You can grab a hot breakfast and brunch, empanadas, pies, donuts, coffee, vegan items, dips, fresh bread, flowers, tea, dairy meat and, of course, locally grown fruits and vegetables. I went to the market for some fresh baked bread and bagels. While I was there, I was persuaded to purchase a vegan sandwich and some organic vegetables. I had to stop myself because there were quite a bit of other things that caught my eye too. The market is set up right below the highway and was very easy to get to. There is a public parking lot right next to it as well as lots of street parking. I found the Instagram page for the market and the website to be very helpful and informative with information like times, vendors and explanations on how to arrive. All of this adds up for a uniquely Baltimore experience with something for everyone.

It's located right in the city of Baltimore under the highway bridge on E Saratoga St. Street parking is free and i guess there is a way to reserve parking in line now. Mercy hospital has also offered free parking in an adjacent lot. The market is open on Sundays for the season and is such a delight. The vendors are very busy but eager to assist. The prices are fair. Need a coffee fix? The local Zeke's coffee is on site to assist! Many fresh foods, plants, and seafood to choose from. Definitely worth a visit!

Their new location is BIGGER and BETTER than ever! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Wondering if they'll be getting more of that yummy snack or seasoning you picked up there last week? Ask them! They're always happy to get things back in stock if you want them to (supply chain permitting, of course). If they don't have it or can't get it, they'll help you figure out where you should be able to get it. I watched one of the owners spend 10-15 min with a customer trying to find a couple of specific ingredients for a dish they were planning on making that night. The owner called another local store to ask if they had those items in stock and then gave the customer full directions to drive there from Culinary Architecture. Besides their excellent selection of packaged goods and produce, the food and drinks they make in-house are also exceptionally good! Sweet treats? Meat (and No-Meat) pies? Bread? Caffeine fix? They have it all, with a solid selection of staple recipes and a rotating menu of new/seasonal items! With the natural light, warm smells, and big community table with different chair choices right up front, you'll feel right at home here. Convenient parking and outdoor seating available, too! Come check 'em out in Little Italy! (BONUS: A lil lady named Pokey... You'll know her when you meet her. )

Oh my goodness -absolutely superb flavors, freshness, and ambiance. the sauce that came with the salmon roll was a very special treat!! It is immediately evident that quality ingredients are a primary focus and I appreciate that. - selections on the menu are unique and memorable. Service wise, it was very pleasant to not be rushed to eat and go - a lovely area for great food and conversation. They also have a grocery area, as well as some unusual gifts. I will return!!

Wow. Coming from an…read moreItalian family and living in New York City my entire life my standards for Italian food are incredibly high. Upon coming into Di Pasquale's I wasn't sure what to expect and my expectations were not high, but oh my gosh were they blown away. Quite literally everything I had was without note. I had the muffuletta, caponata and some Pignoli cookies and I truly cannot speak highly enough about each item. The sandwich was wonderful and well balanced, the Caponata was genuinely some of the best Caponata I've had in my entire life. As someone who makes Caponata on an almost weekly basis I was absolutely blown away at this one and would genuinely rank it top five I've ever had. The Pignoli cookies were good as well they were a bit harder than I like, but no real complaints. There's not much to speak to in terms of service here as it's an order at the counter and seat yourself kind of place but staff was friendly and then ambiance is again nothing too crazy but definitely a great lunch spot and so many fun items to purchase. Next time I'm in Baltimore, I will without a doubt be coming back here and would genuinely put this on a must hit list for anyone visiting the city.
