It was okay but not the best as it was pretty watery/soupy base. The toppings fell to the bottom. I also purchased 2 juices. Both were okay as well. I ordered the watermelon mint smoothie, and it was exactly what I needed on a hot summer day--light, refreshing, and packed with flavor. I also noticed they have a huge selection of Italian ice, including some served in an actual watermelon bowl, which looked so fun and perfect for the summer. The first green flag was that the granola was already gluten free. No need to worry about substitutions or upcharges. And it was THE best gluten free granola I've tried so far! Super crunchy and not too dry. The second green flag was that the base was made right there on the spot. You could see Kelli behind the counter mixing it all up fresh. The third green flag was that Kelli double checked that I was OK with honey being added on top. I love honey but appreciated this extra care being taken since some people may want to omit that for dietary purposes. I also tried a green juice this time, the Garden of Eden. I normally don't go for green juices but Kelli recommended it. It was really refreshing and unique. It wasn't my favorite juice I've tried here, so I probably wouldn't get it again, but I still enjoyed it!
