My wife and I did a simple iced latte and cappuccino both with whole milk. The coffee was great with no sour taste to them. My wife also wanted the croissant, so we ordered one. It was good, but nothing too special. It does get really busy here and for a good reason. It's in a great location in the Lido Marina Village. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. I did get confused with the restrooms but there was one across the street (public restroom). Just to note, I don't think there was a policy for dogs since many people with dogs were coming in and out that were for sure not service animals. I didn't mind since I love dogs, but can be an issue for those with sensitivities. The baristas were all very nice, no issue with customer service. I was basically the only asian dude there the whole time, but there was no issue. Everyone was nice :)

Even with that being true, we got our order fairly quickly and the person that took our order was kind and it was smooth. I could not find any other smoother and tasty coffee than Kean. Nothing in this area compares. It's a gem here. My husband and I usually get their vanilla latte. It just runs smooth; not acidic. Flavors are on point! Service is usually great. Sometimes it can be a bit since lines can get ridiculous here. But worth it! Casual atmosphere!
