Everyone always gives Lexington Market a bad rep but I've been coming here since I was a little girl. They had a smoothie spot at Paca entrance but they closed which made me sad...until I found this gem! They have all kinds of fruits and veggies available for you to choose from plus extras(honey,flax etc) My go to is always the mango,blueberry and kiwi combo. Just talking about it is making me want one now read more

This is probably one of those hidden treasures in Baltimore. I've been looking for a good smoothie place but I really haven't found anything that satisfies me. I stumbled across this place while at Lexington Market. It's actually not in the main building but in the West market across the street. They are mainly a produce stand, but they make smoothies on the side. You can select up to 3 fruits blended to order. I usually get strawberry, papaya, and pineapple. They take the fruit, add a bit of sugar, ice, and that's it. No processed syrups, no dairy. I haven't been disappointed. And for $3 for a large, it's a great price compared to other smoothie places. Really no complaints. read more

This place is great! Was recently in Baltimore to catch a couple of baseball games. After, a night of indulging I was definitely in need of a fresh juice to boost my immune system. I found this place on yelp and I'm glad I did. Produce is extremely fresh and service is fast. I ordered a kale, watermelon, grapefruit juice and it was super tasty! Also, you can't beat the prices!! Especially, because I am used to LA juice prices. Check it out! read more

My class went on a field trip to Lexington Market and we were given a recommendation to check this place out. Best decision ever. The stand was really colorful and showcased all the different fruits they had. The main reason we went though was to try the smoothies. Unlike many of the smoothies out there, these tasted of real fruit. I even saw the owner grab fruits off the stand to make these smoothies. If you want real fruit smoothies, this is the place to go. read more

I also had a Chai and paired it with a cherry & cheese danish that was fresh and delicious, the ideal complement to the drink. I asked for it heated and it was hot all the way through. Hate it when I get it and it is cold in the middle...the barista understood the assignment and got us right! Everything felt thoughtful, like someone in that kitchen actually cares about what they're putting out -- because they do. Speaking of which -- I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and it all made sense. Warm, passionate, and clearly proud of what they've built. It was a community dinner party with Chef Char. You had a choice of a ticket with or without wine pairing. Me and my friend chose the ticket with wine pairing. The ticket included two glasses of wine. The menu was not printed online so we went in kinda blind on what was served. The first course was a roasted vegetable dish which consisted of broccoli, fingerling potatoes and pears with a Greek yogurt sauce. The second course was chicken thighs with risotto in a tomato sauce and the third course was a granola strudel with pears. There was also an arugula salad with grapefruit segments and parmesan cheese. I can be brutally honest, none of the courses were seasoned well. The first course was cold, the vegetables were wilted and did not mesh well. Was not expecting pears to be with my roasted vegetables. The second course was underwhelming as well. The food did not have any flavor and the dessert was not my favorite at all. I only ate the fruit out of the dessert. The chef did come out and let us know what each course was, however I felt that she really wasn't too personable with the guests. A few of the guests at the table were her friends so she only engaged with them, and of course they hyped her up, however the food was bland and underwhelming and the majority of the guests including myself did not finish their plates. If there is another community dinner, I hope it will be with a different chef in mind As I stated before my review is of the event, not the business as a whole.

This is by far the best smoothie I have gotten in Baltimore! My friends and I drink a lot of smoothies and this has been one of the only places that uses real all natural fresh fruit. This is refreshing being that most places use powder mixes when they tell you that it is a "fruit" smoothie. The best part about the smoothie besides the flavor was that it only cost me $2.50 for a medium size smoothie. This was a great size and was more than enough to drink. The smoothie I got was a strawberry, mango, and pineapple smoothie but they had tons of other fruits to include as well as other ways to boost your smoothie with even more vitamins. Kay's produce is definitely a gem of both Lexington Market and Baltimore! read more

I went to Lexington Market as part of a field trip and we were to explore the diverse foods inside. Our guide recommended Kay's Produce for smoothies and as a smoothie lover I had to try it. She took us a short walk across the street from the main building and we were there. They have a wide variety of fresh fruits and some vegetables for sale. For the smoothies, you can pick three different fruits and then they blend it with ice and sugar only. This was one of the best smoothies I've ever had, and at an amazing price of $3 dollars for a large, I would definitely go back for more. read more

This was hands down my favorite place in the Lexington Market. They had fresh options and such friendly service, I was so pleased. The prices were also phenomenal, especially in comparison to all the mainstream smoothie places like Jamba Juice. Their are no additives like milk or yogurt, it's all fruit and ice! You can also get a juice of vegetables. I tried a smoothie of raspberry, mango, and strawberry and loved it! I also tried a juice of kale, beets, and, carrots. It was a different taste, less sweet but so healthy and fresh! read more

great prices and great quality produce, Kays is a wonderful establishment. The friendly service at the stand only makes the stop even better. The smoothies are fantastic and are incredibly affordable with a large being only three dollars. I recommend Kay's to anyone going to Lexington market whether they are looking to buy fresh produce or not. read more

I had high hopes for my smoothie when I came here on a visit to Lexington Market, and I was not at all disappointed. My mango, papaya, strawberry smoothie was everything it should be- lots of real fresh fruit, a little sugar, and no fillers. It was also exceptionally priced and oh-so-good.
