You made some comment that I have the same complaints of this cut as I did with my pervious cut that I came to you with. You don't listen very well because I had told you my hair cut before yours was very blunt. One length. And it was actually exactly what I asked for so I wasn't saying it was a bad cut just that it's grown out. And I wanted layers from you to "thin out" the ends. But I'm sure four months after the hair cut it's hard for you to remember what I had even asked for. It concerns me that you cannot recognize your own work. April has put so much intention into the decor, experience, vibe, clean product selection, and green practices. My hair always looks amazing after a visit. Another bonus is the salon chargers per hour vs per service. So, if you need a toner, a gloss can be done simultaneously without an extra treatment charge, bonus!!
