Of course I was disappointed, I paid for the Groupon that they werent gonna honor. As it turns out, they honored it because it had been more than a year since I had used the previous one. I tipped 20% and left happy with the service, thinking I would use them going forward. The location is in a very scetchy area of town I felt very uncomfortable outside of their office. An hour later, I get a text from Veronica. "Just wanted to be completely transparent. I have made the decision to block your profile from any further bookings with us due to your interaction with Karla today. I understand your frustration and Karla's confusion surrounding clients re-purchasing groupons however I cannot have my employees feeling threatened in the workplace." Understand why im frustrated but decide its threatening to her? Unreal!! Glad there are plenty of options closer to my house, so no problem for me. Spread the word and do not use this establishment. Shady business!
