I've been wanting to try Blaze Pizza because I love the concept of a Build Your Own Pizza. I've tried a competitor's before and enjoyed it, so I was sure I would like Blaze as well. I came in on Pi day at 11:30, when any pie was $3.14. There was a line but the wait from beginning to when I received my pizza was about 20 minutes. I did the build your own pie and went for half spicy red sauce and half garlic pesto for the sauce. For toppings, I went all out - I had meatball, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, spinach, banana peppers, artichokes, roasted garlic, mushrooms, red onion, and arugula for a finishing topping. I didn't do any of the finishing sauces, which included balsamic, olive oil, and ranch. I wish they had hot honey but it's not a deal breaker. If you can't decide on your toppings, they have their own specialty pies for you to choose from as well. Is it the best pizza? No, of course not. But will you have a great/fun experience? Yes! It's better than Domino's but not better than your local pizzeria. The ingredients do taste pretty fresh though and seem to be of high quality, and the crust is thin enough since they have a machine doing most of the legwork. Would I come back? The staff is a bit indifferent and doesn't even greet you when you enter. You are expected to just grab and go, and if you need anything else you are expected to just figure it out. The utensils and condiments are placed right beside the counter-top trash hole, and there was trash in the condiment and utensil hole. The pizza was not good, the crust was soggy, limp and maybe burnt in some parts. The cheese was rubbery and the sauce was lackluster. Each bite was a disappointment. I really do like the concept and I don't know if the staff just dropped the ball, but I wouldn't recommend this place for pizza. I did not try anything else from the menu. read more

You just can't go wrong with Blaze. They allow you to make your own pie which is then tossed into a brick oven and served fresh and hot. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with regular red sauce and spicy sauce. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, basil, and added oregano seasoning. They tossed it in the oven and BAM hot goodness. One personal pie is enough for one person (it has a thin crust). I also had a brownie which was heated in the oven. The brownie was really good, rich and moist as a brownie should be. The restaraunt has ample seating and the workers are friendly. One thing I noticed was when I asked for spicy sauce they took out a new spoon to pour the sauce rather than using the one they used for the regular sauce. This is good considering some people do not want any spice in their pizza and this avoids mixing both sauces for the next customer. Great job read more

Customer service was great and I like the idea of blaze, but the taste overall was just ok for me. We tried meat lovers, art lover, BBQ chicken and pesto cheese bread. Out of the three pizzas, I'd say art lover was the best but the other two had me desiring something more. The BBQ chicken with the gorgonzola cheese was just a bit too much for me. The cheese overpowers the taste of the pizza. Meat lovers and cheese bread was filling, but again not that tasty. This is like the Chipotle of pizza joints. Choose a pre designed pizza or create your own on the line. Pleasantly surprised by this pizza. The crust was nice and thin and crispy. I had the personal size white top which comes with bacon, arugula and garlic. I added roasted garlic cloves for extra garlic flavor which it made it extra good. My husband got the red vine which was full of flavor, I actually liked it even better than the white top. Its cool that they have vegan options. I came with 2 of my vegan friends who created their own big pie with extra vegan cheese and chorizo. They enjoyed the vegan cheese, and they're particular about their vegan cheese. Love it! Stopped by with wife and son before a Costco run and it was the right decision! Space was warm and inviting and the concept is just like chipotle except with pizza where you decide the ingredients and go from Left to Right telling the servers what toppings you want, and once done, they fire up the pizza in their oven right behind them and it comes out piping hot. To make it simple, we just ordered from their signature pizza menu and picked bbq chicken and hot piping pizza with one large fountain drink. The pizzas took maybe 5 minutes to come out. It works because the crust is thin and bakes quickly. Everyone almost immediately loved their pizzas - it was light and crispy throughout and was just a pleasure to eat. BBQ chicken had nice interplay between smoky chicken, crunchy red onion, and melted Gorgonzola, accented by banana peppers. Hot links was delicious with juicy pieces of sausage & pepperoni, accented with jalapeño and banana peppers, on top of comforting & robust tomato sauce. Quantity was perfect for the three of us (2 adults, 1 tween boy) My son was trying to steal my last slice! We were glad that we decided to try Blaze because it turned out to be the best choice for a quick dinner in a large space where we could feel safe dining apart from others. The night Tropical storm Isaias hit, we lost power and decided to get Blaze Pizza. We made it before they were closing, everyone showed a good attitude after a long day. I ordered the "Build your own" - dough with red sauce, grilled chicken, mozzarella and goat cheese, mushrooms, spinach, roasted broccoli and arugula. When the pizza is done, I always ask for extra arugula. Since trying Blaze Pizza, this is what I order and it is delicious every time. Trying this location, I'll come back next time. This is my second visit here and I truly love their pizza! It's light and super crunchy: totally customizable. Their Agua Fresca drinks are awesome and I would love to give them 5 stars, but there always to seems to be a slight issue. They originally served a margherita pizza which left much to be desired. Hence I understand why it's no longer an option. But this time they hit one spot too heavily with sea salt and I was literally biting into the ocean on my regular plain pizza with basil. It literally made it difficult for me to continue chewing because of the saltiness of the first few bites. Maybe kosher salt is a better option versus the large chunks of sea salt you offer. For the custom pizza I like the concept that you can make your own and add your own toppings. For the vine pizza they ran out of fresh mozzarella, so I replaced it with regular shredded mozzarella. I loved how the ending I can choose additional toppings to top it off. I added arugula, cherry tomatoes, and drizzle olive oil. It was so delicious! I absolutely loved it. Customer service is spot on here. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, it was my first time and the woman behind the counter was so helpful and explained everything to me. My friend and I both got our own pies and the garlic knots looked delicious so I had to try them out. I definitely recommend them, perfectly cooked and nice and light. Paired with their marinara, yummm. My pie was good and super flavorful. The crust here is thinner than I'd like it to be but it does bring out the flavors in the sauce. They also have some cool brewed iced teas as well as sodas to choose from as your drink. Tons of seating too. I like the concept of how they make the pizza. I got the take two which was great, half a pizza and four garlic knots. The bad pizza had unlimited toppings and the garlic knots had pesto and mozzarella cheese. How could you go wrong? Also, side note, be aware that they don't use straws! If you aren't familiar with blaze, it is thin crust personal pie pizza. Since we are in COVID times the only seating they have is limited to outdoor, they only have 2 tables outside. On June 17 i ordered delivery on Uber eats. On one of the pies we got the toppings were wrong. They put red onions instead of fresh mozzarella. I called and followed the directions from Blaze. I uploaded my picture and wrote a message about what happened and nothing has happened. Had to throw the pie away cus myself and my 4 year old don't like onions and causes bad gas. I understand mistakes happen as we are all human. My complaint is the customer service. It's non existent. They have done nothing to rectify the mistake. read more

There's overall reason to come back but it wouldn't be my first pick being that the area is inundated with enough good Italian pizza spots. It was super convenient to find this place open until 10 on a Sunday and that you could customize easily online and order for pickup. Upon entering this location it looked a little run down and the vibe was nothing special. The employees were relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Once my order was ready I was on my way, after arriving home to eat, I was disappointed to see the pizza looking very oily throughout (for reference I did a plain cheese pie with some fresh mozzarella on top). However, the portions and general gist were pleasing. I would also note there was too much red sauce for my liking but nothing to tack them down for. I came to Blaze a few weeks ago for the first time after my cousins raved about it for the longest time. There are closer locations to me, but we were on our way to NY and this was on our way. We ordered 4 pizzas, 2 each of the same types but different toppings. One was a regular tomato sauce one and the other was white sauce and pesto.
