She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.
