I've been getting Botox since I was 25 and I'm now 33 and I've never had a reaction like this. I have two large and hard bumps at injection site. You have to be careful here because there is a major turnover in staff and every time I get comfortable with someone they quit. I took a risk and received Botox from someone else and this is what I get. Ashley is who did my Botox so avoid at all cost. I would skip this place entirely. I won't be going back. When reception confirmed by follow up I told them i had to reschedule. Why doesn't she ever say that? 2) move on because it's been two years? I tried to reschedule in March 2021.When I made the appointment I told reception my sister got the ok from the owner for me to use the leftover credits she moved out of state. Nothing mentioned about it being mom transferable. 3) Threats? When someone leaves a negative review (as other people have, hence why people message me asking where I go now bc they had the Dane experience ) that's not a threat, that's my right to leave my honest feedback. None of your staff is being threatened, get a life. After receiving a gift card from my sister, I had no choice but to use it here. I had a terrible experience the first time but was willing to give them a second chance. After making an appointment the owner emailed me saying because of my public review I was banned from coming back. Instead of trying to make things right, or welcoming a second try - it's nice to know these people were simply retaliating and being petty for an honest review. I own a business and rely heavily on customer reviews, and I can guarantee that if someone left me a negative review for their honest experience, I'd welcome them to come back for a second chance. This review is only about the laser hair removal services. My prior experiences getting laser hair removal at other places in other cities were wonderful, and I honestly had no idea that it could be so bad. First, Aspire does not use up-to-date tools, so the laser is EXTREMELY painful. I have a really high tolerance for pain, and I involuntarily teared up (basically cried) while getting this laser. It's almost unbearable. I had originally booked three locations and could only do two because it was so bad - in my other experiences, I could have done my whole body easily in the same session. Second, the nurse was kind but didn't help at all with hard-to-reach places where it's difficult to shave. In prior experiences, the practitioner would help shave hard-to-reach places and would still laser over places that had some hair. At Aspire, the practitioner lasered around those areas and said that I should come back after I shaved better. She also didn't appear to know that there are better, more modern machines - she was shocked when I told her it didn't need to be this painful (and she even remarked that my results were good). Third, I felt awful when I left this salon and my legs and underarms were in pain for the next two days. If this was a discounted service, I might suggest going because the results are there. However, you will also get results elsewhere where they have state-of-the-art laser machinery that is nearly painless - trust me, you won't regret it. read more

This place is great! I'm fairly picky with my skin joints and realized I've been coming here for 3+ years and love this place. Maria and Ashely are insanely knowledgeable about skincare and have yet to lead me astray. I appreciate they are super chill with booking, and that I can text them anytime and get an actual human being on the other side that helps me move my appointments around and book things in a hurry. It's extremely clean and they've been outstanding during COVID with protecting the health and safety of everyone. My skin has never looked better, and the before and afters on their website are the real deal. If I had one small criticism, it would be they've discontinued some of the skincare lines that I like in lieu of other products that I haven't loved. But it would be stupid to ding them for things I can buy somewhere else, and the still carry IS Clinical. All in all, they're great and I'll always keep coming back. read more

I simply said I do not want a high pressure sales pitch after my facial changing my membership from $60 to $150 a month plus pressuring me into unproven lasers... no thank you. What a joke ! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a work emergency, they couldn't even make a "one time" exception to move my "follow up" appointment and I was charged $50?! Really ?! As if paying a couple grand is not enough... they charge to cover an expense so that the owner/ manager doesn't have to pay the employees. I moved to Sloan's Lake a little over a year ago and spotted the store front and stopped in to say hello. Pam and Allison are incredibly nice and made me feel very welcome. After a brief conversation about my skin goals, I made an appt for later that week. They started me off with the Fire and Ice facial which left my skin feeling so refreshed and smooth, taking away all of the dead skin cells, I was glowing. They mentioned their monthly program which is only $60/month where you get one of the treatments PLUS discounts on medical procedures and a complementary service such as a lash or brow tint. The monthly program keeps my skin looking consistently good without breaking the bank and they NEVER pressure you to purchase any products. However, when you ask about products or services, they are very honest about what is a good fit and what isn't. I now get my Botox with them and look forward to trying mirconeedling. Today I had my third appointment with Pam - dermaplaning as my birthday treat. I could not be more pleased. As with any treatment, there was minor discomfort but Pam was very communicative on when I should be expect a"spicey" sensation. Her descriptions on how to facilitate the treatment with facial manipulation were clear and substantiated with positive reinforcement. The treatment space is pristinely clean and comfortable; I especially love the heated treatment table which is incredibly relaxing. Pam deftly balances the personable and professional. Update: Amber from Aspire called me the day after I posted this review. I explained to her how I felt and she said that she would take care of it. She followed up with an amazing response! I received two IPL treatments with literally no visible results. I also had a few chemical peels here as well that did nothing either. Not sure if their products and machines are of lower quality, but I figured I would see at least something with TWO IPL treatments as I've seen better results on people with my same skin tone after just one. Management apologized, but that was it. I dont recommend. Please read other comments... one person was correct when she said its a good place for the "basics." I signed up for their monthly membership and have also had a dermaplane, lactic acid peel, and a fire + ice facial. I love that the monthly membership comes with a free nose wax. You don't really know how awesome they are until you get one - now I'm addicted! I have had treatments from both Allison and Pam, both are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable technicians.
