The cafe offers a nice selection of coffee, boba tea, and smoothies, along with sweet treats and desserts. We ordered pistachio lattes, one iced with pistachio cold foam, and one hot. Both were tasty and had fresh pistachio notes with a rich coffee flavor. The pistachio was a bit too subtle for me and I wish it was stronger and sweeter. The pistachio baklava was very tasty and the perfect amount of sweetness. Service was very quick and the staff were kind. I'll be back to try their biscoff lotus cake and other desserts!

Came here recently with some friends and the drinks were all really good! I got the matcha latte and added a strawberry foam which was delicious. I could see that the workers whisked their own matcha and I was impressed with how smooth the matcha was. A very cute little cafe with a couple other drinks and tasty looking pastries. I want to try some of their other menu items the next time I'm in the area!
New fav local coffee shop! This is my new go to coffee shop in Poway. They just opened a few months ago but I can already tell they're going to do so well. They specialize in pistachio flavors which is unique. They have everything from coffee, matcha, cold brews with cold foam. One of my fav pistachio lattes in San Diego! They also have smoothies & acai bowls. The smoothie was fresh & delicious as well! Plenty of tables to come and do work or catch up with friends. Plenty of parking! Will definitely be back
Blend and Bite is great! They are not in a super busy space so it was very peaceful inside and they also had wifi. Tables are kind of small so I wouldn't recommend large groups. I also like how they have so many menu options and small food items. I tried a pistachio latte, and it was just how I like it. The coffee flavor was strong and it wasn't sickly sweet. Very happy with my drink order! I also tried a traditional flatbread and it was amazing, it was so hot and crispy when warmed up. I will be back for that. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is one of the chocolate cakes. It was so sweet we couldn't finish it, not even the kids who usually love sweet treats.

I wanted to do a quick little latte run and came across this cute little cafe! They had a lot of desserts for display, plus the cafe was so cozy and cute. I got a vanilla latte, tiramisu and a baklava. The coffee I wasn't too impressed with, because the vanilla latte I had was somewhat powdery? It was a bit grainy. Probably won't get again. The baklava was okay, personally found it a bit too sweet but technically that's normal...but I'd advise eating more than one in one sitting lol. By far the best thing I've had from this place is the tiramisu. The tiramisu I had was amaaaazing! Super fresh, not too sweet, and not too strong! Perfect layers and they were adequately portioned. The service was a bit slow but perhaps we went at a slow time but overall it's not a bad place to get a small dessert. Coffee wasn't stellar so I'll pass on the coffee next time.
I stopped by after my Orangetheory workout and tried one of their signature drinks which was a pistachio latte (I got almond milk, but they have a variety of milk to chose from) and omg the espresso and drink was so good!! Not super sweet either. They have a lot of sweet treats as well and the owners were working and were very kind and the place was very welcoming and cute.
Ambiance..cute place and reasonable prices. Service..so friendly and caring Food..got the pistachio baklava and pistachio latter with cold foam. So yummy and tasted fresh..they use cream and not those syrups.
After my Sunday work I got too tired to go to the beach and it was a bit late so checked where I could go for a capuccino and me time. That is how I found out about this new elegant coffee shop in a corner of Poway road I did not know had some other surprises like a couple of cool restaurants. Actually, I was not expecting such a nice, modern, clean coffee shop with beautiful looking pastries like this in Poway. So this was a really nice surprise. Perfect drink and is open until 8pm which i hope they continue with this schedule! Some tables outside also looking brand new.
This cafe kept popping up under my "recommendation section" so I decided to try it out. The cafe has a clean, modern, and minimalists vibe. It's small inside with a few tables. Definitely more of a grab and go place. It's located in a small shopping complex in Poway with a shared parking lot. Their menu includes various drinks such as smoothies, fresh juices, boba tea, teas and coffee and desserts including baklavas, cheesecakes, croissants, and muffins. Customer service was great. The workers were friendly and helpful. Our drinks were good. I like how their drinks are on the less sweet side. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the prices were a bit high. With 2 drinks and 2 small desserts the total was $17.
Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 I found out about it because many people were posting about a new coffee shop in the area. I was especially excited because I love supporting local businesses and it's close to home. I believe this establishment is quite new, maybe within the past two weeks. Upon entering, the space was light and bright with relaxing music playing in the background, which made it a very calming experience. I was greeted immediately by the worker, who was very friendly. I knew I wanted matcha, so I ordered a hot matcha. I really liked it because it was not too sweet, which is exactly how I prefer it. The desserts were another story because there were so many selections that it was hard to pick. They had Dubai chocolate croissants, milk cakes, different types of tiramisu, and many other really delectable looking desserts. I finally decided on the pistachio tiramisu and I am so glad I did. Not only did it look beautiful with the layers, but it was absolutely delicious. You could really taste the pistachio and they definitely did not skip on it. I decided to eat in and really enjoyed my time there. It was peaceful and relaxing. There were a few customers coming in and out but nothing too crazy. I had a really nice time and highly recommend this spot for a cup of coffee, matcha, or dessert. Super relaxing atmosphere, very good service, and I was very impressed with both my drink and dessert. I definitely plan to come back to try their coffee and other items on the menu. Five stars all the way for this family run business.
New coffee shop located in Poway! Came to try out this new location since it replaced an old pizza place which apparently went out of business. When we came it was empty besides a few guys talking to each other who I assume were the owners of the place. Service was really good and fast and we weren't waiting too long to get our Pistachio Croissant and Brown Sugar Latte. The ambiance of the place is quite nice and well built, seems like it would be a really good study spot if you're local to the area and need a place to stay at. Has a good amount of chairs in this location which seem to be pretty cozy. As for the food and drink.. It was a little underwhelming to be honest. The Brown Sugar Latte was really bitter and didn't have too much going for it, but the coffee was really strong which could be seen as a positive and a negative since that's all I could really taste. For the Pistachio Croissant the presentation seemed to be good, but I didn't really pick up on the flavors as it seemed rather dry and wasn't sweet or anything. I'm probably likely to not come back to this location, but I'm sure others would enjoy it, especially once they start getting their menu down and adapt and make changes that would better suit its image.

