gluten free bread ($0.75) which took a bit longer to make/toast. Schnitzel is a large portion but doesn't have a crunchy texture. Sandwich hit the spot. - Roast beef ($8.25) - J opted for a kaiser bun for his roast beef sandwich. Thoroughly enjoyed on his end. I wished the server would have explained what the three dipping seasonings were that were included in the dish, my guess is sole kind of seasoned salt in addition to the wasabi. The cabbage came with some dipping sauce that I had to use quite a lot of to give it sole flavour, I think I would have preferred the slaw style sauce. At the end of the day, I was pretty full from this set and didn't need to ask for any refills, but would have preferred more pork and less if that rice/cabbage. Service was prompt and pleasant.

We ended the meal with the Chestnut Tiramisu, which was light, smooth, and not overly sweet, making it a refined and enjoyable finish. Overall, Kutlet is a solid new addition to Tsawwassen and an excellent spot for comforting yet well-executed Korean fusion dishes.
