Others rush through your order and don't even give you time to think a bit. I get that the customization station is stressful especially when this place is busy. I answered I didn't buy the coke there. I bought here, why should I go there to bother other people, when the purchase was done here at blaze pizza. I asked her to change the hot bottle of coke for the soda at the fountain. She said no because it was open. It is not my problem nor responsibility that blaze's runs short nor have availability of supplies. It's a shame that a business wealthy as they are. She denies the patrons good customer service. Walked in at 9:52pm on 08/23/24 and was told they were closed and no longer take orders past 9:50. Please change your online hours as it states this store closes at 10PM! The customer service from this place is trash. Very young and inexperienced customer service staff who behave as if they hate their job. Some advice: Quit if you don't like it here and find a job you enjoy doing. As far as taking orders, this place has been taking online orders only since the pandemic started. They have kept it this way for almost 2 years. I researched their antics and I found that corporate believes they will maximize profit this way. Amazing and hospitable experience by Joss who took care of me all the way thru the ordering experience. As a Vegan she explained everything clearly, what I could get. Was patient and kind when putting on the toppings. And then when putting the pizza in the oven she asked for the clean cutter without me having to ask and then she cut it herself. 12% tip wasn't good enough, I should've left 15. This place is in the Azalea Regional Shopping Center by the food court section. Parking can be quite hectic because it's always packed during lunchtime and in the evening. The staff is very friendly and since it was my first time there, they took the time to explain how to order. I ordered a custom pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers.