That beef manakish is HIGH flavor... I could have eaten 10 of them but I'm not trying to spend $100. The baklava is crispy with no random pistachio shells to fish out, relatively inexpensive but it is tiny I guess. A really cozy store. I went on a Friday at noon and it was nice and empty with two other parties doing work or studying. There are about 5 small tables. My friend and I were able to have a chat about life peacefully without being too loud for the others. I got the iced pistachio latte (5/5) with vanilla foam and whole milk, and my friend got matcha with oat milk (3.5/5). Both were good, but I preferred the pistachio latte, which has some pistachio paste on the inside that gives it that nutty, sweet kick! I would come back if I visit my friend to study if I didn't live so far. read more

Loved this little gem! It's still pretty new, so I'm not surprised I hadn't heard of it even though I live nearby. The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I'd seen a lot of reviews about their pistachio latte, so I had to try it, I went with the hot version and was really impressed, especially with the attention to detail. It's a small spot with a few outdoor tables and some cozy indoor seating. Whether you want to study, get some work done, or just hang out with friends, it's a great place. The pastries also looked amazing, definitely something I want to try next time read more
Love that you could modify the sweetness level on matcha. Default is 50% but since I am ordering pistachio waffle, which is going to be sweet, I asked for less sweetness and glad I did that. Matcha latte was very smooth. Waffles tasted great. It went well with strawberries. This place is very small. Restroom available to customers. read more
We saw the ads on instagram. So we stopped by and gave it a try. The shop is clean and cute inside. Ordered the taro boba tea and Dubai croissant. The drink is good value and boba was chewy. For the dessert, most of them cost around $10 which is pricey for the neighborhood cafe. I like to support mom and pop businesses but not sure I'll be back for dessert. read more

Love this place! The decor, the service, food and drinks, super! They have a nice variety of beautiful fresh deserts, coffees, smoothies, etc.... The owner truly cares about customer's experience and offered to customize drinks exactly to my liking. They are open until 8pm, which is another bonus! read more
I was so happy that there's finally another mom and pop spot in Poway to get coffee! I found this place in a Facebook group and decided to skip the Starbucks and try this out. Upon entering I noticed it was quite empty in the late afternoon. The guy working the counter was super nice and ready to help or answer questions. Most of the bakery items were gone since it was late in the day but the croissants looked pretty good. I chose a hot salted caramel latte. The coffee was good but honestly a bit too sweet for me. I would try a different flavor next time. The cafe has a very calm setting which is nice. Even though the coffee wasn't the best to me, I'd be happy to return to try something else because of the good customer service and the very reasonable price for a latte. I spent about 5 bucks, Starbucks would've for sure been 7 and up. All in all, I'd say to give this place a try and see what you like! read more

I'm happy to say that I have a new place in Poway to go to for lattes. This is a great place to have a drink and some pastries and sit down. The atmosphere is calming, and the owners are kind. I ordered a iced pistachio latte and a Dubai chocolate croissant and love both of them. The coffee was ideal level of sweetness, which stands out because a lot of coffee places tend to over sweeten their drinks. The Dubai chocolate croissant was worth getting because I could tell they put a lot of heart into making it. They fill their croissant with what would be in the Dubai chocolate bars, which I thought was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend eating eating it with an knife and fork though. read more

Excellent cute new shop. The gentlemen working behind the counter were helpful and patient with our questions and made our hot pistachio lattes perfectly. They were all lightly sweet and delicious. I've since tried their other drinks (biscoff latte, mocha, iced pistachio coffee, americano) and they're all delicious! Their baklavas, pistachio tiramisu, and croissants are all tasty. First time here, I heard great things and I had to add to the list. We ordered Americanos, mine I added cookie butter cold foam and wow! Delicious!! Not too sweet but savory! We also tried their cacao chocolate muffin and wow again! We were pleasantly surprised! Very tasty, moist & not too sweet! We definitely plan to come back to try their juices & smoothies! First time visiting, came to area to meet a friend. The place is very cute, ambient music time help think, read and journal. I had the Pistachio Latte...great blend and affordable. service and team were smiley and welcoming. I would definitely come back to visit. read more
